Rick was great about getting my hood changed and fixing an issue with my bumper. Car looks amazing now. And his work was done in a fairly quick amount of time. Will definitely go back if I have issues in the future.
The man fixing my car was super amazing and nice we did have time problem to when I had trouble getting his calls but he helped me the best he can I feel he fixed my car pretty fast as well and it looks new again like it wasn’t in a accident at all I appreciate it a lot

My driver's side door was hit and inoperable.I don't have collision insurance so I didn't think I could afford to get it fixed.I took it to Secaucus Auto Body and got good service,great price and excellent results!!! This is a great place to bring your car for auto body work. My Mercedes was rear ended on 2 separate occasions, both times, Rick at Secaucus Auto body got my repairs done with a quick turnaround, he took care of all the insurance paper work and made the process simple. Rick is a great guy, very friendly and easy to communicate with. Besides fixing my bumper, my car was returned to me as clean as the day I drove it off the lot. Botched body repair for my Volvo, absolutely horrible work and the owner lied about the work that he did. Had to use my insurance to get my car repaired again from another bodyshop in Hackensack. Stay away from the liars, they use cheap parts and write something else on the repair notes

RICK, the owner is the most responsive human being. He is KIND. He worked with me, he assured me everything would be okay. (I was freaking out about my fender bender) The parts came immediately and the work was done so fast. He exceeded all of my expectations and know if I am ever in another bind Rick is getting my call.
I got into a car accident back in October and went to Rick for repairs. The front of the car was badly damaged and he had to order many parts. Nissan was backed up, but the entire time Rick stayed in communication and kept me updated. Every time I called he was super friendly and helpful with answering all of my questions. As soon as the parts came in, he finished work on my car as soon as possible. Car looks brand new again! Never would have guessed that it was even in an accident. I stopped by today to get a quote for my bumper being popped out a bit and paint from me foolishly backing into a pole. Rick came out right away, popped the bumper back in place and removed the paint smears within minutes!! So impressed with his service and was so polite, professional and reasonable. Awesome crew of guys, I walked in to get a tire repaired and liked the service so much I ended up scheduling a few needed repairs. Trust worthy shop, with something you don't see much these days (SKILLED MECHANICS) that know what they're doing...
When I walked in to request the repair for the scratch on the door and some parts above wheel, but only the scratch on the door was fixed, and it was painted in different shade of white color. Do not think he ordered the right paint for the car, my car was in pure white, but the paint was like cream white or Ivory white. Right now the door shows two colors from cream/ivory to pure white there. When I mentioned it, he just said it looked same to him??? I am not color expert, but I still could see the difference, and everyone can tell with common sense. Not recommend this shop.
