I bought bran new shocks and one started oil leak after 2 weeks later and second one started oil leak 4 months later! what a cheap quality! what ever u buy as original parts all super cheap quality!

Prices are sky high, only go here if you can’t find elsewhere or not in stock. Your best bet is to take the part off the truck & go to Fleet Pride with it just as good quality & way cheaper. Or google your part and fast ship it. This dealer will have nothing of decent prices for you not even coolant. They also don’t even list prices for any on shelf items in store because they know it’s to high they want you to get to the counter with it so it can just be more pressure to not want to look cheap so you can buy it. Best thing about them is they can’t track the part you looking for by VIN #

Don’t go here ! These guys turned me away basically pushed me out the door because they didn’t want to fix my truck under warranty. Told me they had no parking but there’s plenty of space.

My husband and I buy all our trucks at Hudson County Motors in Secaucus . Everyone there is so friendly and Kim Mason, the Finance Manager makes the transaction go so smooth and seamless every time . Any issues we run into .., she quickly solves them . It’s refreshing to deal with people who appreciate their job and their customers .

Brought my truck here for check bad engine noise. They took me fast it’s ok, but after checked and diagnosing they gave me an estimate for $10k. Said need replace 6 fuel injectors. And I picked up the truck and take it to the other shop. That shop diagnosed, all injectors was working normally. What Hudson County Motors want to do?

I have been to this shop before with out any issues this time was for air pressure issues after troubleshooting all day finding out compressor needs to be replaced instead of doing the work was told will take long time and has to be sent to another shop zero explanation why couldn’t be fixed right there this was Thursday truck went to other shop Friday morning with out telling other shop why was sent there or any type of communication with them plus holidays now another week unit at shop when I asked service person to do follow up with other shop zero assistance claiming truck there and she doesn’t do follow up very disappointed with Hudson county

I called Hudson County Motors approximatelly two weeks ago. Firstly I called the part department, considering I wanted to buy a cab refrigerator for my Volvo VNL 860. They said I should call the service department because they can tell the size if the refrigerator. 😮 From my perspective the model of the truck determines the size of the refrigerator. So, one week ago - it was Friday - I drove overthere, went to the service department and asked a bid for replacing the corner of my front bumper which just has fallen of the truck (😮) and also asked for the fridge. The guy I talked to said they can replace the bumper that day just wouldn't be painted, the fridge may be done next week (which is the week ending now, because it is Friday again.) I told him, firstly I want the bumper painted, secondly I don't want to spent two days meanwile they work on my truck, so asked for the bid and told him I may come back when they have the refrigerator ready for installation. He told me he was alone in the service department that day but he would send the bid till the evening. Reminding you, that was Friday. The bid hasn't arrived on Friday, not even till the afternoon of Monday, so I called them and talked to the same guy again. I told him I don't need the bumper, I solved it myself, less job for him to figure out the price of the fridge installation, he may have time for that. ... Monday went by without getting the bid again! 😮 Tuesday I texted him, than Wednesday called him again because I still didnt had the bid. It was Thursday yesterday, I was very busy therefore I didn't communicate with him neighter on phone or text message. Today is Friday again. One week ago I thought there will be a fridge in my truck by now, and I didn't even have the bid, after asking them four times! I gave them two stars only because I don't know how they perform when get down to work.

Complaint to The Truck Part Center. I ordered a seat belt for $251, RECEIVED a very similar, but WRONG SEAT BELT, different color, not the one in listed online that I ordered. Tried to install it anyway bcuz its not always a perfect world. The belt got stuck in the retractor and would not unwind (tried everything without success). I returned it (I paid for shipping, both ways). For 2 months, I sent follow up emails asking about the return. I understand everybody is busy. Finally, David responds to me that its the wrong part and will not refund $$$. Wasted nearly $300 after additional shipping both ways. What can I do other than complain about it? Hey, I gave 2 stars because I did actually receive the part! Then, a real slap in the face when David asks me if I want to pay return shipping a 3rd time for the broken seat belt. Ha! Good one David. Well David, I promised you a complaint, so here it is. This review is one star simply because of the lack of care and customer service this dealership provides. I asked for an extended warranty, I've asked for the dealership to honor their 30 day warranty after the purchase of a truck. I have had my truck less than a month and already have to have it serviced for censors going off. The lack of empathy this dealership shows and their willingness to lie and create stories about how my extend warranty coverage was denied is appalling. I am going through other channels to ensure that they are held accountable. Do not buy any truck from Hudson County Motors. Let alone get any Services or Maintenance done on your truck there.

They were very quick. I came in on the fly needing a hood and headlight, they had no problem getting me in and got it done quickly. There whole crew was very kind and respectful. They even took a couple hundred off the bill to help me out. I recommend hudson county motors (volvo) to anybody in the area or just passing through. I feel they did everything they could to get the job done proffesionally and quickly.

This place is a must for any truck owner op. I’m giving Hudson county motors itself a 4 star rating and bumped it up to 5 stars because of my service advisor Danny Vieceli whom every time I call picks up the phone and goes far above and beyond to make sure that I’m taken care of with the upmost urgency. I will SOLELY continue to give Hudson county my business for this one reason.

They took my truck for two weeks and didn’t fix anything they said they did but after week same problem they said they “fix/replaced” gave me problems on the road. They also claim they replaced something and charge you for it when they didn’t. Also you get no feedback on what’s happening over the time period they hold the truck. It’s always I don’t know let me get back to you and never get back to you. Manager is name Samantha!

We dealt with Phil in the Parts Department and he went above and beyond to help us find the parts we needed to get our truck back on the road. Excellent customer service and fast shipping. We will definitely be purchasing another truck from Hudson County Motors.

On November 1st 2021 I had the opportunity to experience this shop; I had this truck for 6 years and 8 months running nonstop 999,684 miles at the moment; I had under my hood a 2015/780/D-13 Volvo with a 0 compression in cylinder #4; after they inspected with the computer and the camera inside of the cylinder compartment they find out that my valve broke down and that ;damaged my cylinder head. After carefully review the options given to me by Mr Steven Birchwale ( amazing human being and experienced service advisor)we decided to go for a complete engine(7/8 replacement engine) with a wonderful 3 years of warranty/or 500,000 miles. I know that this event is everyone nightmare as a Owner operator; but after a long delay due to parts shortage and current pandemic situation I got my truck back Engine is performing as expected; powerful;quiet and Mr Birchwale explained to me that before installing the new engine they performed a total inspection of my truck transmission ( they replaced my transmission oil;filter and clutch assembly); also check the conditions of my motor mounts. The only parts that are not being replaced were my A/C compressor/ power steering gear box and column and my radiator. I’m a happy customer and after riding my truck for 15,000 miles I’m writing this review for them. Thank you to all the HudsonCounty Motor employees who make feel home on those difficult times; Shop foreman and Technicians and of course the management. I bring my truck here whenever I have any issues. You have to set an appointment ahead of time to bring your truck but Moe one of the Volvo tech helps me by getting me in and out and makes the process easier for me. Great guy and knowledgeable.

I have now received multiple calls from this company's number that is just beeping on the other line. I am not a client, I do not live in their state, and I have no connection to this business. After 5 calls, I called the number back and selected the option to be sent to their service department. I spoke with a woman and after confirming that the 2 people near her did not dial my number, she was unwilling to help any further. I have no idea if they sell good products or perform great service, this response was very frustrating and unacceptable. Updated: Hudson Motors responded to my review. While I understand that it's a family-owned business, I am looking at my phone and I have received a half-dozen calls within 1 hour from this company. Each is exactly the same, it's just silence with a beeping noise on the other end. In fact, while I was on the phone with the company, I got another inbound call from their company and connected the two calls. The woman said that she was unable to help because it's a big building and that I should just block the number. She was completely unwilling to help or do anything that slightly inconvenienced her. That being said, I raised my rating from 1 star to 2 stars because I appreciate small business and the hustle but this was not a spoofed number. Spoofed numbers are used as fronts for sales and fraudulent calls, these were just coming from something in their system that was calling me and instead of trying to help, they basically just blew me off.

Avoid this place for service, they deserved 0 stars. I bring my truck to check the problem with my starter on the truck, for Volvo dealership should be simply repaired but not for these guys. They change all unnecessary parts, I returned the truck 2 times to get repair again because they didn’t fix it very well I still have the same problems. They charge me about 3500$ and don’t want to refund anything. Samantha lady who take my case and the general manager of service confirm the truck is good on the same day I go on the road and get the old problem. They charge you and do repairs without your approval. Be careful and go to another dealership. After spend 3500$ I need to go to another repair shop to fix this simple problem.

They will keep your truck for a weeks. Then "brave" service manager will tell you, that his decision is your truck is not covered by warranty, no matter what evidence you've got. --Then they gonna use a trick!-- They'll give you a high estimate and super super estimate. At this time your truck sitting in their shop more then a half month, what are you gonna do? Of course you'll find another shop with much more cheaper, but they will charge anyway half of the estimate plus towing cost and days and days you are losing. Non responsive. No one knows what is going on with your truck. Go to their shop only if you can't find any other repair facility.

It is the best service I received from a dealer. I highly recommend Benny and Hugo they attended me from the moment i entered the service department and help me save thousands of dollars. My mechanic estimated close to $5000 they wanted to replace engine computer,harness, modules and wood knows what else. But after hearing Benny advice the next day I towed my truck to Hudson country motors. For hour later the call me my truck was ready. I was the fuse box and my expenses were reduced below $1000. I just tell you the gained a new 100% satisfied costumer for the honestly and professionalism. Thank you Hudson County Motors and especially Benny and Hugo.

I really have to give this company a 5 star. On 10-18-19 we checked into the company cause we had dumped all our coolant going down the road in the rain the night before. They got us right in and fixed the issue like asap. This company service writes are the best I have had in my 25 years of OTR. Here I never had to go and ask the service writer for an update on my equipment. He kept coming in drivers lounge giving driver updates. I was in the shop from 0700-1412. Quick people.
