If you want used parts and take a gamble on whether it’s used or new go here. Good service when you complain, but why should you have to deal with complaining? Why not just get good parts and good service?
I purchase a part here which requieres a core return came back two days later to the same person who sold it to my company, he puts the part number in the system and said this part was never sold and can’t find a invoice for it, so I show him the credit card transaction and Alex parts guy still says he never seen me before mind you I bought the parts two days ago from the same person as well as yesterday sold me another part for the same vehicle. Now I ask to speak to a manager waited for 20 mins manager never shows up at all and alI I hear in the back room chatter and making fun of the situation. So in order to get my money back since there is no invoice in there system with my part for some strange reason I have to drive 40 mins to and back to show them proof that he sold it to me two days prior to my company.
Ordered brake pads.....After 20 days still not shipped. finally rec'd , only to receive the wrong brake pads. Rec'd a shipping return label. only to receive a partial refund!!!
I have a 1996 CF8000 truck and I found what I needed even though my truck is old but the good thing that there are necessary spare parts is the only company that you have what you are looking for no matter the year oh model
