Michaels has all the crafts you need. They have a lot from Christmas that is heavily discounted and I found wrapping paper that wasn't too Christmas for 70% off. ❤️ Michaels

Love Michaels. They literally have everything to do with parties, scrapbooking and each holiday. My only thing is that it is gotten expensive. If I had unlimited funds I would spend it here.

Horrible store! Smells like rotting eggs when you walk in. None of the shopping carts work. Everything I looked at that was 50% off had no prices on it. So how can I know how much it is?? Disgusting, will never go back.

This is my hometown Micheal’s I visited after 6 years. A Barbara initially helped me out but seemed reluctant to do so. I saw her help another customer and she was pretty reluctant with them as well and she seemed happy to tell them they placed their order at the wrong location. I expect that behavior from a teenager not someone who’s well passed menopause. HOWEVER, I was helped my Jeanette after and they were wonderful! They made up for my inconvenience with the initial worker. Store itself is great, it’s the employees that really add to the nature of the experience.

The older cashier was amazing. Patient and helpful.

Never shopping here again. Store is disgusting and everything is out of place. Should probably hire secret shoppers that dont obviously look like that's what they are. Dude followed me around the entire store. Sad!

Was in a lot of rush . I was in NJ and I had to make it to Brooklyn. All I wanted was a photo album for a gift . No other Stu&#-D store has them any more. So someone told me to check out Michaels. I had gone to Walgreens, Walmart, Dollar store and no one had it Finally I went here and I rushed in went asked the cashier if they had any photo albums. Oh my God she said yes . She told me exactly where. Thank God she knew exactly what isle. I was ecstatic. I couldn't believe it. Omg. U don't know I needed this sooooo bad . I make stories out of pictures and put them in photo album . People don't do this anymore but it's such a great way to keep memories and I had just went to a sweet 16 and I took so many pictures so that I can give this as a gift to the girls mother. It cost me a lil bit of money because u have to develop the pictures from ur phone and then put them in order of the party into the photo album. Anyway I did all this and gave it to the mother she loved loved this and she cried because I don't think her phographer got that many pictures she thanked me sooo much. So Michael"s THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH FOR HAVING THIS ITEM FOR ME. I LOVE THAT YOUR CREW NEW THEIR FACTS AND I DIDNT HAVE TO WALKED AROUND WASTING TIME THANK YOU TO THEM. LOVE U ALL.

The store is always clean and the staff are always friendly. I enjoy the self checkout options know, as it seems to speed things up a bit. Good selection of items and there are often sales available.

It's okay if u sign up for their rewards and if buy enough to get points a 5 dollar off coupon and u wait a while they start giving u an extra 5 to spend before it expires especially if there is a sale going on

I'm not really into crafts, and I know that is what Michaels is known for, but it is my go-to place for frames. I had a nice print framed there by a super pleasant and talented young woman, and recently the same woman helped me pick out several photo frames. Whatever your framing question, Michaels seems to be the answer!

Will never come to this store again. My son wanted trick candles that re light after you blow them out the store has them it shows on the website but finding someone who works here willing to help us not so good. So I don't give my money to people who don't want it

I had to have an old painting framed . The painting was precious to our family , my uncle had painted it in Cuba . Thankfully Angela, the manager of the framing department, was there to guide us . She has excellent!! Extremely knowledgeable and patient. The painting came out beautifully framed, and it was all because of Angela’s guidance , she was incredibly nice too . Barbara our checkout woman was very nice also . Thank you Michael’s for hiring great people.

Micheal’s is a store where I shop sometimes for my business decor… I was looking for a few items and I came in about 15 or 20 minutes before closing…. I was looking for specific items but there was no retailer to be found. When I found one she says “ we closing at 7:00pm “ I said ok and she looks at me as if I’m stupid and wants me to rush and pay… Maybe if there was a associate to be found I would had left before closing time. She could had been more friendly and asked if I found what I need etc but she rushed me out. Then upon arrival to pay there new payment self checkout and not even that they said I can do… Not even assistance to do a checkout. Horrible costumer service!

I used my Visa card in this store earlier this week. This particular card is one I rarely use and this was the first time in months that I used it. Since then, I've had two fraudulent attempts to charge against it which I was alerted to by the card issued and had handled. This is the only place that I used the card. Coincidence, maybe? But I do know that I will only be using cash in this store from now on. Not worth the risk or the aggravation.

I drove from Harlem to have two pictures framed and I'm so glad I did. Angela was the sales associate/framer who helped me. She was an absolute sweetheart. Not only is she knowledgeable but she's patient and kind. This will be my go-to location for any framework needed from now on.

This location feels like Dollar Tree and Five Below had a baby and amongst the chaotic mess this store is, they add expensive items & sketchy coupons that have ridiculous exceptions. You will do better at an art supply for just about everything they offer...and have staff who are actually knowledgeable. It's a skip unless you are desperate.

Love this art & craft store. I always find what I need and then a whole lot of what I didn't realize I needed until I saw it. It's more than just an arts & craft store,. This is a DIY (do it yourself) best friend, home decor/accessories. Every thing for party favors. Kids toys, games and yes lots of arts and crafts ideas.

Excellent service. Spotless location. Great workers handling things. Their kind and fair. I was found in the store 11 minutes passed closing and they still helped me finish and checked me out with a smile. Anyone who goes here call it home, Because it won't feel much different.

This store has a really good layout and always stays very organized. A creative person can get lost in here for hours with everything available. Keep on mind though, the convenience of having everything in one place comes at a price. Alot of things can be found cheaper elsewhere but the convenience of having it all in one place is nice.

Staff are very helpful with answering questions and directions to products. They kindly accepted to do a return 5 minutes before closing time and it was super smooth. Store is well stocked,well kept and there's so much available to make dreams come true. Hope Michael's will weather this Storm and stay around.

I always come here and when I say this place has the Best Service, I mean it! Lines are fast even when they’re long, Staff is always friendly and helpful. They always have what I’m looking for! They work hard to ensure all items are in stock. The other Micheals stores I’ve been to cannot compare to this. I wish they’d have more classes and activities for us artists.
