Gosh we got $60 in free cash to buy what we liked… as a thank you for our last purchase… forget Amazon they have name brands at discount and u don’t have to wait.. plus it’s tax free in New Jersey!!

Jacket collection is good for both men and women.

I tried to confirm whether the membership card for discount not meant the credit card, the cashier said it does not give credit card, after putting all the details, I come to know that it is a credit card. I didn't want a Kohls credit card for the discount.

Welcoming smooth relaxing atmosphere —- you weren’t rush - merchandise presentation not crowded but spacious — employees seemed confident/comfortable and willing to assist/help and give you space to browse when needed …experience reinforced return visit and invitation to others to visit ( if you choose and are able to there are great bargains ) ..

I was so delighted with the savings! I think I'm hooked. Shoes were originally $59.99, on sale for $35.99 and then $14.40 off for applying for the credit card! Who DOESN'T want toe pay only $21.59 for beautiful 9 West Sling Backs?

The self checkout doesn’t have anyone to help so customers avoiding it, this store should teach the customer how the self checkout works otherwise its a flop and all customers prefer to stay in line rather then sell checkout

Store in Secaucus, NJ was excellent. Neat, clean and well stocked. Maria E. at registered was very friendly and helpful. Even helped with setting up new account. Got 40% off on my purchases today. Looking forward to to days to shop again. Janet

I come here pretty often, for small purchases, honestly, because their products offer is not the best. I was just buying a gas tank refill for my sodastream. The first person I approached was a young kid at the former customer's service (now Amazon, apparently) totally immersed in listening music on headphones. He dismissed me in a second telling me "cashier'' Then, when I asked for customer service, he asked me" what hapoened?" Relutanctly taking off his headphones again. Than I went to the cash register and they told me they didn't have it what I was looking for. Well, I went to best buy next door, I got my new tank in 2 minutes with a smile and a thank you! Sorry Kohl's, I used to be your customer for at least 18 years, I visited your stores and bought a lot. You are in my heart just like others like Best Buy, Circuit City, Staples, Pc Richards, Sears, Macy's. Some of them is out of business, some is struggling, some is still there. You figure out why.

I have been going into this store for YEARS! However, after the way I was just treated in there, I will NEVER go back. I received the wrong item (not my fault) and was trying to return it. The cashier told me the receipt had expired because the return policy was 30 days. The manager Kalya then came over & I asked her, "When was the policy changed from 180 days to 30 days?" She replied, "A while ago." I then looked online and even called corporate to confirm the correct return policy. It actually is 120 days. I called the store to let the manager know she had the wrong # of days. She then lied and said the cashier had told me 60 days (not true, plus she wasn't even standing there at the time) and then the manager lied again and said that she herself had told me the return policy was 90 days. (Again, she did not say that). ...and again the return policy is 120 days. Isn't that something the manager - and the cashier - should know? What a joke!

This store is better than the Paramus location. It has more inventory, and you can see the differences in prices for the same products. You won’t have to worry about finding a parking spot. If you plan to shop at this location around the two weeks leading up to Christmas, be aware that it gets very busy close to the holiday.

The manager Clay was phenomenal and exceptional in helping my parents navigate a problem they had with the store’s credit card. He went above and beyond what a typical customer service would do, with such kindness and patience. Definitely will be returning to this store

I needed a new coat, but didn't know what size I was (my old coat was over 35 years old). I just wanted to try on to see what I was and found a coat that I really liked and fit really well and was at a great price.

Online purchases are not at all easy to return. You have to take them to the store and help the cashiers match up your items with their descriptions in your email receipt because there are no scannable or even matching codes anywhere on the physical items or even their packaging. This process required 4 (!) separate trips to the store for 1 purchase of a handful of items. I ended up with store credit for the last item because it simply could not be located in the system for some reason.

I just had a great experience at Kohl’s in Secaucus. I was in a rush to pick up a pair of sneakers for my son when Lori at the cashier noticed that the box only had a right shoe. Thanks to her, I avoided a frustrating trip back to the store. Lori also ensured I was using my Kohl’s cash and coupons, making me feel like a savvy shopper. Retail is facing challenges, but if more staff like Lori were on the floor, customers would have a much more enjoyable experience.

I was here very briefly, but I had to leave a review on my customer service experience. The front staff at this Kohl’s are so welcoming, kind, and helpful and the staff in the back of the store for the Amazon drop-off are equally welcoming and friendly. Fantastic environment

I usually do enjoy shopping at Kohls and have done so for the past 20-years. This visit was not one of the best since there was not a single employee on the floor to assist me with a request for a certain shoe in my size. My husband walked through the entire store and down every aisle, but nothing. There were perhaps 4-5 people working in Customer Service and the same number of people at checkout. Then, as we paid, as usual we were given what I consider the useless Kohl's cash. In all the years we have shopped here, We NEVER used it!!

I visited the store on a Sunday and was greeted with indifference by the two female employees at the register. Their lack of acknowledgment and the way they seemed annoyed by my presence left me feeling unwelcomed. It was evident that they were more engrossed in their personal conversation about their daughters' college endeavors than attending to customers. Despite needing assistance with a return, their conversation persisted, prolonging what should have been a quick process. While I congratulate them on their daughters' achievements, it's disheartening that their focus on personal matters overshadowed their duty to provide adequate customer service. Overall, my previous positive experiences with the store's customer service have been tainted by this encounter. It's clear that both employees could benefit from retraining in customer service etiquette to ensure future visitors feel valued and attended to.

6 closed lines for self checkout and tellers said is under maintenance but screen show are ready for customers. Why have this if we can not use??

Samantha and Johnathan are the absolute best employees! They helped my daughter purchase a big dino doll. Helped lift because it was very heavy and over all the best customer support ever!!! Samantha is the sweetest. Reasons like this is why I shop at Kohl’s, best customer service and the friendliest staff!! Samantha and Johnathan deserve a raise! Amazing staff. Very Organized Appearance of Store. Customer service, Great service! She mention to me about Great deals and coupons. She gave me the form to register and my email, she completed the information all set, It was done in good timing. I will come back to shop, and use my coupons.

Ample parking space available, customer service is great. But not many dress varieties in kohls.

Good place for shopping. Went there to buy a shoe. But Items are not displaed correctly.

My return went smooth they had the size I needed great customer service I was in-and-out in 10 minutes.

Good customer service and the ease of returning Amazon products is very good.

The prices of quality products are usually lower than other stores because of discounts they offer. I got fila shades for 6.99$ after all discounts which were originally prices at 30$. Also the Amazon returns counter is super convenient and fast. You don't have to put the labels on or wrap them up. Just take the stuff and they will do it for you. To sweeten the deal they are offering 25% of khol's coupon for every Amazon return.

Good for Christmas shopping. Great variety of merchandise and prices. This place is well known, does not need more words.
