Impressive towers, includes many accommodations. Some areas need work and renovation, but overall looks nice.

Just the most cozy spot in the area to raise a family. Coupled with a quick commute to the city this is perfect for us. Lots of daycares nearby and friendly neighbors too. The building also has a fitness center, community center and always has some activity going on. Lovely paths to go for a walk with kids as well.

This place is falling apart. On the hottest days the central air doesn't work. We have no swimming pool to cool off and the maintenance is a disaster. Watch out if you have a vehicle. I found a piece of concrete on top of my car from where I park. The elevators are always broken. Place outdated and holes all on pavement when walking to car very unsafe. Wallpaper falling off hallways. Water leaks all the time . Elevators always broken.MOLD BEHIND WALLS PAPER HANGING OFF.

Located in a peaceful area though close to industrial zone

Great place to live. Lot to do. Beautiful pools. Gym is awesome. 24 hour concierge. Game room, Beautiful Nursery. Awesome playground for kids. Private walkway by the River. Bus to NYC and Transfer station right in the building. Close to most Highways, Airport etc. Friendly staff. Security and safe covered parking and much more. Perfect to Rent from owners or to Buy. Condos are spacious, quiet and offer great views. I own it for 23 years and love it.

I would never buy or rent any apt. The maintenance fee they charge is ridiculous and it looks old. Needs repairs Elevator and lobby doors not working all the time.

Good gated community but they need better sings and and guidance for visitors entering the place.

I reached out to them to rent an apartment. After calling continuously for 3 weeks, someone finally answered the phone on the fourth week and the attendant seemed disinterested in letting me know what apartments were available. Based on this conversation, I would not recommend to move here

Don’t move here unless you wanna be surrounded by rude cranky neighbors an rude work staff never lived in a place where people are so rude and tell you what you can and can’t do I had a complaint from a neighbor stating I have to many cars or my cars are to big when I’m always considerate to make room for others unless u wanna live where a it feels like a retirement home and feels like neighbors around you are grumpy then this is the place for you definitely not for me

Place is ok. Hallways are out dated and look like hotel hallways. Fees are ridiculous expensive $750+ month So even if you own your apartment you still have to come up with over 1k per month between the fees and utilities. Crazy Train always passes by. Best thing is the sunset views.

The Towers are self sustaining and have great amenities ! The door staff is amazing the office staff , could use some work. So far, it has been a lovely experience.

Great view. The complex is quaint and looks like a designer red wood ski lodge.

Easy commute to NYC, bus stop underneath the building, friendly people from all ethnicities & ages, luxurious building , easy to rent, super low taxes, reasonably priced & spacious condos, great staff, one of the best views of sunset/ Hackensack river/ NYC skyline/ American dreams mall/ MetLife stadium etc!! Each unit comes with one indoor parking, washer dryer in the unit, one can rent storage downstairs by paying additional $$$. 24*7 Doorman, 24*7 maintenance dept, security, and many amenities like outdoor swimming pool, kids pool, kids play area, basket ball CT, tennis CT, mini golf course , nursery for kids, conference room, yoga room, sauna/ spa, gym, game room (billiards, table tennis, poker, air hockey, fuss ball, library ), bike room and the list goes on and on!!! Building has brand new cooling tower, new boiler, elevators and lobby! Living here since 2013

A community on the banks of Hackensack river with NJ transit passing near it and one of the hospital also in its vicinity make this place very attractive for people looking for housing near New York City. Buses are also available for commute plus you have lawn tennis and other facilities also available. For someone looking for Indian community this place has so many Indians living in it that you will end up celebrating each and every Indian festival here.

Lovely complex! We have friends that live there. They're place is very nice. I find the bathroom situation strange though. The main bathroom is in the master bedroom although there are two bedrooms. The half bath is easily accessible to everyone in the hallway. Love the clubhouse and the pool. They have a separate bar/lounge open year round with good bar food.

Condominium complex with hundreds of apartments in multi-storey towers lined up near hanckensack river. It has swimming pool, underground multilevel parking, fitness area, social and conference room, tennis court, indoor golf area, basketball court, nursery, library, 24 hours security and maintenance, concierge facility. Easy connectivity to NJ & New York by bus, underground train. Newark airport is few minutes away. Ever helping Staff, people from diverse ethnicity live here. Great place to be.

This place is dirty and the security guards are always on their phones. Many of them are also very unfriendly. While there I witnessed a few fights with a few condo owners. Their pool was even dirty.

Harmon Cove... Good riddance. Moved here after living in Xchange and all I can say is we are moving back to Xchange. Out dated buildings, problems with the fire alarms (we removed ours), paper thin floors, annoying and rude neighbors and I received a letter from the management company telling me my kids were being too loud for the people downstairs. I told both the neighbors and the management company I would sue them into the next century and they finally left me alone. Not a good place for families and the neighbors don't socialize. Its like living in a sleepy retirement village. Too slow for our taste. Stay far away if you aren't an emptynest retiree.

Very nice and quiet place one can have as a living.

One the best and latest community parks I had visited..everything looks new and a must visit place if you are around for relaxing and unwinding at your own pace

Friendly people from all ethnicities and ages, lovely landscape, all the amenities, pool, tennis courts, basketball court, clubhouse, sports bar. Close to the city. The njtransit bus comes inside the community..living here since 2012..

Really off the beaten path if you don't drive & both uber & lyft do not accept their address in their app. You need to put in Meadowlands Hospital & then point up ahead to the towers which will be in your view.
