This McDonald's is located inside a Walmart. If you're looking sit-down and eat I would not recommend. Very small

This is the second time I haven't received what I ordered. Not to be annoying, but I'm requesting table service so I don't have to wait standing, as I don't have much time during the break and need to rest my feet.

I asked for a spoon for my special need client and was denied a spoon and the manager charged me .25 cents when my other clients had purchased food and coffee from them. I feel terrible ? this is bad customer service

Terrible. They got my order wrong twice. They charged me 20 dollars for food I never received. I’m missing an entire meal. And half of the food is cold.

Typical McDonald's food. After finished eating. No refills. Will never come back to this one.

Amy at the front brought out our food with everything I needed for my order with a smile (she deserves a raise). She took her service 2 steps further, and I’m looking forward to returning and making this McDonald’s a part of my grocery run routine. Thank you for great service!

Employees are going to make you wait 10 mins just to order something for you to wait 30 mins again. Soda machines never filled and no ice. Extra sauce? They can’t do it.

I send my husband here for the collectable cups $15 !! & one of the guys ( miguel) ( i called n found out ) keep saying it's the plastic ones until one of the nice spanish lady told him give me a second and walk to the back and came back with a GLASS CUP my husband seen him do it to aleast 4 people prior which is sad smh but I also called them to inform them about this review ! Don't play with people time and money smh

I came to this McDonalds at 10:50PM. The person in front told me the register was closed and they couldn’t serve me any food. But, when another gentleman walked in, they served him but not us. After I expressed to him that his closing hours was 11:00PM not 10:50pm, he did not care and continue to say the register was closed. Never coming to this McDonalds again!!! Disgusting behavior

Tables are not clean, limited seats available. Self service kiosks most of the time out of service. Always crowded and wait time is long. I would suggest to avoid this place and try something else nearby. Chicken sandwiches are kind of dry and not tasty.

The manager on duty on this day at 4:08 was very rude and dismissive when I ask for service she rudely told me I was on the wrong line when the line was originally where I was standing she had no issue’s serving other guess but when it came to service me she denied my service,an employee was able to help me after over hearing the incident,non the less was very unprofessional of that manager,employee that attended me deserves a 5 stars if it wasn’t for her manager

The dining area got completely renovated. It looks completely different. The cashier was friendly and accommodating.

Took for ever and the good was cold and gross. If im paying $6 for some chicken nuggets the least you can do is warm it up. Cashier acted like i was bothering her Never again

Well for a McDonalds, this one wasn’t bad at all. It was clean and the cashier was somewhat pleasant. Not the friendliest or cleanest but it served its purpose.

Cashier argued after screwing up our order. The cook took out our middle finger after having to redo it.

I ordered a sausage McMuffin with an egg. I had to go back into the store because they had added cheese to my order. While I waited, I observed the employee remove the cheese and attempt to rewrap it. The supervisor observed the employee doing this and did nothing. ,When the employee realized I was watching, he threw it out and made a new sandwich for me. What if I had a severe allergy to dairy or milk? Why jeopardize someone's life? I told the supervisor right away that they should not be doing that to paying customers. The supervisor stated that the employee made a new one, and I told him that the only reason he made a new one was because I saw him pull the cheese off and try to wrap it up again. Otherwise, he would have served me the same sandwich without considering whether or not this customer has a food allergy. I will never buy from them again. 10/2/2022 9:20am

Extremely long waiting time for food and I'm not even sure when they cleaned the tables for the last tim. I must add that I'm not sure if I bought a BigMac or became a co-owner of a McDonalds restaurant

Excellent service from the staff at this location, once you ordered at the counter the workers actually bring your food to the table. PS my chicken nuggets were super fresh.

I don't live NJ was there vacation decided to go closes McDonalds near were I was and came her. I ordered 10 piece nugget, two friench fries, chicken deluxe meal and 2 mc chicken. I should've complained sooner but saw they were busy but then customers that ordered after me got their orders faster. After waiting 22 minutes ( should have never waited that long for food) I asked what going on with our order and the worker said " the chicken deluxe take some time" and walked away didn't even give me chance to respond. In my mind thinking what they killing the chicken back there . I wont recommend this at all. Food was ok but it was complete unacceptable to wait that long.

Ordered through UBER Eats. When order arrived was missing half my order (3 items). I called the store to inform them that I was not happy but instead the manager had no answers and instead of trying to make things right she hung up on me. I called back three times and the store refused to answer the phone. Very bad customer service.

So disappointed. Bought a kids meal and got 3 packs of kids fries in the box no nuggets. And the fries were cold. You guys need to update your contact number as well. So annoyed.

Horrible service, ordered a large big mac meal and got no frys.... SMDH how hard is it to process and throughly complete a food order. This isn't the first time I've had a problem at the Wal-Mart location.

you guys need to get that Spanish lady with the glasses off cash register. she never listens and always has an attitude. also, this goes for anybody on the cash register, stop being stingy with the sauces please, especially when we tell you EXTRA sauce while giving you our order.

Food way over priced ordered 4 McChickens off the dollar menu and total came out to be $10.19. Ridiculous, had to order 3 instead because I didn’t carry enough cash on me because I wasn’t expecting to get ripped off. Unbelievable. Wendys has a whole meal including a drink for the price of one McChicken off this menu.

Order using the electronic kiosk. I received a receipt with a number and was able to track the status of my order on the monitor. My order was accurate and fresh. The only issue I had was the employee whom I asked for ketchup did not understand me as it seemed that she did not speak English very well. The self service drink area was messy and needed some attention, but my experience went well overall.

The worst mc donald. The cashier was so slow and left when i paid at the counter. I had to ask the other cashier just to get the receipt bec they call the order by number. I followed up with her and she was like u want your order now? Ah duh! I was waiting and would like to follow up. She didnt understand what i mean about follow up. I think the manager should train his/her crew in order to provide a good customer service. This crew seems so lazy. I wish i got her name but she is on a night shift. Omg worst!

Had the worst experience. They didn't want to honor our free fries coupons. The male cashier had no idea what those were, even though they are on every McDonald's cup. The lady cashier wasn't happy and didn't look friendly at all. Had to wait way to long to get our breakfast.
