My experience with Collision Center of NJ started off well but went downhill as the process went on. Dropping off my car was easy, and the initial staff interaction was great — everything seemed organized and professional at first. However, once the repairs were underway, the communication and updates became a real issue. I had a hard time getting consistent information, and what the insurance company told me didn’t always match what the shop was saying. It felt like there was a clear lack of communication between Collision Center of NJ and the insurance company, which caused unnecessary confusion and delays. The repair process took about a month, which was longer than I expected. When I picked up my car, I noticed it was missing a few parts after my own inspection. There were also some other concerns I won’t go into detail about, but enough that I didn’t feel fully confident in the quality of the work. I went back to have the missing items addressed, but I was told I’d have to leave the car again — which didn’t feel reasonable after waiting that long. Overall, I’d probably choose a smaller local shop next time for better communication and follow-through.

Thank you so much to Joseph and his team for working so hard on my vehicle. They did a smashing job on it. It looks so imimmaculate I was very impressed. Especially they completed the work a week early before the estimated pick-up date. The whole process was customer service friendly and very professional on all front. Thank you so much! Yes, I would highly recommend them for any body work. You guys rock!!!

Great customer service. From the second I stepped in, Ashlea was so nice and helpful. Provided all the information and helped make the process easier. When I got my Beautiful red Dodge Durango back the car looked pretty much like brand new! They did excellence job, and it even seem that they washed the car.

Good custumer service, but really bad work that is the most importand in this kind of work. I don't recomend u to come to this body shop if u don't want to waste your time, or to see they did a bad work on your car. The Pain't was with too much dirt in the color, and run the clear coat. I told them. They told me: we will fix it. A week later when I pick my car I saw the color still same, so, I let they know and they said to me: bring back the car tomorrow to fix it, and I show them that same day the inside the hood wasn't fix it, and the hood need 4 clips that is for inside the hood. They re painted the parts, and did a bad work inside the hood. I told them: the painter just spray color without sand before do it. So, I bring back my car again the next day. Wait another week, and wt u see in the pic painted with scratches is how they leavy my car inside the hood . Really is a bad work wt they did in my car, and everytime they call me to pick my car, the said: the car is readr to pick up, and we checked it. But they didn't. I keep my car how is at this point, because I'm tired to bring back my car, And always is something they did wrong. I don't understand why if they have to fix what they did bad. Why don't fix everything good at the same time? They wait to see if the customer see what they didn't fix. That is wrong.

They recently had a fire so they only work with a few insurances. The staff are very polite. If they can help you they will if not they let you know where you can try

They get a star for customer service, which is really good, but its not why I came. I brought my car here for a repair to the rear bumper, which was replaced and repainted. The color match is terrible to say the least. Looks like they were looking at an entirely different car. Then I'm backing my car up later on and get a warning. They didn't reattach my rear sensors! I don't need them but still want them connected. This is the last time I come here.

We went for our van collison repair. Their reception, interaction and work were all great. Furthermore, we had to travel unexpectedly and could not pick up the van on the day it was ready. The service center was kind enough to keep the van for two weeks.

Initial encounter with this facility Manager Mr. William ( Bill) Miller was pleasant and professional until I brought my SUV (Mercedes) for a minor scratch. Mr. Miller said the repair would take no more than 3 days. After Mr. Miller received my vehicle he assured me the proper documents were submitted to my insurance company. After having my truck for two weeks past the inital 3 days he promised. I found out the Insurance documents was never submitted. Mr. Miller lied to my face that his secretary submitted the documents, this wasn't the truth. It was confirmed on the day Mr. Miller wasnt in the office on the 3rd week of having my SUV , the secretary never saw the documents and Mr. Miller lied. I had to call my insurancre while standing in front of Ms. Ashley to ensure she received the supplement insurance documents. Mr. miller actions were very unethical and unprofessional! I am no longer comfortable receiving any form of service from a managing staff that would look in their customer's face and lie to them and their insurance company!

Everyone is always consistently professional. I had issues with my car and they have constantly been a place to go and get the work done for a reasonable price and in a timely fashion.

Someone hit my car bumper and ran away Then I chose this body shop I have to tell everyone service was excellent And I got my car like brand new Like I bought today Original bumper and color and everything is excellent. Specially I really appreciated and grateful to Bill & Ashley . They did very excellent job. I always called them and they are very responsive and they talked with me very nicely, I strongly recommended this body shop ,

Collision center of Maple Shade is the best. There body work and quality paint work is second to none. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Thanks to all the body and paint guys in the shop, my hat goes off too you all!!! Your quality of craftsmanship is the BOMB. Give em' a try you won't regret it, your car will look like it just came off the show room floor!!!!! Ask for Bill, he'll take care of you till the ball crosses the goal line.

Manager was rude and refused to warranty substandard work. Make excuses that issues were caused by winter and not anything to do with collision repair.

Mr. William( Bill), the Body Shop Manager was courtious and professional. He attended to my SUV fender concerns immediately and sent me on my way! . The office staff and Mechanics were equally pleasant and professional! I will definitely refer my family and friends to Collision Center of NJ!

I have never had the pleasure of taking my car to a collision center, and truth be told I am glad I chose this one. It was just on a whim, a simple google search and I came across this collision center. There were so many obstacles with my car/insurance, and yet Bill managed to look out for me every step of the way. I am so appreciative of all that he did for me. I hope to never be in such predicament ever again, but as we all know that’s unlikely. Nonetheless, if I were to need body repair services in the near future, I’ll be bringing my business to Bill without hesitation...I’ll also recommend this center to anyone willing to listen. The manager and the entire staff are amazing! No one likes getting in an accident and having to deal with repairs, but this shop truly looked out for me! Even with insurance setbacks, the manager was extremely helpful! They were able fix a difficult situation! I appreciate them for it! My car is good as new!

I was so worried about having to go to another collision service that I knew was trash I then found out that this collision center of NJ specializes in fixing Kia's. I walked in I had a warm welcome by Ashley and Bill those two peas in a pod were very personable they were friendly and very welcoming. I would recommend them to anyone. My car looks brand new you can't even tell that I had an accident and it looks like they realigned my car also because before my car was a little off after the accident but I am very satisfied with the work, and it's insured for a year. Again I just want to thank bill and Ashley for reassuring me that my car will be fine my car is more than fine and I picked it up two days early. I was scheduled to pick it up for Friday but instead I picked it up on Wednesday today.

Their manager Bill is a true DH. Don’t get no work done here, they try to give you a lifetime guarantee and I went back three years after my issue and he tried to tell me that it’s been too long after my paperwork says it’s a lifetime guarantee. He gave me a very bad attitude and nobody in their office is wearing masks at all so they are just spreading the virus. Please do not give this place your business you will regret it!

Their work is fine, their customer service is trash. Hassle after hassle, I told them I didn't want a rental car, I received a call saying the only thing holding me up was getting coverage for the rental car, I called them NO! NO RENTAL CAR! So...when I got there they said the rental car was ready. NO! NO RENTAL CAR. He seemed genuinely shocked, despite me emailing him explicitly saying NO RENTAL CAR. he claims he doesn't really like emails. Well I also told him in person before that. For some reason, despite me filling out a paper with all my contact info, they aren't reaching out to me. Somehow, they are calling my mother-in-law's phone number that has literally never been associated with me. I guess since my husband is on the insurance they somehow got it, but why then did they ask me to fill out a sheet with correct contact info if they were going to just look up a number my husband hasn't lived at in over a decade? So they claim that was part of the problem with getting everything done. Finally get the work done, go to check out, and the bill very clearly has written on it customer owes $0. I question it because I know I have a deductible. They say they guess my insurance will bill me. I say I am pretty sure that isn't correct but they assure me it is and send me on my way. Today, February 16th, I receive in the mail a letter THREATENING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ME if I do not pay the deductible WITHIN 10 days. The letter is dated February 7th, but not post dated until 5 days later, so they just left it sitting around for five days, now I'm supposed to somehow magically reach them when they are closed on a Sunday to pay WHEN I WANTED TO PAY THEM AT PICK UP OF THE VEHICLE BUT THEY TOLD ME NO! Called them on Saturday immediately upon receiving the letter but no one picked up and I just have to leave a message. But they'll take legal action on the 17th. Literally no invoice saying I owed them anything ever. Literally no mail ever sent to me to say that there was a mistake and I had to pay the deductible to them. Literally no phone call ever. Just a letter, arriving on a Saturday, saying that I had to pay by the next day, when they are closed. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
