This Firestone has always been very friendly and helpful. They were able to get my son’s car in on a Saturday at the last minute to fix his brakes, which we really appreciated.
They took the time to explain what needed to be done and made the whole process easy. I’ve had consistently good experiences at this location and would recommend them.
The staff here are incredible! They answered all my questions and got me in last minute providing exceptional service. Prices are a little on the higher end, but they definitely cheaper than a dealership. I recommend this location!

My car wouldn't start, got a jump, called Firestone and spoke with Criss. I asked Criss if they were able to put a new battery in my car and he said yes. I drove over to Firestone, met with Criss and they took me right in. Within 20 minutes I had a new battery and went on my way. Thank you Criss for getting me in right away and the great conversation while I was waiting. Great customer service!

Ordered 4 tires from Tire Rack after one of my tires blew and had them shipped to Firestone to install. I asked them to keep the tire that I put on as a replacement for the blown tire, so that if that happens again, I will have a real tire replacement instead of a donut! When the job was finished, they were nice enough to put the tire in a large plastic tire bag to protect my car😊!
I called and was told it'd be a few hours wait because they were under staffed (understandable after Christmas and before New Years, so I was ready to wait), but I was in and out in about an hour. They were super nice and friendly, price was exactly what I was told on the phone, and they let me know of what could be done but didn't push. Great place. This was also on the low end compared to local auto shops when I called around for quotes. Plus this one was open on Saturday (most locals were closed all weekend). Very pleased and happy. I would recommend.

I'd give Firestone Complete Auto Care 5 stars! I recently visited their location and was blown away by the excellent customer service. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain everything to me. The price was competitive, and they even threw in some extras like a free inspection. I've been to a few different Firestone locations and have always had a great experience. They're definitely my go-to for all my car needs!
Amazing Firestone experience. Eric the manager is awesome, helped me out with everything that I needed done. Chuck the mechanic went over everything I needed and did amazing work on my car. This Firestone team was amazing and I will be sure to tell all my friends and family to come to this Firestone store for any help with thier cars. My oil light turned on while driving in the area. I’ve had oil leaks before in previous cars so I didn’t want to chance anything and pulled over to this Firestone as it was the closest shop. Vishal was extremely kind and was able to fit me in to get my car evaluated, even though I didn’t have an appointment. I appreciated the quick service and courtesy with which I was treated!
