Julian P handled my visit and he was so knowledgeable and helpful. I was nervous about going to a chain instead of my usual mechanic and I will 100% recommend and go back to this location.
Malik was very helpful with dropping the car off and picking it back up. He was nice and friendly. Also “T” was very nice and pleasant too. My “low tire pressure “ light was still on when my car was finished so we asked for them to be checked before we left. The young man that checked my tire pressure before I left was super nice and helpful.
Overall a great experience. Julian greeted me as I was walking in and helped me confirm my appointment. T then came out to greet me and confirmed if we had previously spoke on the phone. T was very helpful in assisting me with changing my appointment last week. Wait time was about 30 minutes for a new tire and mount. The waiting area had plenty of seats with water available and a TV with a remote available. Thank you again Julian and T for your help! I will be coming here again.
Absolutely awesome service, called them at 7:45 to get details about dropping car off to replace flat tire and he told me if I brought it in right away he could have me done in minutes and they had me finished before closing time at 8:30! Great job Malik and V

Julian and the crew were exceptional. They pulled a screw out of my Infiniti’s tire and plugged it in no time. Had me in and out. Would highly recommend.

and they are very true to what they say, if its only xx amount xx its only xx amount not like the “BOYS” down the street..twice the amount and you have to leave your vehicle overnight..

This Mavis Tire store is phenomenal. The general manager, Malik is awesome. He was able to help me out with my pricing like no other tire store I’ve ever been visited. The service was excellent. I was in and out in no time. The cost, you can’t beat it. I would recommend this store to everyone.
Took my flat tire late afternoon on the day before Christmas. Malik checked me in, told me it would be about twenty minutes. Got my tire back quickly, and it was in great shape. I highly recommend Mavis Tire. Ask for Malik and you’ll be in good hands!
Wow, where do I even begin? From the start, Malik and his team were professional and showed a level of care that I haven't seen in a long time. My experience began when I called the store as I had an emergency which required at least one new tire. Being under a time crunch and Malik reassured me they could have it done in 45 minutes, which they did not. They did it in 37 minutes!!! I ended up needing 4 tires too, which makes it even more impressive! The team was world class, took care of me in a desperate situation with out taking advantage of me. Needless to say, I will be returning for all my auto needs!
Malik was awesome and really helped me out. I was heading out of town and knew my tire kept getting flat. The guys found a nail in the tire and Malik was able to take care of it right away. Thank you again!

The staff took the time to help me find the least expensive tire options that fit my needs and they went out of their way to make sure the tires were ordered and installed the same day! I went in for a flat tire, at the time I didn't realize I must have driven over a pile of junk for I had numerous screws and metal in my tire.
It was the first thing in the morning, I was able to get enough air in the tire to get to the store.
Not only did they oder me a tire, they drove me to work and picked me up later in the day, and I work in South Philly.

First time getting my oil changed at Mavis. Everything was easy from making the appointment online, checking in and the wait was quick! Malik was great, explaining any issues they noticed during my service appointment and provided recommendations for next time.
I love this location. Go far to see them. They are fast, they are friendly and cordial. They always tell me what is the best for my car and give me estimate and very reasonable time frame. Today, I had Kristen and she was great and very helpful! Still very helpful and great to deal with. Very happy with the service we receive.
First let me say the office staff and the actual work (4 tires mounted & balanced) went fine. They could not do an alignment as they said they cant on Teslas?? I have been coming here for over 10 years with no problems. This time when I picked up my car (my wifes) she had accidentally left her change purse in the car. Whoever did the work went through the center console and cleaned out all the spare change. Probably $10-20. I called to let them know but the gentleman didn't seem care much.
Very courteous and fast service including followup to check minor tire vibration that Mavis didn't even charge me for. I appreciate it and would recommend this shop to everyone.
10 months update - Malik replaced leaking/damaged air valve stem and covered repair cost via the road hazard policy. OUTSTANDING service!
Mavis has become my go to place for anything tires at this point, and this location did not disappoint. Ithe facility was clean and the staff welcoming. Kristen was great, greeting me the moment I entered the door and keeping me up to speed in everything related to my vehicle & services from start to finish. There was a gentleman who did help me when Kristen was busy, but I never got his name. He was just as great as her in customer service. I was assisted by Malik the second time and he was fantastic as well.
My friend’s car had to be towed here after she hit a curb and busted her tire, and the team made what started as a stressful situation so much better. By the time we arrived, they had already taken in the car and completed the inspection. They were honest and transparent about what needed to be repaired. Malik, in particular, was knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to show us exactly what was damaged and what needed attention. Truly a 5-star experience!

I just got my car fixed there a week ago and this is the best it’s ran since I purchased it! I am super appreciative of the store manager Kristen for help and suggestions she offered me to get my car on the road for a business trip I had the next day. Understanding the urgency in keeping my car on the road for work, she was more than accommodating, working my car into her repair schedule the same day I showed up. Kristen took great care of me at the front desk. She was friendly, efficient and super helpful. Even with several people in front of me the wait time was not long at all. I've been here before and it's because of people like Kristen that I keep coming back.
My experience at Mavis was very professional. Miss Kristen and the crew of technicians identified my tire problem, (bad blowout) changed the tire. I was offered a warranty, which I accepted and was sent on my way as a satisfied customer.
I had a great experience at Mavis! Kristen and Jihad were both professional, courteous, and efficient. They got my car taken care of much faster than expected, and everything was done with care and precision. Even though it took me a half hour to get there, it was well worth the drive. I would absolutely recommend coming here and will definitely be returning in the future!
Kristen was absolutely amazing to work with. She did everything she could and gave me an amazing deal. I never felt pressured to spend more than I was comfortable with or had to add on services that weren’t necessary. I would highly recommend going to this location!
