I recently had work done at Maaco and had a very positive experience. The service was quick, efficient, and well-organized from start to finish. The General Manager, Robin, was especially great to work with—professional, attentive, and clearly committed to making sure customers feel supported throughout the process.
The pricing fell in the mid-range for the type of work I needed (that is why I gave a 4/5 - I am cheap), but considering the quality of the results, I truly believe the value was excellent. In fact, I suspect the work may even rival what you I might have received.
What stood out the most was the level of care and customer support. The team took the time to communicate clearly, address questions, and make sure everything was done right. That level of service is not always easy to find.
Overall, if you're looking for quality work, fair pricing, and a team that genuinely cares about the customer experience, I would definitely recommend Maaco, Maple Shade especially with Robin leading the way.
This shop ripped me off , brought van in to get rust removed and painted. The paint started coming off after 2 days exposing the rust, they painted over the rust, STAY AWAY from this place
They painted right over the rust on bumper without any sanding sent van back 2 times not done right.

Took my 22 trailblazer here after a buddy had backed into it they were quick and efficient in fixing it and made my vehicle look brand new would highly recommend the staff is awesome as well!
Terrible service, think twice before going there. They promise you a year warranty and don’t follow through when the problem resurfaces. I tried giving them a second chance on my Range Rover after they mishandled my BMW back in December of 2020. It’s my fault for going back there but thought to myself how hard can it be bringing them both parts separately to be painted without the truck being there taking up space. They painted the parts I gave them and managed to spray the non primed portion. Now the rubber portion that hangs over the windshield is brittle and hard requiring both gutter rails to be replaced since it’s one unit and of course Land Rover discontinued the clips that tie those gutter rails down and I need new clips if they’re going to remove the gutter rails for repaint since the clips are designed to break upon removal. I found the last 10 clips at west Chester Land Rover and asked my mechanic to place them in after Maaco painted them. It took less than 2 months for the paint to start peeling again. I called Maaco and they told me to bring the car in before the 1 year warranty ends. When I walked in they told me we can’t do anything but we’ll double check with the owner, I told them The owner Farhana told me her self that it’s all good and that to bring it back “Brother”. It turned out the owner has owned that Maaco in maple shade for several years and I was under the impression that they changed management several times assuming they changed ownership as well and the reason I’m mentioning this is because I tried bringing my BMW back less than a year after they painted it in 2020 and they said there’s nothing we could do when since we “changed management” and there was a five year warranty on it. They changed management 3 or 4 times in 5 years, every time I went back for peeling paint on the BMW there was a new manager that claimed this was under new ownership and it turns out that wasn’t case. You deserve to be taken to court and reported to Nj division of consumer affairs. Low class, no class sleazy paint shop, I hope you'll regret the lousy decision you made today and I hope you pay for this in time and sweat after I’m done my legal battle with you.
The men and women at Maaco were amazing and very professional. Everything promised was delivered ahead of the promised time frame. I appreciate doing business with organizations who deliver as advertised.
After having a deer collision and spending countless hours rebuilding my car, I needed to get it painted. I visited the Maple Shade Maaco and was met by Robin. She looked at my car, gave me an estimate, and was very nice and professional. After 2 days, I got the call saying the car was done. I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Hats off to Robin, she is the best!
We had our son’s car repaired at the Maaco location in Maple Shade and we were ‘extremely’ happy with the work!! Initially, we were not sure because we have never been in this predicament. However, we were pleasantly surprised! Not just with the impeccable work that was done on the car, but how pleasant everyone was during the process. Even the ladies at the front desk were professional, empathetic, friendly and kept us updated the entire time. They get five stars from us!!!!
Went to get our 1949 Chevy painted. Car was not in perfect shape but we asked them to fix some small dings and we made an agreement with them that if they came across any other section of car that needed any rust repair to call us before painting car to see if we wanted to do such repair. They did call us for the repairs needed on the roof which we agreed upon. When we got there to pick up the car, the paint had scratches in it like someone brushed across the car and there was a dent which we pointed out to them multiple times that did not get fixed. We left the car with them and came back over a week later and the dent was fixed but the car looked worse in other spots then it did a week ago. The paint looks like it is peeling off. Had to argue with the owner stating that we haven’t even driven the car off the lot yet so why is paint not holding up. She proceeds to tell us that it is rust which is why paint not holding up. Christ lady… it’s been a week. Paint shouldn’t be peeling within a week number one, number 2, we asked them to call us if they came upon any areas that needed more repair before painting car and they did not, then she proceeds to lecture us on no warranty on rust, well we asked them to repair areas of rust if needed yet no one contacted us prior to the paint except about the roof repair. They were uncooperative and uncaring. Just wanted us to pay and leave. Yes we went to Maaco because we were not expecting a $10k paint job on an old car, but we never expected the car to have paint areas coming off. She just kept saying that we didn’t want to pay a lot for the car, but no matter how much we wanted to pay, the paint should remain on the car. Not come off in a week. Not good business practices at all. We brought the car to another shop and we had them check it out. They said that the areas in question are not from rust. We are having them fix it for us. A proper paint and auto shop. I HIGHLY recommend that if anyone reading this wants to get a paint job done at Maaco to please go to the Delran location. More professional and only approx 5 miles away from this location. I wouldn’t ever visit this location again if it was the last paint shop around. I would’ve gotten a better paint job from my 2 year old grandson.
The paint on our 2008 Toyota Corolla was in such disrepair, it was an embarrassment to our neighborhood and to us, of course. We took our car to MAACO Maple Shade in hopes that they could make it presentable again. Not only did they make it presentable, IT LOOKS BETTER THAN WHEN WE FIRST BOUGHT THE CAR!! It is absolutely beautiful!!! The finish on it is pristine and shiny!! We feel like we have a brand new car, thanks to MAACO Maple Shade. They were affordable, friendly and their workmanship is impeccable!!! We highly recommend them to anyone needing their car repainted. Thank you, MAACO Maple Shade!!!! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
I have been thinking about a new paint job for some problem areas on my car for over a year at this point. Maaco could not have been a better selection, and I was so happy with this location. Robin was so sweet and personable & answered my questions honestly and thoroughly. Would recommend to anyone!
They did a great job on my old Jeep. A deer ran into the side of it and knocked off the fender flare. It's over 20 years old so they couldn't get a replacement part but they managed to repair it anyway and it looks fantastic. Reasonable price good communication in good service.
Had my 2007 Toyota Tacoma painted here and I must say they did an excellent job, my 18 year-old truck looks brand new. I would recommend this Maaco to anyone looking for excellent work at a reasonable price.
I had to get a minor repair from a fender-bender accident and I couldn’t be more happy from the service I received!! Not only does my mini van look as good as new, the customer service was stellar!! And the interior of my van was cleaned!! I highly recommend this location.
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a overall good experience. The only problem that I had they returned my car without a proper detail. I was told I need to go to a detail shop to get the polish off my windows I should’ve spoke out then because I feel like Macco is Muchmore than a detail shop
Jenelle needs better customer service skills if she's going to answer the phones! Nina was awesome she needs to answer the phones all the time. Excellent customer service =comfortability in business onto of more business
Took my pick-up truck in to get my hood, roof, and tailgate refreshed. Job came out terrific. I can't even tell where they blended into the fenders, it was so nice. Whole experience was quick, easy and pleasant. Joel and Nina were fantastic to work with, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was as promised. I recommend going there, the work was well done.
The Maaco employees at the Buttonsood Ave. W.Maple Shade did an excellent job in preparing my Subaru Forester for painting and glossing. The young lady at the front desk was thorough in explaining Maaco’s different packages that the offer. Her valuable information led me to decide on the top tier. Overall this Maaco is tops in my book. From Nina who put together the estimate and set up the repairs, to the body shop & the paint match all was much better than this nit picker could have hoped. Other than a couple minor bots, I'm giving this shop a 98% and a big thumbs up
It was a great experience to repair my Rav4 front fender-bumper damage in this shop. Nina was friendly, patient and easy to work with. The work was done ahead of schedule with result way beyond expectations. Will come back for future body and paint services. Thank you Team Maaco at Buttonwood!
If you are considering a paint job, definitely go with maaco my wife's Honda accord came out excellent. Nina was the person in charge of the whole operation and she kept everything on par. I really appreciate her keeping that secret to my wife about the price. For every little detail that she took care of Nina is the best. I truly appreciated her.
I just need to thank everyone at this maaco location. Nina was amazing to work with and made sure the job was done right and up to expectations. The painter couldn't have done a better job with car. All the parts came out incredible. The blend work was perfect. The body work on the fiberglass couldn't have been any better. I 100% recommend this shop and will be back for more work. Took my rear-ended vehicle to 3 shops for estimates. Maaco Maple Shade came in the least expensive, by far. I must admit, I was wary at how much lower the estimate was. They pulled rabbit out of hat. Fantastic work – and lifetime structural warranty. Happy customer.
Took truck here to get scratch on door repaired and rust repaired on wheelwells and get them painted. 3 months after work was done, paint was peeling and rust popping through. Gave them an additional $900 to fix and cut out rust. Now a year and a half later and the paint is bubbling and rust is showing through again. I went and talked to new owner. She told me to contact corporate for a warranty claim. Corporate denied the claim. I spoke to the owner again and she, Farhana, said there was nothing she could do as the new owner. Their rust policy is 90 days. I spent $2100 for work that lasted a year and a half. Terrible work. Terrible service. Terrible warranty. New ownership is terrible. Farhana is not an honorable business owner. Not even willing to work with me on the price to get it fixed. Huge waste of money.
Got a full body custom paint job and I love it! It’s exactly what I was hoping for. Kelly, Jess, Bryan, and the rest of the staff were really helpful and informative regarding any questions or concerns I had. The attention to detail was impressive. Would definitely recommend these guys for any body work they’re awesome!
I thought everything was gonna be ok with my car repair and paint but not!! I first went there for just paint my bumper and side fender that was ok, but the second time was mess from repair and paint to,,, just the pic how everything went thru!! They didn’t even solder the frame and I paid almost 3000 buck for all that mess…not satisfied at all!!!
I had a really good experience here! I needed an old car with lots of scratches in desperate need of a paint job!! Brian took excellent care of me as well as the car! The car looks like a new car!! The girl at the front desk is so accommodating and sweet. I’m sorry that I can’t remember her name…🤦🏻♀️ She was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure I was happy! They honestly did an amazing job!! I just picked up my car today and I was speechless when I saw it painted and repaired. It looks brand new and I was expecting to see a lot of imperfections, but I couldn't see anything wrong on the paint job! It looks amazing! Highly recommend this place.
