I’ve had very good experiences when I went to the Maple Shade AutoZone store. Employees are very helpful. Ramon goes above and beyond his job. I hit my side mirror on my garage and the cover came off. I went there to see if he could put it back on. He is always willing to do what he can and he did put it back on without hesitation. You can tell he really likes his job. I only wish more people were more like him.
Emanuel (hopefully this is how you spell it) He was very helpful the past few times i’ve been in this store, he hooked me up with headlights. Thank you to him:)
First off I never leave reviews ever.. I felt compelled to come onto the website and let everyone know about the fantastic experience I had at this store. My battery had died and I was extremely nervous having never experienced this before. Ed came out to my vehicle to assess what I needed. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he was very thoughtful. My grandchildren were crying it was very stressful to say the least. Ed spoke to my grandchildren calming them down (along with me) telling them jokes and being very sweet. He had a new battery in my car so quickly I couldn’t believe it! The heat was going in no time. In this day and age when we only hear negative in our country I wanted to say thank you Ed for going above and beyond for this grandma…. Your one heck of a guy, God bless.
Headlight was out and Nando to the rescue! He was able to find exactly what headlight I needed it and even replaced them both. His coworker Jahem also helped which was greatttt. They were amazing!
Came in to get my headlight fixed. Nando was AMAZING! He saw I needed help, we went out to my car to see which lights were out, and which bulbs were needed, and replaced it for me. He was very nice, and helpful! Highly recommend him and the location!
I came here to have my car battery replaced. Staff refused to assist or install the new battery because the store was busy. They told me to come back another day. I came back a week later. I spoke with a different member of staff who said that they aren’t supposed to turn people away for battery installation and said that the previous staff member should have offered to have me wait which he didn’t.
The second try, the staff member assisted but refused to change my battery after we opened my car hood. The staff member claimed my alternator was broken (pausing, clicking, etc). He said the alternator was the problem and NOT my battery and that I would need to bring my car to a mechanic to have the alternator fixed.
I brought my car to both a private mechanic and the car dealership’s service shop. Both mechanics confirmed that my alternator is working correctly and does not need to be fixed/replaced.
The staff member at Autozone was very confused. It turns out the Autozone staff member was pointing to my AC compressor (working correctly) and he thought it was my alternator. So essentially, he refused to install my new battery because the AC compressor confused him.
I obviously don’t know all of the parts under my hood and assumed the staff at Autozone would. Next time I will go straight to my mechanic for any suspected battery issues since this whole Autozone experience has been a huge waste of time and resources.
Thank you guys at the AutoZone in Maple Shade! I look for a battery at battery plus first but was told they couldn't install it because it is too cold. The people at AutoZone got my back on the road. It about 20 minutes.
I was recently in need of a new battery. The team members at the autozone in maple shade were friendly, professional and more than willing to help. Nando was the service manager and he calmly handled a small rush of customers while I was there. He also replaced, tested and gave me advice on maintenance. There are reasons I return to this location- dependability and reliability.

Employees are helpful not much on AutoZone parts because of their quality the oils and chemicals, connectors and random accessories are always in stock
Ramone is the man ,spent the Xtra 1 hour to fix a problem with order . That unbeknownst to me was ordered 2 times . Then he was busy in store at that . He kept cool ,calm , and acted like a true manager {idk if he is } should. 100percent professional and cared about his job! For that Ramone should get a raise and praise!.
Nando was super helpful. I came in for washer fluid and offered to refill/lift hood. To add, saw my coolant was extremely low, and also offered to refill for me. When you visit to shop, ask for Nando for any service help! You won’t be disappointed!
I went in the store this morning to have my lights checked before inspection. I was totally clueless 🙈
Nando went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. He came in the parking lot and checked all my lights and actually took the time to explain everything!! He was helpful and had such great customer service skills. We need more Nando"s out here!! It was refreshing to meet such a nice hardworking and kind person like him!! Ed was so amazing! He helped me out in the very scary event of my check engine light turning on when my boyfriend was at work and my parents living an hour away. He is so kind, patient, and understanding (even though my mom didn’t get his joke over the phone hahah). I highly recommend traveling the extra however many miles to come to this location, especially if you are a young person still learning about cars and trying to navigate your way through these types of scary moments.

Ed went above and beyond to help me understand the situation, showing incredible patience and kindness. I had very good experience with people in Auto Zone at Maple Shade. When I need help everytime I am there I get very good service and they all help me out. There is a guy there his name is Ed. I don't know how to thank him. I am a female and don't know much about cars. He always explains and educates me on the things needed help. Very friendly environment and thank to every one working there
Edward or Edwin (I’m bad with names.) He was extremely helpful with my car’s name and was mindful of my budget. He has incredible customer service skills. I’m shocked he wasn’t the manager! He approached every customer with a smile, and was really listening to what they needed. Again, I’m shocked. I’ve stopped by other locations and they don’t even come close to this location.
