I have to say. Tony is great at his job. Rewlaly makes you feel comfortable when youw walk in and walk you through the process.
Sometimes things dont go as planned, but when the business take care of it accordingly, it makes you want to come back.
I have a Subaru WRX, and I wanted to have a more aggressive look yet wanted the vehicle to remain practical. I contacted multiple places prior and none would even consider my ideas. After speaking with Tony, not only did he take my ideas and run with it, he also never made me feel like any of my questions were foolish. It is a wonderful feeling to have our ideas look great and also have tires that I feel confident on no matter what the weather.
I am compelled to share my disappointing experience with this establishment. Despite being a rare reviewer, their subpar service has prompted me to express my dissatisfaction. I had brought my truck in for a routine mount and balance for my new tires. Upon returning to collect my vehicle, I was dismayed to find my rims covered in brake cleaner and brake dust due to overspray. The following day, I brought this to their attention, and they acknowledged the issue, assuring me that they would rectify the situation. However, after leaving my truck with them for the entire day, the problem persisted. When I attempted to discuss this further with the general manager, the front desk staff member ridiculed me, indicating a profound lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Their dismissive attitude was further exemplified by the general manager, who also found the situation amusing. When I asked to speak with the owner I was denied. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received and would strongly advise against patronizing this establishment if you value your vehicle.
I had a fantastic experience with Tony at the front desk from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive to my needs. Everything was handled efficiently, and I felt genuinely valued as a customer. Tony Gets an A++ for customer satisfaction.
What stood out most was the attention to detail and the willingness to go above and beyond. It’s rare to find such a high level of care and commitment these days. Communication was clear and timely, and all my questions were answered thoroughly.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this service to others and will definitely be returning in the future. Excellent job Tony !

I just wrote Finshline today for a quote, honestly I have been shopping around and everyone is killing me on price saying I need this or that. I have a good feeling about them, if I remember I used them maybe 15 years ago for a bedliner… idk 🤷♂️ I’m 50 now.
I’m looking to upgrade my stock 21 Toyota Tacoma with a basic nice lift, bigger tires not massive and nice black and a touch of silver chrome rims. Plus a new grille. Hopefully they come through and I can finish off this great start of a 5 star ⭐️ survey.

They install my brake caliber covers and couldn’t be happier with the everything from the install to the vibes of the shops as I waited for them to be done. I also had different style lug nuts and they took the time and gave opinions on them helping me lock on a decision definitely recommend

James and Tony from Finishline made the whole buying experience completely stress free. Mind you, I ordered everything! Headlights, tail lights, wheels, tires, lift kit and Air Bags. They sold me the whole kitchen sink! The morimoto headlights look perfect on my Brand New F250, shining like a Diamond driving down the road. With their Air IQ air management system they sold me, my Super Duty no longer bounces all over the road. Completely smooth like butter now! I’ll never go anywhere else to purchase products for my truck. They were even able to get me Custom Floating Center Caps for my American Force Wheels I bought from them. Where to start?I went to Finishline to have an audio system installed in my Jeep Wrangler. I had to go back more than half a dozen times in three months for several major issues.The radio stopped working, the sub blew twice etc. It seemed like my install was rushed and I would later find out that I was more correct then I thought. It was so rushed they even dented my door jamb several times, on each side! Yes they damaged my brand new vehicle. After about almost a dozen visits I finally had them remove the system and put my old one back in, I paid $1,000 in total labor but I was so unhappy I didn't care.
Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly and helpful but the communication is TERRIBLE. Each time I went in my visit weren't logged, managers weren't even notified. I I took my Jeep to another auto shop and the experience was a complete 180 (see my other reviews). As is turns out they even had to undo some of the damage they caused. I'm so disappointed, I would never recommend them to anyone.
These guys are fabulous. I"m tempted to stop in when I'm in the area even if I don't need anything for my car. And they are good at what they do. I had an automatic start (for cold winter mornings) installed and it was quick and relatively inexpensive. I'm going to go get a 'sound warning' for backing up (even though I do have a backup camera in my 10 + year old car) as soon as I get my back bumper repaired after my latest 'encounter' with a telephone pole in my townhouse parking lot. Yes, I've got backup issues.
From day one, working with Steve and the team at Finish Line was a fantastic experience. I brought my 4Runner in to have a suspension lift installed, and it was finished in just about one day. The price they quoted me was the exact price I paid. Their customer service was fantastic, and I couldn't recommend anyone better to take care of your vehicle. Will be back again soon for sure!
