Horrible workers enter the establishment. No one gave me eye contact greeting me or nothing. Acted like if I was not in the store at all. Talking among’s eachother a Spanish woman and white male. 12pm August 31 horrible place to go no help at all didn’t even try to look for a part just straight said no we don’t have it SMH DONT GO HERE
I Went in to get a blower motor resistor for my trax and Van was not only kind and helpful but very knowledgeable on the topic would recommend anyone to this location thank you for your awesome service Van!
Went to Advance auto after getting a flat tire and luckily was able to pull in before it was completely flat. My crowbar bent so I went in looking for assistance, and Van helped me not only with finding the tool I need, but he came out to the parking lot to help me with my spare in the rain! 110% would suggest this location to anyone having car troubles- Van was helpful and friendly the whole time.
My battery died in the parking lot and the nicest lady Bella came all the way out to the parking lot and had it installed in no time. Fabulous customer service
This is my go to advance auto parts location. Ordered a BMW oil filter that’s very particular because it contains a plastic drain plug. As soon as I got there, the Tall African-American fellow was very helpful.
Avoid the store. Every store allows you to use your phone number to do a return as long as you have the card used to purchase.. The store associate (tall African American gentleman) said they're not allowed to. When asked why I just did it previously at another store he said his manager doesn't allow it. I'll take my business elsewhere, he just didn't wanna do any work. Laziness.
Asked nicely the gentleman ( tall African American) to check the battery of the car to make sure if it’s the battery or the alternator, he denied me service because there is some rain drops outside, I said ok no problem
I noticed there is an AutoZone around the corner so I was wondering if they gonna say the same thing , a lady yes a lady went outside and checked the battery, I asked her and apologised to her because it looks it’s raining, she said even if it’s pouring I’ll do it , I guess I’ll not put my feet on that auto part again
I just can't rate a star just wonder why they couldn't get my used oil the person at the counter told me the container come tomorrow so it should be a excuse
I never been to a advance Auto parts that did not allow or have a bathroom for customers paying customers. I was told to go to a store next door to use the bathroom when I really had to go I will never go to advance Auto parts again specially this location.
Bad experience store was closed at 7pm. There was a sign on the door that said closed at 7pm. We got there at 7:07. Wasted time website said that they closed at 9pm. There were two staff members inside. I called the store and an employee named Dustin answered. We literally drove 15 miles out of our way. Dustin said that they were closed due to being short staffed. What a horrible waste of time and gas. I will never go to this location again

Today was the final straw . Lesson learned. Never ever shop there again.

They denied my return because someone else open a package taped it back and sold it to me like that. I didn't saw the package until I got home because they grab it off the shelf not me. Horrible way to do business. I didn't use the lights because it wasn't my lights that were bad it was the unit. But watch out DO NOT let them pick your items because chances are If you need to return them they will not accept them back.
What a pleasant experience! I had an issue with a previous store, but the employees at this location were so helpful! Thank you for taking on the slack of another store! I needed a battery test, a replacement battery, and 2 core returns. Everything was done in about 20 minutes. What a flawless battery change too!! The manager was professional and the employee working with him was extremely nice! Thank you for recommending a better product for me, thank you for covering for another store, and thank you for installing a battery for me. Definitely left there happier than when I came in!
This morning my friend suspected his battery was dying so he went to advance auto because they now sell Die Hards. The salesman said he could replace it in 5 minutes. My buddy paid about 175 for a gold Die Hard and the same salesman switched it out fast as hell. Car started right up.
Well this was actually the 2nd trip after getting the wrong wiper blade despite the staff looking it up and today the staff person that helped me had to finish his smoke first then had an issue because I did not know the exact wiper blade I needed-not for my truck-one of my kids. Hopefully it's right.

Selling my old Honda, needed AC recharge kit, wipers, air filter and some car cleaning supplies. The store is clean and the tall young associate took great care to be sure I left with almost everything I needed. I was impressed to say the least bit by the young man you have working who jumped at the chance to pull the items I needed for me! Thank you!
Purchased a battery cause I was in a pinch. A day later receive a coupon for 25% off. Went in to see what they could do and was flat out told no. You have 3 competitors in spitting distance and chose to lose me as a customer over $40 on an already high margin product. Terrible customer service. Outside of this experience every time I walk in the store everyone stands behind the counter and stares with no offer to help. Zero incentive to shop at this store when the internet offers a better experience.
I bought a battery six months ago and it went bad. Apparently this place doesn't stand behind their products because do not pro-rate batteries anymore. I would have to buy a whole new battery. I will not be returning to any advanced again for anything.
I called in to make sure they have the part in stock as it says they do on web site. Person who answered the phone was very ignorant and anxious to hang up. Plus, he gave me higher price than on their web site. If you don't have time to answer the phone, don't pick up the phone and say "how can I help you?". Probably I called in wrong time and person.
Always the number one place I go for all my truck and car parts. Fair prices for parts when you need it most. Staff is also extremely knowledgeable and friendly to help you out with anything you need.
Unparalleled service!! Scott truly went above and beyond to turn around an awful day and guarantee a lifelong customer. I had one of those Mondays where the car broke down not once, but twice. I had to have the car towed, but wasn't able to wait for the truck because I had a kid getting off the bus at home. I had ordered a battery online at Advance Auto Parts, and the towing company was supposed to take it to the location in Maple Shade. Instead, they delivered it to a competitor a few blocks away. The towing company was going to tow it back to Advance Auto Parts, but not for another hour or so. I updated Scott, the General Manager, on the situation as I had been working with him and his staff all afternoon. Scott took the initiative to call the competitor and confirm he had the key. He then asked my permission to install the new battery where the car was located then drive it back to his shop. Not only did he save me time, aggravation, and money, he demonstrated a level of service and caring I have not seen in many years. Scott and his crew have earned a lifelong customer, and I am telling everyone I know to do business with Advance Auto Parts. (And all this for less than $100!) Thank you Scott and staff!
