Have always had good experiences at all BJs locations. Moved to the area 2 years ago and I must say the staff at this location is extemely friendly and helpful. From the checkout, deli, registers, etc!

First shopping here!! The store is very big and found everything we needed. Busy store lines move pretty quickly .

Went to the service desk today had a problem with getting my nephew a card Jasmine helped me out and things got straightened out. Jasmine was very nice and helpful.

If you come here for a lot of items just be ready to be stopped at the door and have the people check every last item on your receipt and in your cart. Such an inconvenience when youre shopping honestly.

What a nasty unprofessional manager. Wouldn’t honor the sale written on THEIR SIGN IN STORE. she approached the register with a nasty attitude and was the most unprofessional person. Never shopping here again. Left my stuff at the register and walked out. FIRE HER. She’s has a disgusting horrible attitude and should not be working with customers let alone managing the store!

Nice store, good app with coupons which makes great deal. Their brands use to be great. But recently the paper products have gotten really poor in quality and cheap like. Especially facial tissue, I will stick to name brand for now.

Great shopping club warehouse for almost all your grocery needs and beyond. Place sells also housewares, electronics, appliances, bulk packaged foods, meats, dairy, fish and fish pr, poultry and poultry products, vegetables, processed meats and deli, eggs, milk, cheeses, clothing, seasonal items and foods, alcoholic beverages, breads and baking goods, and soo much more. Overall the club is clean, well organized and stocked, friendly and polite personnel and customer service. Great place to stock up on bulk items.

Highkey smart bjs did this, I was here last week and the week before, shopping for Halloween candy, and kid you not they had pallets of them, I saw them stocked up on the shelves above. Halloween week comes along and they take every stock off the shelves, there’s just no way some person bought thousands worth of candy last minute. I think they took them down so they don’t have to offer the discounts on the candy and placed normal candy out for people to pay full price on

I love closer to the Voorhees location but I prefer this store. The associates are so kind and friendly and make the longer trip worth it. I often do online ordering and there is a minimal wait for pick up if you go inside and all the employees are so helpful and have smiles on their faces.

Sadly the meat has been rancid my last 2 trips . Steak and chicken . Smell was so sour with both the minute I opened them . Disappointed because I love other things about Bjs

Stopped in for 5 big logs of the Freshpet dog food and the fridge was completely empty. So I asked an employee for help and all this young kid said to me was that’s the night crews job, I can’t help you. I mean, he couldn’t even look in the back and see if they had any or ask someone else. I usually give good reviews but this was just disappointing to me especially when you pay for a membership

Ugh. A long time BJ’s member. I’m usually shopping at Maple Shade every 10 days. Lately I’ve been buying from the pre-sliced case of deli cheeses and meats, one pound packages. The items are freshly sliced and carefully packaged. Unfortunately, today I picked a pound of sliced Muenster cheese and a pound of sliced Citterio pepperoni. For a quick summer meal, I thought I’d serve a salad with Muenster and pepperoni paninis It turned into a nightmare. Whoever sliced the pepperoni failed to peel off the plastic wrapper before slicing. Everyone’s first bite of their panini wound up pulling plastic strings of the sliced wrapper. It was an embarrassing mess. After a thirty plus year membership, I’m not renewing in December.

Encountered the rudest cashier. I was at self checkout and was using the scanner. She came over and said you.need to use the conveyor belt not the scanner her tone was very rude. I then said she was very rude and she proceeded to have a stare contest with me. Never stepping foot in here again

Mazzi is extremely helpful and professional. He personally took the time to walk me to find several hard to locate items. His help is the only reason I am keeping my membership for now. Frustrating that so many staple items show as “in stock” on the app, but aren’t available in the store. BJ’s charges high shipping fees despite having a paid membership even when their own inventory issues cause pickup or delivery orders to be canceled. When the app says something is in stock, but the bay is cleared out… as a paying member, it’s pretty disappointing. Accurate inventory would make a big difference.

I had an instacart order here yesterday, and I thought everyone was pleasant and helpful. It had been so many years since I had been inside of a BJ's, and I thought they had a good selection of products. It wasn't very difficult to find what you were looking for or find someone willing to help. All and all good experience and good organization of their store.

I purchased Chromebook on November 27 last year then I returned it next day I wait for my refund about a week then I called customer service they said they already sent it to my account so I contact my card company they can’t receive it because its over the limit on refund amount policy so I cancel my card I called BJ customer service again explain this situation and I requested send me a check They said which will takes 6-8 weeks I don’t receive check until now which is about 10 weeks already so I call customer service again they said they will investigate what happened and if they didn’t sent it or something wrong they will send another check which I have to wait another 6-8 weeks again I asked i want BJ’s gift card instead of check so I can pick it up from where I return it They said NO because they don’t cancel the check. They doing business as 1990’s Wake up this is 21st century !! it is not acceptable This is first time I have BJ’s membership I can tell you that this will be a last one

On Wednesday afternoon, I shopped an Instacart order at BJ's. As I proceeded to the checkout, I greeted the customer service attendant , but she didn't respond . Before she scanned my items, she said, "MOVE YOUR BOX." I replied , "There is a much nicer way to say that." She responded , "MOVE YOUR BOX." I said, "There 's no reason for you to be rude and have a nasty attitude with me." She then said, "I can have an attitude if I want to." This same person, a short older Black woman with shoulder-length hair, had the same attitude toward me a couple of years ago. I thought this behavior was uncalled for, unacceptable, and disrespectful. I don't want to shop here in the future and worry about this lady giving me a nasty attitude every time I come into BJ's.

I saw an amazing cashier give some 6 foot 4 goofball some good jokes for being a KC Royals fan and it was great. I love seeing an employee that has fun at work and also recognizes that KC sports suck. It was a great day.

25 minutes in lines, yes lines, to check out. 15 mins. at the cash register because of a coupon issue for a customer in front of me. Then I waited in line again for their half ass security. At which point I discovered I was charged twice for an item. Then it was get in the customer service line to fix the original cashiers mistake, who was obviously not trained properly. I signed up for a 1 year membership, no way in hell I will renew. There's Costco, Sam's and a very distant BJs.

Customer service highly disrespectful and possibly racist. My dad loves his steak meat. For Father's he want it a nice cook out. I was sent to buy meat. Well, I bought the wrong one. I returned the meat, the first question asked was "did it leave the warehouse?" I answered, Yes, it left the warehouse. This gentleman at the cashier asked the other cashier about the meat being returned. Both of them in a arrogant attitude and response said "You know this is going to the trash, right?. This is a lot of money."Prior to that I was going into the store feeling guilty, well they made me feel the guilt twice as much. I was ready to take the meat back untilIn the female cashier gossip loudly to another cashier not involved to the transaction across the room shouting about meat being returned and throwing it out to the trash. That she have never ever done such a mistake. Meanwhile, the other frmale cashier face me and continue to stare me and my sister up and down in a judgemental way. To finish out the actual traction with the gentleman cashier who was dealing with the returned asks the female cashier to take the meat. She takes it, looks at me grabs it and nods her head staring at me as she opens the trash can. WOW! what a treatment. Shouldn't customer service be understanding, friendly and be discrete specially if you are working at a corporate store. It is okay for one to have a bad day but for 3 people it is to much. As it is embarrassing enough prior making a human mistake it could it happen to anyone.

I went to buy with a friend's card on my phone when I went to pay it said that they did not accept cash and one of the cashier first gave the paper to the manager I had about 10 minutes because the paper did not want to scan the numbering I told her I can do it again at the checkout and she spoke to me with a very bad attitude and in the end she wanted to scan all the products and told her to pass your card and I took out my phone with a photo of the card and she told me no I told him that because he told me that I have to have my own and he told me that I had to get a card, I felt like he was stealing when I was going to pay for my products. In reality, I felt bad about how he treated me. I feel like it's racism towards me. The but manager in that place with little education, I don't know what kind of person they work, there is little education.

Nice store!! This location seemed a little smaller than most BJ's I've been to, but maybe it's just me. Be sure to grab a cart from the Cart Corral in the parking lot as there are no carts in or in front of the store. Staff was pleasant. Overall, it's an ok location.

Old lady in receiving too damn slow. It’s been hours to unload. Been playing with empty pallets for a long time. They clearly don’t care about your appointment. First and last time delivering here.

Do NOT order from the bakery. When you show up to pick up your cake, it won’t be there. Even if you call the day before to confirm. Then the person behind the counter has no cake writing skills and will write like this…… a 5 year old can do better. We got no refund or apology.

Horrible experience! I went with my Mom, who loves this place. I did not buy a single thing. My Mom rode the scooter and filled her cart. Register 4 was broken but still open for customers. Upon reaching the door, I had the displeasure of finding out that five items were scanned by the cashier but not added to the receipt! My disabled Mom had left to return her scooter and came running back in on a cane to find out why I had been detained by security. She was out of breath and alarmed that I was being detained as a shoplifter! I explained that the register was broken, but that did nothing for my embarrassment or hers as security checked eached item and tried to learn the abbreviated names for their products! I don't think I will join BJ's any time soon!

Is BJ's Wholesale Club club worth the membership? I would say for some yes, especially with the $25.00 membership deal they were running which includes an additional household membership. Just like any club or store it pays to know your prices and since you'll be buying in bulk you'll need storage space. Location is also key, although you can shop online with many clubs and BJ's is no exception. BJ's in Maple Shade is one of the few club locations that does sell alcohol at a decent price. They have a great bakery section and good deals on pet items and personal care. I personally found better electronic deals at other stores. When it comes to their frozen and food selections they need to expand options for vegans and vegetarians. The people that work there are friendly. So if you think what you'll save will outweigh the cost of the membership this could be something to consider.

This BJ's just seems to be hanging on, but everyone here is quite friendly!! I just wish it were a bit more modern. It is rundown and outdated. The parking lot is on a hill and no one cares about the carts so you have to be careful about your car getting dinged!! I do like going here as it is one of the few clubs carrying alcohol to sell!!
