Needed pool noodles for the fam. I wasn't able to find them any of the nearby retailers. Walked in and saw how huge the store was and asked a rep for help. Nicole was extremely helpful and didnt just direct me on where to go, she went with me to find it. It was in the outdoor pool section of the store and stocked in the upper area that was unreachable. Nicole went and got a lift to get them for me. The best customer experience I've had in a long time, almost felt like I was in a commercial. Thank you Nicole and thank you Lowe's!

Their auto key machine is always out of various keys, the employees even try to suggest you still use it when you’ve already tried. Employee suggested I go to a grocery store to have copies of my keys made instead! So helpful!

Lowe’s (Paint Department) I waited over 20 minutes to be assisted in the paint department, and there was no employee available. Several announcements were made over the intercom, but no one showed up. I only received help after asking an employee from the tools department, who eventually came over to assist. The store seems to be understaffed, and unfortunately some employees show a lack of initiative and willingness to help. Very frustrating experience, especially in such an important department. I hope management reviews staffing and customer service.

SHAMEFUL SCAMMING COMPANY. They love to take your money and not complete services. I purchased a basic refrigerator and it works as expected. I specifically purchased from Lowe’s for the haul away service, which was the deciding factor. The lazy and incompetent delivery team refused to haul away my old fridge, stating they did not want to scratch my wall. I told them that was fine and that I would fix it myself, but they still refused to take the old appliance. I contacted customer service and explained why I was upset, but they were completely inflexible and offered no solution at all. I wish I had gone with Home Depot as I originally intended. At this point, I would return the fridge if that were easier but they refuse to take it back or haul away and customer service refuses to let you speak with a manager or leadership. I truly hope this experience was worth it because I will never purchase anything from Lowe’s again, not even paint or gardening supplies, and certainly not an appliance. Very disappointing.

Lowe’s is my go-to store for home improvement projects. They have a great selection of materials, tools, and appliances, and the store is usually well organized and easy to navigate. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful when you need guidance, especially with bigger projects. Prices are competitive, and the return process is straightforward, which makes shopping there stress-free. Overall, a reliable place for both DIYers and professionals.

I just visited and was looking for help. I asked a self check out lady and she said she would call someone she did call someone but no one came. I asked four employees if they could help me and every single one of them denied helping me saying they don’t work in that section I asked for other employees to call for someone which they did and no one ever came. Check the cameras if you want to follow up.

Waste of time on a scam promo, went to store before opening to be told all tickets were given out. In the disclaimer there was zero mention of any tickets just be there at 6AM. Absolute waste of time.

Paid $129 delivery fee to have sheetrock delivered to my house and left neatly stacked in my driveway. When the delivery driver showed up, he was by himself and demanded my wife help him unload the truck. Not being able to, he grew irritated and started to unload the sheetrock by himself. In the process he unpacked the boards, placed them however he saw fit and damaged the corners of several boards. At that point we told him that we would not accept the delivery if he could not neatly stack. He became increasingly aggrevated and loud with my wife, at which point I told her to go inside and lock the doors. Shortly thereafter the delivery driver haphazardly reloaded the material and left. After 1 hour on the phone with Lowes customer service they informed us they had no way to rectify the situation other than document feedback and instead told us to call the store. After another hour or so on the phone with the store manager (Liz), she effectively shrugged off all responsibility of the delivery, instead laying blame on the 3rd party delivery service. We offered to be available at 6pm to help accept the delivery but even then she could not fulfill this request. In the end her supervisor (Chris) came on the phone and sarcastically apologized and said the only option would be to issue a refund. A warning to anyone out there paying for the delivery service, LOWE'S will take ZERO responsibility and ZERO initiative to fix things when they inevitably go wrong. This has caused a lot of heartache, and a delay to my project schedule. I'm just lucky I live close to a HOME DEPOT. Won't be shopping here anymore.

Had a horrible situation with asst manager Rashi, I purchased a vanity and didn't fit in my bathroom so I decided to return it back within a week of purchase to Lowes in east Rutherford. I was told that the merchandise is now on clearance and can not be returned. I ask if there anything they can do maybe a store credit or refund me the clearance price and manager Rashi said no donate it or throw it away and take it as a loss. Nowhere in the store or in the merchandise says its final sale nor unreturnable. This is really unacceptable, Rashi was unprofessional and did not provide customer services. I will no longer will buy in lowes and prefer to buy in Home Depot with there better return policy. I will also be contacting corporate to complain about the situation.

Every time I've been here. It's been horrible customer service. Nobody knows where anything is. When you're told it is in a place you go there it's obviously not that place because it's not even nowhere near close to the same item. You ask somebody else and they tell you it's in a completely different section which you were first in and didn't see it. I treat it I don't know if I want to put that in the garden so then compare the websites listings of where items are in the aisles to come into the store and nothing is where it's supposed to be. Considering the fact that I asked for different employees was told four different things for a universal rubber adapter for hosing to walk into the back of the building and see four what you would assume is part managers at employees standing around doing nothing but talking. Goes to show you we pay people to stand around and do nothing

We were in need of help regarding our pick up order. Because we were early for our pick up we decided to get the products ourselves. Zain was kind enough to help us search and retrieve the products without hesitation. In addition to check out our products, the Pick Up desk was very kind and patient as well. We highly recommend this store and the employees who work here!

I recently purchased two appliances from Lowe's and I couldn't be more impressed with the service from the appliance manager, Kevin. Even though the entire transaction was done over the phone, the process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly easy. Kevin took the time to answer all my questions, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. The attention to detail and follow-through-even without meeting in person was outstanding. The order was placed quickly, delivery was on time, and everything arrived just as expected. It is rare to receive this level of care and efficiency, especially remotely. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would absolutely recommend working with Kevin for any appliance needs. Thank you again!

I’m extremely impacted by the quality of the store's service. The staff are super friendly and attentive, they direct you to the correct sector and help you with any questions you may have. I went to Home Depot a few days ago and had to walk around the entire store looking for help, the employees have no interest in helping you. I left the store without any help or solution. Now I know I have to go to Lowe’s more often!

Decent garden center Guilana is always helpful in the garden center. Fabbio.Rodrigo.Elena and Kevin in electrical are very helpful also. Closed on Sunday

I needed few items and once i made my purchase for those i stopped by the customer support/returns section to ask a question about the sheds. ( just so you know also called the number that was on the shed’s prior going to the customer support section and i was told that they said local store has to help you out when you’re trying to purchase the display ones) so i stopped by them and this lady with glasses without even letting me finish my sentence told me “They don’t know anything about the sheds, and they cant help me out” i have to call the number on the sheds. Which i already did. Employee behavior like this is the reason why businesses loses a lot of possible sales. Other than that lady of the staff are helpful. And i found 2/3 things i was looking for.

Like any mother of a teenager that still wants Christmas we are trying to determine if it's real or faux for the Tree and Iets just say the select was reasonable and they are not the skimpy trees we had back when I was a child. Very reasonable price and many on sale. I think we found our new Seasonal favorite but we have until next week to decide. Here are just a few options. But many others available and in stock.

Love this place generally. Had a hiccup with a return. I didn’t have the receipt but I put my phone number in at the register which they suggest will make a return seamless. Well let’s just say that didn’t happen. As sophisticated as our computing has evolved to they couldn’t help, even with the phone number. I used the phone a friend option and had a picture taken and texted to me. That seemed to do the trick. The staff was just following orders. I suggest empowering employees to make simple decisions especially if you’re just trying to replace the item with the correct size.

Lowe's STRIKES AGAIN! I've had many positive experiences with Lowe's and some big-time bungles and a seriously costly experience. First order of business; BEWARE WHEN ORDERING. Their delivery company is definitely irresponsible and mediocre at best. Your Lowe's delivery is delivered by small, mom and pop carriers who are brokered out by a 3PL company. The 3PL in question has zero accountability and provides even lesser customer service. In this instance, my wife and I had ordered a grill that was supposed to deliver yesterday. When I called to schedule it for a day I WOULD be home (today), it was "scheduled" and I was called a day prior to confirm. Today, the delivery window came and went with no call from the driver or 3PL. I called for an updated status and was told it was cancelled by Lowes. The person did not know when it would deliver and told me to contact Lowes. I called Lowe's and got the run around from them too. THE END RESULT: I cancelled the order, will hopefully get my money back, and I will reorder from another company. Our other "awesome" experience with Lowes was our fence purchase. Much like their deliveries, their fences and sheds are subcontracted too. In this case, Challenger Fence built our fence. WIthin two years, our fence began blowing over during windy winter days. I contacted Lowes for support since that was the entire reason we chose Lowes rather than a smaller local company and was astonished when they said (and I paraphrase), it's not our problem, contact the installer because they no longer use Challenger Fence. I called Challenger and had to pay for the repair. The same thing happened again the following winter and again had to pay to have the fence repaired as well as my neighbor's retaining wall. The third time must have been a charm because our fence finally fell down completely in February and costs of $15,000 to repair the fence and damage to property on both my and my neighbor's sides. Lowe's has ZERO accountability, their contractors do a piss-poor job (at best) and every delivery experience I've had up to this point is an absolute disaster. At the very least, I hope this review acts as a warning for shoppers and contractors alike. Lowe's does NOT have your best interest in mind, they don't care, and their customer service would be a joke if it weren't so irritating. Good luck everyone.

Very clean and organized home improvement shop. Eleen in the outdoor section was veryful helpful in selecting the proper grill for the amount of cooking we were going to be doing. Even suggesting which woodchips burning with the charcoal would leave a certain distinct taste on the food cooked on the grill. The crew in the curtain section wereful helpful as well. The cashier was pleasant and even informed us of the coupon that printed the next time my wife and I come back. Thank you.

I visited the garden center. Although it is not planting season they had many of the supplies I was looking for. The selection of succulents was adequate. The selection of pots was large. The garden center associate was very helpful. I found great deals in the plant clearance section. I am a huge fan of trying to rescue plants in distress so this was enjoyable for me.
