Kevin and a young lady who I didn’t see her name tag were both very nice. We bought a coffee maker on Cyber Monday. After picking it up, I had a doubt about missing accessaries since I didn’t see them after unpacking the box. They double-checked and made sure all the accessories are included. Thanks for their support and patience!

Meh inventory, customer service is terrible. Manager on duty was rude and can't answer simple questions without almost losing their temper.

Sabrina and Christian are absolute delights and very knowledgeable. They were able to help me purchase a new phone and get me setup on my network while also setting me up with all the accessories I wanted. They are true professionals. I highly recommend this store especially these two great employees. Their customer service was unmatched!

Ordering a Nest Doorbell which turned out to be unavailable and I had to travel to another BestBuy to get my wired doorbell. Such confusion!

I usually stop by the Best Buy in American Dream, and I have to give a shoutout to one of the best employees there—Aldo. Every time I come in, he’s super helpful, knowledgeable, and just overall great energy. It makes a big difference when someone genuinely cares about customer service. The store itself is solid, though sometimes it can get a bit hectic, especially on weekends. But Aldo really stands out and makes the experience smoother and more enjoyable. Best Buy is lucky to have him on their team!

I visited the Best Buy at American Dream Mall looking for a monitor mount. Before going, I confirmed it showed as ready for pickup in one hour. When I arrived, I showed the first guy exactly which item I needed, but without even checking the system, he told me it wasn’t in stock. He didn’t even bother to verify. Then a young woman helped me, but her attitude was way too serious for someone dealing with customers. She did assist me, but there was no friendliness or effort to make the interaction pleasant. Definitely not the best customer service experience.

Please don't slam the new laptop boxes that's bought freshly on cashier counter, I know it might have thermocol inside but still..try to have bags for laptop boxes to carry home. You also forgot to return me the bill for the MSI stealth AI laptop I bought. And no need to take out the anger that we didn't buy the protection plan you wanted me to buy on the laptop by slamming it or being rude. Please train your employees correctly.

This Best Buy is incredible! I came in to get a car charger for my phone and ended up meeting Corey L. From appliances. He went far above and beyond in helping me and even showed me some really cool Chromebooks and laptops for school. They even allowed me to charge my phone which was completely dead prior to leaving. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Best Buy apparently has this insanely stupid 14 day return policy, while competitors offer up to 90 days. If you pay for one of their memberships, then you get a slightly longer window. They don’t mention any of this during check out. It’s safe to say I’ve made my last purchase from Best Buy. Will shop at retailers who care more about the customers from now on. 0/5 Stars if it would allow me.

Love that they have a "Best Buy" inside this mall, it is fully stocked with all the tech items you need, I definitely recommend this store if you want to purchase something quick...

I had a great experience at the Best Buy on Mother’s Day! The staff was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me find the robot vacuum I was looking for as a gift to my mom . It was the only one in stock, and they made sure I got it without any hassle. Excellent customer service , I highly recommend this location

Bought a defective camera where the battery holder is missing the spring and batteries would get stuck when used. When brought back the “geek squad” lady with curls (on May 12 at 2:30PM) quickly snatched the camera and unpacked everything without asking what the issue was and said there’s nothing wrong with it— I should mention it took her a total of 30 sec to check. When I tried to tell them what’s wrong with it the lady literally said “I have a degree in photography and there’s nothing you can show me that would allow me to process your return without throwing the $200 restocking fee on you.” I tried to explain the camera simply can’t work work with the battery holder like that and three employees started shouting saying they’d get in trouble if they process any return and waive the restocking fees because thats corporate policy. I tried to tell them that makes no sense and they’re like I’m doing my job and you can show me a million things wrong with the camera I’m just gonna charge you a fee regardless because I work for Bestbuy and you don’t. They then push the camera back at me and didn’t bother to put in all the parts they took out back into the box and I had to ask them to please hand the missing parts back at me so I can deal with this and she pretty much pushed it at my face. I understand they have a policy. But to blatantly yell at people for trying to return and play hard ball the moment you walk in is just beyond me. Not to mention they actually have a policy to waive the fees if the item is defective or damaged. But hey what can I say? The lady has a degree in photography and she won’t even let me finish one sentence about the problems with the camera. She said she also own a lot of cameras and that’s enough for her to be a complete jerk to the customer.

I recently visited this store and while the selection of electronics was decent but not outstanding, the customer service was absolutely top-notch! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. They took the time to answer all my questions, provided great advice, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Even though the store might not have the largest inventory, the exceptional service more than makes up for it. If you’re looking for a place where customer care is a priority, I highly recommend this store!

Best Buy on the third floor of American Dream; nice and new location and inventory of items still enough on the shelves, but still have no idea how they turn enough profit to be in the mall. Even the Apple display upfront - when there's an Apple Store in the mall... well, I hope they make enough to stay open. I don't know that folks would lug their computers to the mall to fix, but there's a service stop at the back.

I had a great experience at this Best Buy thanks to Kevin. He went above and beyond to help me with my phone screen replacement, even resolving an issue I wasn’t sure could be fixed. His professionalism and willingness to find a solution really stood out. It’s so encouraging to meet someone who genuinely wants to help. Thank you, Kevin!

Gloriously large store!!! Expert and most courteous Geek Squad service. I was attended to by Ray he was patient, knowledgeable and very generous with his explanations and guidance. Kevin and Andres also assisted and I dare say, it’s the BEST Best Buy I have been to, and I went to many in the last two months. Raises for all three of them Mr. Manager.

The staff at the store were super nice and helpful, but I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have the Space Grey MacBook Air in stock. No worries though, I'm heading to another store to grab it. Can't wait to get my hands on that sleek Space Grey beauty! ?️✨

Best Buy is a favorite place to view electronic devices and offers on some devices. It is located on the last floor of Cole American Dream.

I just went in to buy a lightning cable and then someone who they apparently call “Dan The Best Buy Witch” convinced me to by an 85 inch Samsung Neo QLED 8K television. I can’t afford rent now so Dan said I could crash at his place as long as I bring my son Bruce.

This a really large Best Buy. Probably the biggest and ample merchandise. This BB carries Apple products, which is not always available at all stores. Their prices are near what Amazon charges. I went to this Best Buy just to ck it out. Cell phones, phone accessories, computer, iPad, large appliances, a few dad's and cd's.The sections are set up by the type of product These companies represent a lot of feedback..Apple, Samsung, Google, Ring, Blink etc It was one of my favorite places to go while growing up. I was very surprised with the size of this BB and fully stocked. Highly recommend. I bought a ring security camera and it was $75 more than Amazon.

The customer service rep was so helpful with getting my 50" TV to the Lyft driver. I'm sorry I forgot her name, but she went way above and beyond to help me. My new TV is safe and sound in my house..Thanks so much again for your help and amazing patience and understanding!! Best Buy is very blessed to have someone like this working for them!!

Biggest best buy area! With many items displayed much more than any other Best buy stores.. Friendly and helpful staff.. Well organized, with some furniture, appliances and Modern Smart Home... More Laptops and gaming PCs are displayed too.. Exciting experience...
