My experience was, the staff seemed like nice guys at first, and specifically stated that the car I chose was immaculate. It turned out to have several issues they failed to mention, and the customer service and Friendliness went away pretty quickly. They simply wanted to get rid of the car and not deal with me any further. Typical used car sales tactics.

I have been looking around for a Subaru for a while and after running into many places selling rotted out cars, I started asking for photos under the car before I made the trip. They had no problem putting the car in the lift and sending me photos so I can show my mechanic. This alone made me more comfortable cause many places did not want to or took photos of incorrect places or avoided me all together. I went to check it out. Car was clean, they had no problem with me hooking up my own code reader and really inspecting the car. It seems clean all around. Comes with a three month warranty on engine and tranny and they did all paperwork efficiently and organized. As for now I feel good about my purchase but it’s used so ya never know. But that comes with the territory of used cars. Regardless I would recommend checking them out. Oh and they gave me a decent price for my trade in! Update: six months in and the car is still running like a champ.

Yet again these guys have saved me. I couldn't tell you the amount of times I have had to call them regarding my car. The level of care and attention that goes into all of the work that they do to get my car running how it should be. They worked with the warranty company and fought for the much needed work that my car needed. They made the process so easy to find the needed parts and fix my car in a timely manner. I still love that they will never sell you what you do not need and are straight forward. I purchased a used car from Faraj Auto in the beginning of the month. Mark, his father and the crew were nice to deal with. There really isn’t any pressure here. I test drove a couple vehicles and traded my car in. They handled the registration and plates and they also don’t add any dumb fees like other places, only taxes and doc fees so you won’t have any surprises. I went to another dealer that had a similar vehicle and the final price was 30% more than the sticker price. You won’t find that here. Also, after a week, my left rear window stopped working. I called them and they ordered the part to get it fixed at no extra charge. It’s hard to find honest and hard working places like Faraj. Thank you all.

The owner treated me like I was the one who owner the place with updated every so often never leaving me in the dark. He also took the car for recall that needed to be completed. They did an excellent job on the transmission and even offered to top off oil the week after. I cant tell you enough how happy I am with their work ethics.
