I have been several times to this store, today I just wanted to do a simple binding, the person in printing told me it would take 24 hours, in the past something this simple would have been done immediately. As I declined, I stopped at the restroom, when I was leaving, I saw him playing with his cell phone, I understood it's a case of a lazy unhelpful employee, who doesn't deserve his job. Shame on the administration of this location !

I went to edit and make copies of my resume but the machine didnt have enough black ink. I went to the old gent behind the printers desk and asked if i could have these reprinted because my resume was barely visible. he gave me a quick and sarcastic attitude and tried to send me off with a faintly visible resume. I shouldnt have to argue the importance of a good resume to get it reprinted not to mention im paying for the service...eventually they reprinted.

I needed wedding invitations printed out and Alexa did a wonderful job working with me! She understood what I wanted, was very clear with her explanations, and more than accommodated me.

Zach at Print & Marketing is the absolute best! Couldn’t recommend him more, he is super nice and always gets my prints done so fast. Thank you so much!

Please hire competent workers seems like nobody wants to work in here and nobody knows where anything is also, you can’t find an employee in the aisles even if you stand for 2 hours looking for something … please hire young active employees who have fast full body motions This will make the business improve…

This particular store is on the quiet side, it's pretty ample sized compared to most stores, I also like that this location has the "Easy Tech" spot, I have only seen two locations that have this feature, overall it's a nice store for a quick stop to get your shopping items of anything tech, school, or office related: Small update: Last two photos with the rain was taken a different day, 12/14/25 I believe, as a passerby, didn't enter the store then..

Vipra is amazing in the printing dept! She’s always fast and helpful. I enjoy coming to this location because she knows what she is doing. Smart hirer Staples. She’s a keeper!! UPDATE: Selena is another one in the printing department. Both are great hires!

Just went to staples and dealt with rudest cashier who clearly didn’t want to be at work. Treated all the customers extremely rude. Was throwing things rolling his eyes handed receipts in a poorly way. He should get training in better customer service. This is the second time I’ve dealt with him being rude.

I ordered a printer online for in store pick up, it was ready in less than 30 minutes, excellent customer service.

Ordered and paid for something online, came to the store to pick it up one register open 7 or 8 people online. They said I had to wait on the line, isn’t the online ordering suppose to be convenient? Why should I wait for everyone to purchase when I already paid for my product? I will go elsewhere, then I was next online and they couldn’t find my order just to tell me I have to pick it up in the print section, also the lady in the print section said she couldn’t help me later apologized but it’s not convenient and it’s not ok

I recently had a pretty unpleasant experience at this Staples location, specifically with the front desk cashier who handles returns. The employee in question has red hair, so you know exactly who I’m referring to. Unfortunately, she was not only rude but also repeatedly muttered curse words under her breath. It was clear from her tone and what I could see her mouthing that she found customers annoying and was using inappropriate language. This kind of behavior is really unprofessional and made the whole return process uncomfortable. I hope management takes steps to improve their customer service because no one should have to deal with that kind of attitude.

I ordered same-day business cards and went to pick them up the next day. I called ahead but was left on hold for 15 minutes with no answer. In-store, I waited over 30 minutes at the Print & Marketing counter with no acknowledgment, while the staff helped customers who arrived after me. Multiple requests to the front-end cashier for assistance went nowhere, and the manager never came despite being called over the walkie-talkie. When I finally got someone’s attention, I was told my order hadn’t even been started, with no explanation, just a promise it would be done by 8pm that day. When I called later, the acting manager denied ever being contacted by staff. He acknowledged that the Print & Marketing Manager handled the situation poorly, but offered no solution. Despite the promise to have them done at 8pm that day, I returned the following day, and the cards were still not ready. Again, no reason was given. The associate that day was polite, but still couldn’t explain the delay. Overall, a huge waste of time with no communication, no accountability, and no customer service. I strongly recommend going elsewhere for business cards, especially if you’re on a deadline. Still don’t have my cards that I needed two days ago, and it was a small order.

truly terrible customer service experience, from managers to staff they just all seem very unhappy to have people in the store and to have to answer questions. If I "could just see the price right there" myself, I promise i would not have gone hunting for help thru half the store! And service at the register was equally as bad.

They had 5 people at the printer section all hanging out like it was a lunch break, wanted to order and happen to find out the printer was not working. Time wasted..

Terrible service at the copies and printing department. I arrived here at 7 PM today, Tuesday, November 4th. A man assisted me and said, “Pay for those labels on the Avery website and I’ll print them.” I told him that in other Staples locations, the store charges me directly at the end. He insisted, saying, “Once you pay, I can print them.” I asked, “Are you sure?” and he said yes — another employee even confirmed it. I paid through the Avery website and showed them the virtual receipt, but they had no idea how to print it! I arrived early, waited, and he helped me with a terrible attitude. In the end, he admitted he didn’t know how to do it and told me to come back tomorrow morning. I explained that I work at the hospital from 7 AM to 7 PM, and all he said was “Sorry!” Unbelievable!

All the staff were polite and helpful. They walked me to the area where I needed to be and told me they have price match. Staples has always been a good to for me.

I came in here to drop off some Amazon returns and the gentleman at the counter couldn’t be less happy or interested to help me. He wasn’t friendly. He didn’t say hello. He didn’t say thank you or goodbye. He was so miserable And made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. When I do Returns at this location, I usually have The nice woman in the front who couldn’t be more helpful and sweet. I’m not looking for an amazing experience, but I feel that if you are going to work in the front and actually have to talk to people, then you should. If I can give him no stars, I would

I was in a made rush and needed a place to print my mother’s funeral program in the proper order and way that it would fold even to present at the service. Scott H. is the man he knew exactly what to do, had the machine fold the program precisely as we needed! I’m so happy I came here it really made a difference in my time of need. I’m so grateful to Staples and Scott!

Amazon Returns, UPS, shipping, many amenities, discounts, good sale prices, parking, and relieved to find knowledgeable patient employees here. When you’re driving be careful, look out for 1 driveway entrance—or you’ll be back on the hwy. Ask for a rockstar named Yogi in the Printing/Sales department. He is a wealth of knowledge, I’ll be back to buy again but ONLY if he’s there. I overheard as I was leaving someone else say “hi, you helped me a year before…” to Yogi. The customer remembered him from his previous printer purchase. People remember Yogi. Thank you!

Been coming here for years since I was small. It’s gone down hill in the past 2 years, workers have no brains, especially when you try to do returns for Amazon, they don’t know how to return items when you show them an online receipt. What’s the point of having an email receipt if you can’t even use it to return anything or exchange. Then we were told we can pay at another register in the back and the manager made us get off and get on line on another register even after another worker told us it was ok. He said he was the manager and we needed to get on line. We literally just bought something and forgot one thing. Rudeness and stupidity here don’t waste your time just buy on amazon

Alex was a great worker , told me stories about his childhood in Sweden. Very fascinating man i love the new management in this store i came in for a quick 5 mins and turned into 2 hours of him opening my eyes to a whole new world. I loved the way he just focused on me and nobody else. 6 customers tried to get his attention but he denied all of them to focus on me! I highly recommend this staples and to find Alex who will make you feel like you're important and that you matter! Thank you Alex and staples for hiring him!

I have been coming here for years. Today tried to do an Amazon return as well as the woman in front of me. Other customer was ignored for 10 minutes by the young Asian girl in the return /copy area (sorry didn’t see a name tag) & when acknowledged, puffed and said go to the front there is a sign there. Well, the sign is very small at the register not visible when you walk in. The girl puffed at me and rolled her eyes. When this was brought up to the other 2 cashiers Papri in a pink tee shirt and Carolina in a Batman shirt (where’s your uniform?) they giggled and proceeded to point to the 8x10 at the register. Staples u need a bigger sign especially if u change where we have been doing prior returns. AND teach your employees Customer Service and Manners! For this. You lost me as a valued customer. You can thank those 3 employees.

Jorge, the manager at the print shop made us feel really uncomfortable. I came as a customer asking for baby shower invitations to be printed, I had my template and actual size of the image ready for printing just needed 50 copies. I asked for a sample to be printed and he prints me a cut off image on a standard paper. I wanted to make sure the actual cards do not get cut off in the invitation and diaper raffle card. I paid for this template and want it in its true size which shouldn’t have been a big deal. Jorge begins to dismiss my request and says “oh this is just a diaper raffle people will throw it out anyway”. That is not the principle to follow, I am paying for a service so of course I’d want the full image shown. I then saw him shrinking my entire image to fit in the screen and I said no please don’t shrink it I need it to fit to screen and all borders in it’s true size 3.5x2…. he says well again the slight cut should not be a big deal as people will “throw it out”. I left the store very frustrated because people like Jorge fail to deliver and dismiss paying customers. For that I could just print a bunch of the invites in bulk at a standard printer and cut them myself. I don’t understand how Staples provides these services but fails to complete people’s request, and in addition makes dismissive and arrogant comments to customers who are willing to pay. I don’t think these people here care to satisfy their customers they’re just on the clock making a sloppy job and any inconvenience they huff and puff. Do not trust this Staples especially the manager Jorge if you want professional invitations, cards, business cards done. He will just tell you it’s no big deal people throw it out anyway.

The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. The variety of products available is great and the prices are very competitive, especially now with big discounts applied. Overall, a fantastic experience with excellent value for money.
