If you expect good people to come to your establishment and purchase parts.. you should probably have security that doesn't patronize your customers. I make more in 1 hour then he does in a single shift. I don't appreciate being told "I don't know you".. that implies you have something worthy of stealing. Which there isn't. Place is a joke! Tried charging me 150$ for two used tires can get 25$ used tires anywhere in the stlouis area. watch out they add warranty fees on as well. Look at your receipt ! Got Me once won’t get me again. Go elsewhere
I own a shop and sent my apprentice down to get a hood from the Washington Park location when returning with the hood that was supposed to be $96 he gives me a receipt for 168 showing almost $50 in fees. This is horrible, he told him he didn’t want the warranty They said they had to charge him. It was a warranty fee on a body panel absolutely horrible, horrible phone numbers go to the same recording. The nine different numbers are online for them and they all go to the same recording that hangs up on you.
