Great ambition to get the job finished within the day. Friendly and informative with what work needs to be done. Fairly reasonable prices. Chris was very welcoming to educate what wasn’t working and how that may happen. They also do A/C work unlike a lot of these oil and tire places.
Would give them 10 stars if I could. Helped my daughter with 2 blown out tires. She was stranded and it required them to stay later than regular hours. Appreciate greatly.
Got all four of my breaks done here for a very reasonable price. Customer service was good good I brought my wife’s car is three days later for the same service. I got both of our vehicles done for what it would have cost for one car any where else in Oxford. Highly recommend this place.
Chris from Top Tires is top notch. After some car trouble and a panicked phone call, Chris heard my situation and sent a tow truck to get my car, drove to buy a new battery himself, and stayed well over an hour after close to get my car running. In an industry where it’s easy to take advantage of customers, the mechanics at Top Tires prove that the trade is still trustworthy and effective.
Absolutely great God centered people helped me and my mom for absolutely no cost I offered to pay but he said absolutely not and we didn’t even go to the shop… he came to the gas station we was at and helped us..Chris if you see this man we are most than blessed to have met you man.
The best auto in Oxford. They did not even charge me for the assessment, very nice, knowledgeable and professional. It was also really helpful as they gave me a valuable second opinion (the first place I went to charged 150 for their not so helpful analysis).
I will most definitely be returning to them when I have another issue.
The owners are really amazing people. Helped me out in the least possible time and gave me the best price. They started working in it literally 15 mins before their closing time. The way they behaved left me really happy and content.
I went in on a Saturday Morning and asked if they had my sized tire. The guy came back out and said pull up to the bay door and put the tire on my car. I was in and out in no time. Excellent customer service and prices!!
Great customer service they originally wanted $55.00 for a used tire and I didn't quite have that much and they did not having a problem helping me with the price I highly recommend them

Chris Gilbert is one of the most patient, knowledgeable and courteous service managers I’ve ever dealt with. The whole staff went to great depths to help me change my tire, when I couldn’t find my wheel lock key. All while helping others as well.
I had a screw in my tire and they fixed it almost immediately. I asked if I needed a new tire and he said no it’s perfect. It’ll be just fine. I’m not gonna sell you something you don’t need. I really really appreciated the honesty and all the help. These guys are legit!!!!! I feel safe with my daughter needing to go here if she had to, and they’re not gonna try to sell her something she doesn’t need and they’re gonna treat her right!
Highly recommend Topp Tire! We have used Topp Tire twice recently and hands down, the best service in Oxford!! They not only replaced tires for my son’s RR, but searched diligently for replacement parts to make repairs from a fender bender, (difficult due to custom color). Excellent work, so accommodating and premier customer service!

Top tires is amazing. We had two blown tires and the car was not able to be driven into the shop. David was extremely accommodating and patient as we tried to figure out how to handle the situation. He basically took over and laid out the plan of making an off-site service call, take the tires off ,repair in the shop, come back and install, then drive the car in for the other 2 tires as we ended up just getting all 4 new tires. So professional and comforting during a challenging time as we were not in town during this time. I would highly recommend using Top tires just from the standpoint of David and Mark's no pressure and trusting personality. The prices were more than fair as well. 100% great experience here.
Came in with a two nails in tire to get them plugged. Not only did they save me thousands of dollars in potentially voided warranties, they swapped the bad tire with the spare in less than 10 minutes. Great experience, good people, would definitely recommend!
These are wonderful mechanics. Chris and Mike went above and beyond. I had oil leaks that another shop botched and yet another would not even try to fix. These gentlemen repaired all the problems and kept us informed the whole way. You won't find anyone better.
Best service I’ve ever had. Pulled in to ask when they may have time to check my air pressure. All the bays were full and the owner told me he could do it right away. Ended up removing two nails in two different tires and rotated all tires right in the parking lot. Super efficient and friendly! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Stopped in mid afternoon to see about a slow leak in my son’s tire while in town for the weekend. They took me right away. Found a nail and fixed in no time. My son and stopped at another repair facility and was told in order to take the tire off to check for a leak was to rotate all four tires. Highly recommend Tops Tires.
Top Tires are true angels — they literally pulled over on Highway 6 after hours to help my daughter with a flat and made sure she was taken care of the next day with a replacement.

Moving my son to Ole Miss I hit a stick of nails for a nail gun. Not only were they willing to help me on a weekend (which is rare enough these days), but they didn’t stop there. When they realized it was going to take a day to get my tire from Memphis and saw the situation I was in, they took it upon themselves to go the extra mile—literally. They loaded my son’s belongings into their own truck and personally helped move everything to his dorm for college move-in day. That’s not part of their job description, and they didn’t have to do it, but they did it without hesitation, with a smile, and with the kind of generosity that makes you stop and appreciate the goodness of people.

Chris and the guys did a great job on my rotate and balance. Fast too! They do a lot of different types of auto work and if they don’t fix it they know someone who does. I feel confident sending my kids there for service as I am out of town and they go to college here. I highly recommend.
I went to Top Tires asking about the cost to replace my tensioner. Chris checked my car and told me the issue was actually with the engine mounts. He even said they weren’t bad enough to replace yet and advised me to keep my money. Really appreciate the honesty—rare to find in auto repair. Highly recommend these guys!
Absolutely great experience! Took my 2012 Jeep Wrangler to get some new wheels balanced. I’m a student at Olemiss and I got a great deal. Very professional, just overall good people. I’ve been to MANY places in Oxford and this is by far the best place I’ve been too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, I will be back for sure!!
My daughter got a flat tire on a Saturday night. David answered the phone when I called on Sunday morning. He gave options for two name-brand and two generic all-season tires. We decided on a budget brand. The replacement tire was matching size and the warranty of 45,000 miles was near to the remaining life of the other 3 tires. Out-the-door for $100 and done quickly. Great service!
