My five stars goes straight to ARMANI !! my family recently purchased a car from you guys and she did AMAZING ! everyone has told my family to not go there to purchase a car but we decided to give it a try due to the reviews from Ms. Armani. she is honestly and truly the epitome of professionalism at carmart of oxford Ms and makes all the bad reviews or opinions go away ! Corey and Armani were very great and so patient and helpful. They made everything so easy and was willing to answer any questions I had.

***LITERALLY STAY AWAY*** Unless you can afford almost 1000 dollars amonth and getting many, many phone calls after you try to take it back in the time and since they didnt have anything at that time its your fault after they said they would honor it.... Even received a call for .50.....And I lived almost a hour away!!! And if your paying for it they shouldn't be able to tell you where you location is on a daily!! Ohh and God for bid dont loose your key because you will get told there's nothing they can do and its literally sitting sitting next door!! Have to get it towed not even a mile and have it rekeyed which wasn't cheap 3weeks before christmas....After that get told by 2 different people we have a key man and it would have been way cheaper.....Smh.... Still fuming when I think about it..... But if all that sounds good then hey you have found your place!!!

Car Mart in Oxford Ms is the greatest. All the employees were friendly and helpful. They made sure you understand the process, really makes you feel like you're part of their family their at Car Mart. You are not leaving without a vehicle!

This is an AWFUL company to buy from I purchased a Chevy Cruz from them. 3 days later, lights came on dash and windows would not let up. I called them because when we signed contract, they said we had 7 days to return car within 100% satisfaction clause. Travis who sat in office and told us this then said oh no, it could only be done one time and since we had returned the Malibu because of rough ride and noise we could not return this one, but that not what he said when we bought it 3days earlier.Now they say we have to do a diagnostic from a certified mechanic and bring to them and they will honor the warranty, but that is not fair cuz according to them we must be 100% satisfaction no matter how many times we exchange cars. I called an asked for a manager or GM have not heard from neither very disappointed, . May be stuck with lemon, so don’t go there.

The service was amazing! Armani helped me find exactly what i needed, Mrs. Pat did everything she could to get me in a vehicle that day and Cory made sure i understood everything that was going on throughout the whole appointment! Would highly recommend going here!

I wouldn’t recommend anyone getting a car from this location. Communication is not consistent and false information was given. I purchased a Jeep Patriot back in April of 2025. I have been having issues with since I got it. I have called several times and spoken with different people with different answers. I recently lost my job and had to change my payment date. I can’t do that because Car-Mart wants a payment that I don’t have and I spoke to someone about this on 8/19/25. I informed her that my pay date changed because I found a new job with a different pay schedule. I was asked to email my check stub so she can change my payment date because I could not pay on 8/29/25. My jeep was not drive able for the last 5 months since I had it. The brake booster, brake hose, brake caliber, brake pads, rotors etc has consistently been replaced since I got the jeep. No service manager or worker has contacted me nor has anyone tried to place me in another vehicle. I know it’s a used car but I shouldn’t have to constantly fix the same problem over and over again and get not so nice calls about a balance. 9/5/25-I want to say thank you to the general manager, Mrs. Pat For genuinely listening and helping me connect the pieces. I truly and sincerely appreciate your generosity, I respect you for being honest and communicating. Thank you for your kind heart and your love for people. I truly am grateful and thankful.

I had the best car salesman! He was patient, kind and had a lot of information about each vehicle I was interested in. That made my experience quick and easy. I financed the Nissan Murano and I love it! Haven’t had any issues out of it and my peers love it to! Thank you Mr. Edwin for your help! This was my second purchase I bought from.car mart the experience was so simple and well the first time I went to Dothan, AL. I was over whelmed with worry but it all worked out and I still have the car 6 years later now im older and can get in and out of the car. To low to the ground. So, I started thinking with the type of work I do I need a automobile with easy access so I call carmart again went to Oxford and 2 days later and alot of laughter and fun I come home with a nice automobile I like which just happens to be my signature color "Silver" By the way the car behind the SUV is the car i bought. I love Carmart and I will go agai. When I need another ???????☺️????

Let’s just say things started off a bit rocky I called to let Bert know I was headed down he said cool drive 1 hour and 30mins there to be told the car wasn’t there ? I ended up waited more days before I actually got the car but in the end I got a car they worked with me an the car is very nice drives great looks great so I’m satisfied my only advice would be give yourself a couple of days make sure the car you want Is actually at the location

Hey I am a third time car buyer from here. I originally got my first car in 2019 and then paid it off. It was a nice ford fusion. In 2023 I came back and got a Hyundai sonata and now a Malibu. They will work with you far as getting a car, repairing it, and will try to keep you on the road. I respect them and I appreciate them because they are more willing to get you into a car than a lot of other places around Oxford. If you’re ever interested in getting a car from them please go over there and talk to Ms.Patsy. She is the best and she will help you.
