My son is a student at Ole Miss, and I live out of state. He called to say his check engine light had come on, and after asking around, he was referred to a shop that I’ll leave unnamed. They quoted him an outrageous amount of money and even admitted they weren’t sure their proposed repairs would fix the issue. That was a big red flag, so I told him we needed a second opinion. He then went to Oxford Auto Care, and thank goodness he did. From the moment he arrived, they contacted me directly, explained what might be going on, and were completely upfront about the possible costs. I approved their diagnostic work, and less than 24 hours later I received a call from Jarrett, who was an absolute professional. He explained the issue clearly, fixed it, and had my son’s car back on the road the same day. Even better, the cost was significantly lower than what the first shop had quoted. Thank you to Jarrett and the entire Oxford Auto Care team for taking such great care of my son’s vehicle and for treating students and out-of-town parents with honesty and respect. I highly recommend them to any Ole Miss students and their families!

Communicated well, double billed for labor which didn’t seem fair if they didn’t find the issue initially and had to go back in the fix the remaining issue for the same suspension sound. I’d take my vehicle back if necessary.

My car had a squeaking noise from the brake rotors, and the shop quickly found that the brake pads needed to be replaced. They fixed it the same day, very fast and professional. The service was smooth and made me feel confident. Highly recommend this repair shop!

I stopped by without an appointment with my kids in the car, hoping Oxford Auto Care could help negate the dog smell in my car. They were so kind, quick, and helpful. Had a wonderful experience and highly recommend!

Went to get my battery changed. Came back to pick it up and was informed that the mechanic gave my car key to the wrong customer. I then had to wait over an hour for them to go and track down my key that THEY lost. I then had to leave my car there because my girlfriend had to go to work. I then receive a phone call 20 minutes later while I’m at home from this place to come and move my car because it’s blocking in one of their customers. I mean how unprofessional can you possibly be. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could.

Oxford Auto Care repaired my car in one hour. Left it at Dealership 2 days they didn't repair it. Left it at another repair shop for 2 days and they told me to take it back to the Dealership. Thank goodness my neighbor told me to take it to Oxford Auto Care. Great group of people here. They care and they will repair your car. ??

Took a month and was over 1000$ for labor. Mechanic was asking ME if it was normal for a car to do this. Was missing 3 of my valve covers. Then people are very nice but I would not return.

This was my first time to use Oxford Auto Care and the experience was a fantastic one! Everyone is friendly and professional and the repair was completed quicker than I expected. I will definitely be returning for my auto service needs.

Jake and James took very good care of my daughter’s car as I was 500 miles away. In their business, it is so easy to rip off a consumer, as most shops have a license to steal. BUT NOT THESE GUYS, THEY ARE HONEST AND TAKE EXCELLENT CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS! And I might add, they set an appointment and took care of us asap. Thank you Oxford Auto Care. From Columbia IL.

I highly recommend! My daughter brought her car here to check on a flat tire. They were kind, efficient, and able to identify the problem. We are from out of state and I felt safe with my daughter dealing with the staff.

Honest, reliable, and affordable. The receptionist was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and explained everything well. The mechanic knew exactly what was wrong with my car and was able to fix it the same day. I highly recommend Oxford Auto Care for high quality work!

Brakes were very squeaky so I brought my truck in and they said I needed a total break replacement. They did the job for almost $1,500 and my breaks were back squeaking a couple days later. My friend with the same truck model as me had the same problem recently and took his somewhere else. They did a complete break replacement for $200 and he hasn’t had any trouble since. This place will rob you!!!

Oxford Auto Care has honest and trustworthy employees. They don’t try to hoodwink you. They do a thorough job diagnosing your vehicle, they do their best to find a solution, and they outline the costs so you can make an informed decision.

Our son is in school at Ole Miss. while driving back to school from Texas his serpentine belt broke in Arkansas. It was late Saturday night before the impending blizzard on Monday. We found a mobile mechanic that was able to replace the serpentine belt and get him on his way. He didn’t beat the storm back to Oxford however, his engine light remained on. Fast forward a week after the snow finally melted My son took his truck to Oxford auto care. They found that in the belt broke, and it had damaged several of the wires going to the camshaft sensor. After listening three hours I had my phone up and running truck fixed, very reasonable price. I highly recommend these guys. God willing we won’t need a mechanic again, but if we do we now know where to go.

Great local shop. I had my excursion towed into this shop after some engine trouble. I was not able to make the repairs myself as I was dealing with a funeral. I'm a certified engine technician myself. My retired Police K9 and partner had just passed, and I was devastated at the time. They were very understanding. Had the repair completed quickly and at a fair price. They are an amazing shop that I will use anytime I can.

Best auto shop I've ever been to by far. Was on a trip through Oxford and had a minor issue. Stopped in and explained I needed to make it to Atlanta. They fit me in quickly and fixed my car so it was safe to drive and when I went to pay they told me it was on them! Good people, great hospitality

Best auto shop I have ever been to and I travel for work. Went in for a repair I thought was needed and they recommended a different route which help much better in the long run. I was told other things from other mechanics that didn’t sound right, but Oxford auto care hit or spot on. Will be taking all my vehicles here.

Oxford Auto Care is great local business. The staff and technicians are knowledgeable and caring. I have had a battery replaced there, brakes adjusted, and taken my car for inspection/diagnosis. Oxford Auto Care is an honest business: I thought my car was in need of a certain service and they checked it out and said no, it could wait before service was required... WOW, wasn't expecting such honesty but it was a nice surprise. Also, my oil change was done quickly and they take good care of you.

This was my first needed auto work in Oxford, and I took my vehicle there because they had treated my daughter (a college student) fairly and respectfully. She recommended them, and they took care of the work for me without a problem. They explained the needed work in great detail, both in person and in a printed document. The work was priced fairly and there were no hidden costs. Can't imagine being more pleased with an automotive repair company.

Oxford Auto Care is the best! Taylor is a great communicator and always kept me in the loop with what's going on with my car. When I went to resale my car last year, they even helped hook me up with a buyer! They have not only taken care of my personal vehicle, but they keep with with my company fleet as well. Good, honest work. Having my mechanic dad move out of state, they were a blessing! Thanks, guys!

O.A.C. did a diagnostic check on my Audi A6 and broke 2 parts in process, did not replace. They didnt put vehicle parts back on either I assume because of this problem. So I was left trying to put my car back together, then found two broken pieces, also, my vehicle now collects water on driver side front and back floorboard. Just dont go there, bad service, bad recommendations, over priced. They may "look" prestigious, but do you judge a book by its cover?

Highly impressed with Taylor's professionalism, honesty and service at Oxford Auto Care! He diagnosed and fixed my daughter's BMW, dealing with the extended warranty company and handling all the details on his end. He made the process smooth and easy and kept me informed every step of the way. His honesty is above reproach, which is an extraordinary find.
