I went to this store to get a windshield wiper replaced on my Tahoe. I recently had surgery and couldn’t replace it myself. Matthew was so nice in helping me pick out the right blade and putting it on. When I tried to use it it still didn’t work. He took the part attached to my vehicle apart and tightened it up which I am sure is more than he was required to do. I am short plus my arm is in a sling so there is no way I could have done that myself. It’s nice to know places still have employees that care about customer service. I also bought a battery from here about 6 mos ago and received the same level of courtesy and assistance.

They were so, so helpful!! Truly the sweetest staff ever. One of the guys was so quick to help me with an issue I had with my tail light and was so knowledgeable on the entire situation. Best service I’ve ever encountered!

We just stopped to get a fix a flat for our car. We’re in a rental car and have a screw in the tire. The very kind gentlemen here helped us change our tire. Thanks to Raymond and the manager for going above and beyond to help us. Thank you so much!! ☺️

Customer service is outstanding! I can’t recall the young man’s name that helped me, but his customer service skills were superb. I know he attends Lafayette High School and he’s in the lineman program. Great kid! He took so much time out in assisting me. I had taken my car to a competitor in Tupelo. They said my battery was good. This young man tested it and said you definitely need a new battery. He cleaned all of the corrosion and build up off of the bracket and the terminals. This kid needs a raise or some sort of recognition Auto Zone. He definitely won me over as a customer at Auto Zone. Thankful to see a young person his age with such tremendous work ethic. He will definitely go places.

Over the past three days, I have visited this establishment repeatedly, only to be met with a consistent display of incompetence from the staff. My initial visit was met with an older lady who, bafflingly, asked me to provide the price of my own brake set that I’m here to purchase . Forgive me, but I was under the impression that I was the customer, not the pricing specialist/employee. The following day, when I returned my brakes under warranty, a younger employee visibly expressed frustration—huffing and puffing—over the apparently Herculean task of wrapping and labeling the return. I apologize if it is an inconvenience that your workplace offers warranties on used auto parts, but surely, that is a function of the job? On the third day, I went to pick up my rear rotors. I specifically requested rear rotors for my vehicle from Ben, yet I was given front rotors for a more advanced model. This mistake only became apparent after my car had been lifted and disassembled, forcing the mechanics to halt their work upon realizing the parts were incorrect. When I returned to AutoZone to rectify this issue, I encountered nothing short of a bureaucratic debacle. Despite my clear explanation that I had requested rear rotors and been given the wrong parts, I was met with resistance at every turn. All I asked was to exchange the incorrect front rotors for the rear rotors I had originally requested. I even accepted the $12 price difference and losing my warranty without complaint. However, rather than a straightforward resolution, I found myself in a heated argument with three different managers, leading Dee to dismissively tell me that “everyone makes mistakes,” as though I were in some sort of Barbie show. Eventually, one manager agreed to process the exchange but warned that I would lose my warranty and the $12 difference—terms I readily accepted, simply wanting the correct parts. Yet, another manager, Dee, interjected, refusing to allow the exchange, citing concerns about “bending the rules”, potential issues with inventory, and having the heat come back on him. Ironically, the inventory was already in disarray—evidenced by the fact that I had been given incorrect parts in the first place. I fully acknowledge that the customer is not always right, but as a manager, if my team were this unqualified and poorly trained, I would prioritize making things right rather than hiding behind arbitrary policies (so that the “heat” isn’t on the manager). A well-run business should take responsibility for its employees’ mistakes rather than forcing customers to bear the consequences. Thank You.

Best parts store in Oxford, Mississippi if you need anything, they will have it see Brent. He is the manager at the store and he will make you feel very welcome and find the exact part for your vehicle.

I waited too damn long to get checked out. Just think how much money you would save with a self check out kiosk. You could easily get rid of on employee on every shift at this location and generate more revenue. I am deeply upset with myself for spending my money and time at the Oxford Autozone location.

My first visit was to ask for assistance in to see why my engine light came on. Mr David met me with a Good Morning how can I help you ? Explained my situation and he said ok let’s run for codes. Code alert pointed in the direction as to what I need. I ask for a referral as to who could assist me in auto repairs. Mr David did everything in his ability to represent Auto Zone as an employee and it rates a 5 Star NOW…..My second visit was just the opposite and that 1 STAR belongs to MICHAEL he proudly earned all on his own. He was not representing Auto Zone as a respectable employee. It was all about him. Micheal did not address me in anyway as I stepped up to the counter. Never says a word as he’s looking at me. So I explained I had the wrong parts and I’m there to return them. So you want different parts ? No Im here to return. Loudly he asks WHATS YO PHONE NUMBER ? Ok this is how it is so I speak to him and give him my PN and told him you need to learn how to be respectful of others and in my case (elders) because I’m not one of your friends you’re talking to. So then he proceeded to talk over me and points to a phone number that I can call. I told him no I’ll take your name so I can give you your own review. I turn to walk out and he’s still mouthing to me telling me he don’t care he ain’t done nothing but respect me and it’s ME who has disrespected him. Pull your Security Camera up and view it. As I walked out another employee outside the door told me to “have a good night” and be safe That’s respect. I ask for no more / no less In Customer Service

Asked for help with a rear view mirror repair kit and they said they needed just a minute. I stood there for 20 minutes and no one came back to help me so I just made a decision without help and left using the self service check out

Went in the store panicking because my windshield wipers were on the blitz!!!!! Thought I had to go to Dealer!!!! Young Man named Jack fixed it!!!!!❤️ Had to give him a REAL HUUUUUUG!!!!

A great local retail parts store. The managers are knowledgeable and very friendly. The staff was well trained and handled a difficult part search with no problems at all. I had them look for a part for my old Kawasaki 1700cc Motorcycle. They found a cross reference for the part and sold me what I needed with no difficulty at all. I myself manage a local shop and have numerous years of retail automotive experience. I can say is Oxford Autozone has some great professionals.

I wish I could give 0 stars. We're quite irritated with the poor customer service received tonight. Hubby went in to have a battery charged. There were 2 employees present when he entered. Both looked up and saw him and his buddy. Neither said anything and continued whatever they were doing. A young black woman was counting her drawer and seemed to be having a bit of trouble. As it was approaching closing time, Hubby figured the young lady would need to finish up with her money before moving to another task. An older white male was putting things on the shelves. Hubby stood at the counter waiting for the older man as the young lady was clearly not able to assist customers. They waited for a few minutes before a couple came in. As the couple approached everyone else on the store, the male clerk returned to his register and proceeded to check out the couple as Hubby watched in shock and anger. The male clerk finished with the white couple and left the counter. Female clerk finished with her register and took battery from Hubby. The older man walked past him holding said battery not once, but twice! Just rude! Hubby is 6'2" and 300 lbs. We never knew he was invisible or that autozone employed individuals who lacked integrity and common courtesy. We learned tonight though. I don't know that we'll be using them in the future.

Out of probably 10 employees standing behind the counter when we entered the store, only ONE offered to help us. We stood in front of the other employees waiting to be asked if we needed help for 2-3 minutes before someone offered. The other employees just looked us in the eyes and proceeded to go back to playing on their personal cellphones. No other customers were in the store. Horrible customer service.

It would be nice for you guys to pay attention to your sales. I'm glad I checked my receipt. You charged me for 2 items I did not buy. I'm glad my digital receipt came thru when I was eating dinner. Are you guys ok or do you need a more disciplined manager who dont hang out back. ?

The caucasian lady with long hair @2:30pm really told her team to watch me. Your an employee. Employees are the ones to watch. She sounds like she has thieving experience. I dont wait on w2's. I pay taxes lady and not thru buying items. I pay because I'm one of the biggest fragrances distributors in Los Angelos, Las vegas, Phoenix, Arizona and Jackson Mississippi. Just buy the few things that you said I could rip you a new a hole with a discriminatory suit. I might. That depends how much longer I'm in your small town.

Great service and super nice staff! They were super helpful when my battery died and needed to be fixed. Even helped me out when lights came on in my car the next day to figure out the issue. Will come here again for any of my auto needs!

Great customer service Tripp L helped install rear signal light bulbs, only one was out , he offered to install the other bulb too. this is going beyond. Hard to find helpful staff. Thank you for your help.

I recently had my jeep worked on and the mechanic bought a new battery locally. I had to return my battery, which was still under warranty, to AutoZone. I gave them my phone number and they credited my credit card. Easier than returning something to Walmart!! Thankfully this is the only thing I've ever had to return. The staff is always extremely helpful!

If I could give this store 10 stars I would. Absolutely the best customer service you could ask for in a parts store. My favorite parts store in this town and the only place I continue to do business during the mask mandate. Lol. The employees are always considerate and helpful as they can be. Best part store in oxford ms

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this store. My car broke down after the Texas A&M game, and marquis towing, @ 9:45pm helped me by suggesting I take my vehicle to this store for help… thinking it may be a battery issue. I was in town from New York, driving a vehicle that I borrowed, and the staff at AutoZone stayed beyond normal closing hours to help diagnose and get me going. Without hesitation or any reservations, the two gentlemen working that evening took care of me. We went there yesterday and the lady was rude. She was in the worst mood ever. She had asked us about the type of break pad was on the back of our car and didn't even give us a chance to answer her before she randomly picked one. We just purchased this car and haven't had a chance to look over the type of parts this car has yet. On top of that she was yelling out the front door for someone and just had an attitude the whole time. I gave a 2 stars because we found what we needed.

We were barely able to reach AutoZone. The young man was extremely helpful and went out of his way to get us moving again. There are employees that perform at a mediocre level long enough to clock out and then there are employees who go out of their way to help people. AutoZone is a store designed for people needing help with their vehicle. Most of the time, the customers are under duress because of a malfunction. This store and it's employees understand this concept and seeks to offer solutions. Bravo AutoZone!

Paid for a starter at one store and was supposed to pick it up at this one and of course nobody told anybody about it so I get to purchase the same starter again at a higher price than the first time of purchase if that makes any sense. WTH is going on here this is not rocket science. Manager was unhelpful maybe should be looking into some other line of work, I'm not one to judge but public relations might not be for you. You're welcome I'm thrilled to lend auto zone money for tonight because it must be my fault they lack the ability to communicate despite modern advances in communication.

Thank you to Mr. Bobby who was so kind and caring to help me. I was traveling and 5 hours from home when my car started ticking. He checked my oil and added 2 quarts. Checked again and added more. I appreciate him so much! I feel like he treated me as though he would want his wife or daughter to be treated.
