They are simply the best. Scott and the rest of the team are always helpful. I never have to wonder if I will leave without all my questions and needs fulfilled. I always leave fulfilled and thankful for their amazing service and help!
Thanks so much to Chelsey for the kindness and patience she always shows me every time I come in! She is very knowledgeable and helps me get exactly what I need. Just got a say was in this store recently after touring the campus Scott is a true leader he was going above and beyond for ever one that approached him. Advance is blessed to have him as part of the company. I make make trips to Oxford and will always stop here.
I came in the store located in Oxford ms today and was helped tremendously by Mr. Scott Trulove. He went so far above and beyond what he was required to do. I am now a forever customer and if I ever need anything vehicle related, I will be coming to wherever he is to make my purchase. There's no other place I'd go. I wanted to have my car battery checked. Upon entering the store, employees were arguing and screaming behind the registers. One person arguing claimed to had been at the company 3 years and was a manager. Completely unprofessional and rude.
I needed my wiper blades replaced. I have gone earlier in the day to multiple parts houses and they just couldn’t find the right one and get them installed. I went to advance and Ashley had me go in less than 20 minutes very courteous and friendly. Had a great attitude also
My family and I are in town moving our daughter into school. Truck didn’t start but found the right place to go. Very honest, helpful and most importantly, extremely careful group of people took the time to get everything fixed. Will be going here for anything we need. Thank you all so much!

So unprofessional to be a public business I called not even an hour ago to get a price of brakes the so called manager answered the phone as if he was answering his personal phone didn’t say his name or anything just hello had the worst attitude ever also hung up in my face twice because I asked for corporate number whoever this guy is need to learn some customer service skills bad look on advance auto
Every time I go in this advanced auto the service is awesome, I gave 4 stars because here lately when I am looking for my specific needed items I have been finding out that Advanced Auto has higher costs on a lot of their items that a couple of the other Auto Parts Stores in oxford, which for me is a sad thing because I have always perfered Advance Auto over the other Auto parts storess.
oscar was by far the sweetest & most helpful employee i’ve ever interacted with at any auto store. i’ve had problems with my back hitch for months now and he was very willing to help with the problem! give this man a raise !
I watched 2 employees stand and watch a guy going in, carrying a car battery, wrestle the door open. They just stood next to the door and watched. Nice manners.
The store was clean and did not overly smell of car parts which is interesting. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. We did not spend a lot of time waiting.
I stopped in yesterday because I was experiencing a red battery light on my dashboard. The lady who I unfortunately did not catch her name came right out and tested my computer, battery, and alternator for free with no questions asked!
I stood in line for 20 minutes, out of three employees, one Oskar was a manager, he deliberately did not make eye contact with me, not even a we will be right with you. Nothing. Ignored. When I told him I was writing this he started making excuses saying one employee was new, I was busy, etc. will definitely not be returning. Amanda went to look for the part and forgot the part number then came back and got sent to look again, still didn’t find it. Awful service I used to work for this company I know how it’s supposed to go.
They have what you need. Parts, specialty tools, all fluids, and the prices are mid-range. Keep your eyes open for sales. Great place for the do-it-yourselfers.
Called before we arrived they said the part was in, once we got there it was the wrong part, but Auston saved the day for helping us. Still had to come back another day, but Auston helped us out for our time waisted.
The sunroof in our car was stuck in the open position, which was not great. Auston saw we were having some trouble and came out to trouble shoot the problem with us, excellent service here

Serpentine belt gave up the ghost. Made it to the parking lot. Went in and got the part we needed, they even loaned us the tools. Would have been a 5 ? visit if they had put it on for us ?. Thanks guys.
I recently went to Advance Auto Parts to compare prices for a new battery for my car. The service was excellent, I believe I was offered the best deal (price and warranty) and the service was outstanding. My battery was installed in less than 5 minutes as well. I would recommend this store, the staff and service was truly awesome.
