He helped me go and retrieve a pickup truck that was located about 50 mi over toward New Albany from Oxford and return. Amazing service. Sheldon was right on time if I'm ever back around Mississippi again I will definitely call them if I need them.

On Dec. 11th on highway 6 around 3 or 4 in the afternoon. A Sheldon’s driver flew by 6 cars leaving the Jackson 6 intersection. He then proceeded to slam on his breaks and cut his lights on and pull off the road only to nose right back on the highway in front of the vehicles almost causing a pile up. Cars went all off the road almost hitting even the car he was there to pick up. 150 bucks ain’t worth 6 people’s lives. Pay attention you worthless excuse of a driver. From what I’m told it was the owner, but who knows.
I needed help with my trailer today and these guys were there within 10 minutes! The very best customer service. I will be keeping Sheldon’s in my speed dial. Thank you!
Came within less than an hour and was super cheap compared to other companies. One of the drivers gave my friends and I a ride back home since it was deemed necessary. I recommend Sheldon’s Towing over anyone else’s!!!
Sheldon’s towing company was so helpful! They came out to unlock my car and told me my battery was dead and then went back to the store, got the battery I needed, and came back to my house and installed it for me! Daniel was a life saver! Very friendly!

Michael responded to my car quickly, and towed it to where I needed it in Tupelo, MS. Outstanding service, and I would highly recommend Sheldon’s towing in Oxford, MS. This is a police tow BTW. Got pulled over 4 mins away from the tow company for my total to be 300+ plus 45$ for the one day. Idk but that's way too much for a normal working person I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND they are way too expensive. Then I had to wait outside for a hour to pay.. I hate mississippi more and more each day and can't wait to be rid of this place

Got my girlfriends Jeep unlocked after her pet stepped on the lock button just before she went home for spring break. Came in a haste and had it unlocked in under half an hour and we were far out of town. Great service

After being quoted a price of $159 for a local tow, I called Sheldon's and they were quick, professional, and a very reasonable price for a local tow! Will call them again if I have car trouble!
I called and they were at my apartment in 10 minutes!!!! I have never had such prompt service from any tow truck company before!!!! If need be I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend y'all to use them!!!!!
I live in a student apartment and every time I have called for them to remove someone from my spot (that I pay for) they have taken more than an hour to come with their service. I don’t know why it takes that long but I would greatly appreciate if it was fixed.
Called after 9:00 pm because I thought I’d locked my keys inside my car, and they headed straight to me with no issue. Then cancelled because I found my keys (why did I put them on top of the refrigerator?!) and they were so polite and didn’t charge a fee! Will definitely recommend!!!
