I have a son that's currently attending college there. He is due to re-torque the lug nuts on his truck. As a father, I'm teaching him how to do this on his own versus running out immediately and paying someone to do this type of project. His current torque wrench needed an extension. I sent him to O'Reillys as the local O'Reillys in the area where I live has always had great service. He went to the store in Oxford, Mississippi this afternoonand purchased this extension and realize that it would not work for his current needs. I told him to take it back inside and return it. He said the grumpy old manager at the Oxford, Mississippi location would not return it. O'Reillys, I expect more from you than this. There were other places where I could spend my money. As well as the rest of the United States of America. Don't be like this. Be better.
I'm pretty new at self auto care. One of employees went above and beyond to give me all the advice I needed to change my break pads, didn't push products I wasn't asking for and even went out to take a quick look at my car only to advise additional service that saved me a headache in the future. Will definitely be back to this store in the future.
Went to buy a new battery, I didn’t have the tools to install it on hand so when asked if they could install it, the staff completely refused. They made up lies saying there’s a fuse box under my battery, that they didn’t have the correct tools and told me I had to go to the dealership. Staff was unhelpful and mocked me when I bought the tools to install it myself. I installed it no problem in the parking lot. Go somewhere else for a battery.
Super helpful! The manager don't know their name but they had long brownish hair and glasses, they were so informative. We constantly have headlights go out and they gave us some grease to put on the bulb to help with longevity! No other place in town is doing stuff like that! Highly recommend!

Went in to get my headlights replaced. Very friendly service. Chris was amazing in helping me install, pick out the best ones for my car, and went above and beyond! Will be returning if I need anything for my car.

It should be noted that I first tried a competing company across town where I was told installation is included. However, after paying for the lights the technician looks at my truck and tells me they can not get to the headlights and that it would be a “Shop Job”.
Well, I guess O’Reilly’s is the Shop to go to!

Worst place to get parts if you have a charge account!! Wish there was a 0 star rating Where I work our account got shut down for like $100 and got that paid up and now months later srill.cant charge! You would be better going to napa or advanced
Very helpful and friendly staff. Store is always well stocked and cleaned. Offers a variety of parts at different price points many with lifetime warranties.
Tracy is a worker in the Jackson avenue location and he actually drove to where my truck was broke down to help me change a battery because I did not have the correct ratchet set. They were extremely kind and saved me a bunch of time.
