I stopped in on a break from the road to have an issue addressed ..they spared no time in taking care of me and providing different options for remedy .. I was also very pleased they took the time to follow up with me a week later and reminded me that when it is convenient to come back they will be ready to take good care of my equipment!! Very impressed at their level of professionalism, concern, and accommodations.

So I get a reply to my review about about these guys being rip off and i get a reply full off lies and i am shocked. I pray the state investigate how inspections i done here. and i know for sure lies do pile up.

As a small business owner the last 20 months have been extremely challenging. It is ever important to have alliances to be successful. In a truck market that is dismal at best, I wasn’t expecting much when I reached out to Brandon to see what he had available to order. To my great surprise he had a few spots left for truck deliveries next year. Brandon made the process seamless from explaining the many features on the new HX series trucks to the many options for different applications as well as the value added of doing business with Central Maryland. In the end he wasn’t pushy but did explain the importance of making a move because of the tight truck market and that others were also looking at the limited spots available. I made the decision to purchase 4 of these units and can’t wait to take possession of them hopefully early summer 2022. In summary I would highly recommend Brandon for any of your truck purchasing needs. It’s a tough industry right now but it is nice to have a partner you can count on. Look forward to many years of service with these trucks as well as working to upgrade my entire fleet of 22 trucks over the coming years.

Owning school buses creates a challenge when it comes to downtime. By their nature they are in a category all to themselves.
The staff has always been conscious to my situation, of needing my equipment back in service as soon as possible. Working with my schedule. Always being honest, knowledgeable, professional with the expertise to repair every diagnostic problem they have encountered on my equipment.

My experience with this began nearly 6 years ago and it has continuously improved. They exclusively have handled all preventative, routine and maintenance on my school bus.
