Good people who work hard and are fair. It took 7 hours to find an electrical issue with my car, and they charged me for three. That's putting the customer first.

Always helpful, after almost a year of going there I've never encountered Steve or Cody be disresrespectful or short tempered. Mechanical work is always top teir.

I needed an air compressor replacement after having gone a year and a half without AC ?. Between labor costs and the part needed, the amount I spent to have this work done was nearly half of what it would've cost had I gone elsewhere.

My boyfriend recently took his car here for a MD inspection, had $2100 worth of work done on it to pass the inspection (new tires, alignment, new windshield, new driver side door window etc) over the course of a week, paid and given a clean bill of health, and then two days later had a complete transmission failure on the road. Not only did they miss that or fail to even mention there could be an issue in the future (his car has passed PA inspections every year like clockwork with minor repairs and no transmission issues since he bought the car), the bolts were so loose, the family friend who has the car now was astounded the transmission assembly didn't fall off on the highway. To top it off, there's a sign posted on the window where you pay in the shop that says Guaranteed Auto doesn't currently do financing bc they're owed $12000 in services that have not been paid for as far back as September 2023. Maybe the shoddy work is to blame. I certainly wish our money hadn't been wasted here.

I walked in to Guarantee Truck and Auto on a Friday, in need of an oil change; though the shop was booked solid for weeks out, the owner had me come in first thing the following Tuesday. The roads were bad because of the snow ❄️ that fell earlier, when I got to the shop my vehicle was taken right in. An hour later, I drove away a satisfied customer. The owner apologized for the delay, stating he had to wait on a filter for my Volvo...I didn't even know there was a delay. ? Great service, superb customer service. Your new customer MJ

I’ve been taking my car here for a few years and every time I’m more than pleased with the work and customer service! Everyone in the shop is friendly and they’re always straightforward with what needs done and have always gotten the work done in a reasonable amount of time. I don’t trust anyone else with my car!

Last year Steve redid my Cherokee over a year ago there was some hiccups but at the end of the day he backed up his work to the letter. The prices are very competitive and and the staff very easy to deal with thanks again Steve.

I have two words to describe guaranteed Truck and Auto, absolutely outstanding.. I had a clutch put in my car along with several other minor repairs to prepare my car to go through Maryland inspection. I I didn't have enough money at the time they refurbished a flywheel to help save me money. Additionally I was short $75 when I came to pick up my car they actually let me bring it back a week later. Words cannot describe how appreciative I was. They certainly did not have to extend me a financial courtesy of allowing me to pay them in a week, but I certainly do appreciate it. Now all I have to worry about is if they're not available to fix my car in the future and I'm stuck with having to go somewhere else, which I hope that never happens I have found a automotive repair shop that I absolutely trust. If you need car repairs or truck repairs look no FURTHER!!! In addition, Codi, thanks everything he is so knowledgeable and professional.. I know he's got to be a company treasurer.??

Took my car here for md inspection. Steve and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional. I had a few questions about my inspection and the shop was very patient with me and took the time to show me what the book states in regards to my issue. Steve was able to help me out greatly with my car and I would recommend them to anyone. Their work is more than satisfactory and done correctly with fair prices too. Really do appreciate this shop and will continue to bring my vehicles here.

Steve the owner and Cody at the front are SO HELPFUL. I was quoted $910 at another shop and once the vehicle arrived they quoted me $1,800. I called this shop and was quoted the $910 and had my vehicle back in great time. I'm coming back for additional work and will recommend them to anyone in the area. Very happy with the service. Mr. Steve and Cody have been taking care of my family’s cars for a few years now and they are outstanding! Mr. Steve recently fixed up my old car so that it can be given to my nephew. I was blown away by the service! Just when he thought that everything was complete he unfortunately found another issue. Instead of giving the car back and having me make another appointment, he took his time and spent countless hours after work to ensure that the car was safe for my nephew. I can’t thank him enough for all that he did especially going above and beyond for us! Steve is a Good Dude. Quick turn around when he is not booked, sometimes same-day or next day service. Never a bad experience in the 6 years I have used his services.

This is first we have ever used them and I have to say they are very professional and we will definitely use them again. We had the check engine light come on in our 2006 Silverado 1500HD and he got us right in and fixed up. Thank you for being a great family garage and will definitely use you again. Great work!

It has been sooooo long since I had a great mechanic to not only take care of my car needs but did so with kindness and consideration of my budget! If your a non English speaker he has a translator app for u stand and listens to your need and concerns. I will definitely keep go here for all my vehicles! Thank you Steve!!!!!!!

They put a performance downpipe and intake on my Subaru WRX. The work was very professional. Price was a little steep though for 3 hours labor ($417). They did a great job though. I would definitely use their services again.

I recently moved to Maryland and needed a MD inspection completed on my vehicle. I was told my tint was too dark and needed to be removed to pass. I MADE the decision to have the tint and it was my responsibility to have it removed, the guys did it for me. Great business and great people. Highly recommend.

I want to take a minute to give steve and his crew a review. I found his auto shop in October when my 05 pathfinder was making a noise steve went out of his way to take a ride with me right away and tell me what the problem was which was a universal joint within 3 hours I was there and gone with my truck fixed at a affordable price. 3 months later my family member had a motor go out of a 2012 honda odyssey, steven then gave us his honest opinion of what to do with the vehicle, we took his advice and where to get the motor and of course he had it up and running smoothly within no time at all,sad to say that 2 weeks ago my motor went in my pathfinder once again steve was amazing with the advice he gave me and had me up and running with a new motor with 100k mile warrenty. I refer all my friends and family to his shop he is a go getter and will help you with all ur needs. Not that I want to ever have to but the next time I have a issue he will be the one I call. This repair shop was recommended to me, and must say that I am impressed with the results and workmanship. The professionalism they displayed was outstanding. The prices are not as competitive as you might think. Actually, they are cheaper than most repair facilities. And, I got three ( 3 ) estimates for the same repair. I have had my car repaired there a few times, hoping the experience would improve but it didn't. Their customer service & integrity sucks from the front of the office to the back of the shop. I often hear about businesses struggling and going out of business if this happens to Guaranteed Truck & Auto I would not be surprised or shocked. In short they will never receive another dime from me.
