This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Inwood Towing and Recovery in Hagerstown, MD scores 73/100 with mixed‑leaning‑positive sentiment. Many praise quick response and helpful communication, efficient recoveries, and reasonable/affordable pricing. On the flip side, some report rude conduct, a steep local jump‑start fee, and one serious repair dispute involving delays and payment conflict. Professionalism and customer service appear inconsistent; wait times are often short but not always. There’s little to no information on inventory variety, yard organization, or ease of finding parts.

To the brothers who drive trucks, a piece of advice: Don’t go to this scammer. I had a small breakdown and he told me that I had to take the truck to the workshop. After he took it to the shop, he couldn’t fix it. Every day he says tomorrow. After I spent the night in the hotel and $3500 worth of spare parts (fuel pump), he didn’t fix anything and he demands that I pay $3500 so that he can continue fixing it. Now the courts will be the last resort after he seized the truck.
