Thank you to everyone at accu auto for getting my wife’s car back up and running. The replaced her transfer case and gave her a tuneup as well a a long list of work that her vehicle need at a very very reasonable price. Many shops are competent but can be rude when they find that you drive a car they don't like to work with (such as a Tesla). But the Accu Auto team were the most accommodating shop I've ever been to - I'd recommend them over dealerships, let alone other private shops, especially in this area. Their service warranty is also nice. Their unconditional kindness goes a long way as well as that is quite rare in the auto repair industry. They gained a lifelong customer.
I haven't had a "go-to" mechanic since my last one retired. My wife's car had a few issues that piled up so I decided to give this place a call based on the large amount of positive reviews and location from our home.
They were able to find the issues quickly, kept me informed through out the process, and made sure we were okay with the plan before moving forward. I found Eugene and Andy to be very honest with their diagnosis and recommendations, and found the pricing very reasonable for the quality of work done.
The staff took the time to understand and diagnose the problem. They explained what was needed to fix the situation and ordered the parts immediately. As soon as the parts came in, they notified me and arranged the repair.
Myself and my daughter broke down in parking lot due to popped tires. The man at the front desk was very friendly and offered me assistance as soon as he noticed us in the parking lot. We got new tires by the afternoon and installed by the time I requested. 10/10 highly recommend.

Excellent customer service! Though struggling with the scheduling conflicts of a busy season, they were able to get my vehicle back to me within the constant of my own schedule needs. And as soon as I started driving, I could immediately notice a major improvement in performance. I definitely trust them to do top notch work!
Kind service, and honest communication. Got an estimate of work that needed to be done from another mechanic and Eugene saved me a lot of money by telling me what was actually essential for my car to be safe and road worthy before a cross country roadtrip.

Outstanding Service and Genuine Care at Accu Auto Care
This past Tuesday, July 29, 2025, while driving on I-70 near Hagerstown, I suddenly received a warning that my engine was overheating. I immediately pulled over and called a friend of mine She quickly searched Google and found the highest-rated auto repair shop nearby—Accu Auto Care, about 12 miles from where I was.
When I arrived, it was close to 5:00 p.m., and I knew they were scheduled to close at 5:30 p.m. However, the owner, Eugene, gave a warm first impression and kindly opened the hood to inspect the engine. He discovered that two belts connecting the engine and the water pump had snapped. I could clearly see the damage myself.
Eugene showed me a very reasonable repair estimate and asked if I wanted to go ahead with the repair. Of course, I said yes. He ordered the parts right away, and as soon as they arrived, he and his mechanic got to work—despite it being after closing time.
They worked hard until 6:00 p.m., 30 minutes past their regular hours, to fix my car. Thanks to their dedication, I was able to get back on the road—albeit a little later than planned—and arrived safely at my destination. My car is now running perfectly.
I am deeply grateful for Eugene’s kindness, genuine care, and professionalism as a true "doctor of cars." I wholeheartedly recommend Accu Auto Care to anyone reading this. If you ever have car trouble, I strongly urge you to visit them—you won’t regret it.

They provided outstanding service! Brought our van in for maintenance and they had open communication through whole process about the pricing and suggested repairs. They go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied and they have definitely earned my business going forward.
Mr. Eugene Is a great person and a great mechanic. My family has taken our cars to him for years and every-time he has delivered not just good work, but great work. Once again, Eugene and his team took excellent care of us. We had a slow leak in our front tire. I looked but did not see any nails, cuts, etc., Eugene worked to fit me in same day to take a look at what was causing the leak. Eugene found the source of the problem, which was a TPMS Cap on the valve stem. Thanks again to Eugene for squeezing us in to take a look at our problem.

This is the first review I’ve ever posted about a business, but they truly deserve five stars. My car broke down while I was passing through Maryland, and someone stopped to help me out. They mentioned their dad worked at this place and suggested I have my car towed there. Everyone was incredibly helpful, even though I’m from out of state, and they were so patient with me. They made a very stressful time in my life so much easier.

I had a very good experience dealing with Accu Auto Care - Eugene Martin. I would highly recommend them if you need service on your vehicle. The price for service, was a little higher than I had hoped for, but they were dealing with an unusually difficult electrical problem in my car and it took a lot more time to troubleshoot it. They had the expertise to diagnose the problem and recommend the solution. Repairs were completed, and the vehicle is back on the road. ?
It’s a comfort now and days . to have someone you can trust, looking at and maintaining maintenance on your vehicle . Honestly, seems to be a hard thing to find these days and someone trustworthy .

Accu auto has always been there for us! They provide suggestions to remediate issues as well as provide their expertise when we are unable to resolve any issue on our own. I have no problem recommending their service as they have consistently gone above and beyond to provide the absolute best service for our vehicles.
Over the last several months I have had nails in two different tires. Both times I went to Accu Auto Care and they have been great! Eugene at the service desk has walked me through everything including pricing, and has been excellent in helping me each time I have gone. The first time I went. The tire was patched in about 30 minutes and I was on my way. This second incident they had to order me a new tire. Which was there that day, and then repaired. I highly highly recommend using their business. I expected when going or calling I would have to make an appointment. But they just squeeze me right in.
Been going to Accu Auto Care for at least 6 years for the maintenance and service of my two vehicles. Eugene has always been honest and diligent in overseeing the care of our autos and we rely upon his input for the upkeep. Just had my 2010 Honda suv serviced, new spark plugs, oil change and all fluids replaced. Runs like a new car. Always find Eugene's recommendations to be spot on, fairly priced.

Accu Auto Care is an excellent choice for getting your vehicle repaired. I brought my vehicle in for an engine light issue and got it back the next day. They are honest people and won't overcharge you for repairs like some other places. Overall, I recommend this place.
