This tour company was so amazing. Was stuck on I 81 at about 8 o’clock at night and they jumped right on. It was at my location within 10 minutes. The greatest tour services I have had and I’m 58. Anyone in Hagerstown needs Towing. This is the place.

I had an after hours mishap with my U-Haul truck with car trailer and got stuck. Rashid was a total professional and took care of me right away, made me feel like a priority. He told me it would be 30 minutes but Jordan showed up within 15 minutes and had me out in less than 10 mins. The whole experience was quick, efficient, and totally painless.

I am an owner operator and 22 yr veteran of trucking and Main Truck Towing is amoung the best road services I've encountered. They actually answered the phone when I called and promptly got a road tech to my location. I had an air issue with my semi and Mike the road tech was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough with the diagnosis and solution to the problem. The cost was average but competitive, but even so, the service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend to anybody in the area needing a road fix

My mother backed into the snow and got stuck! I called and they were there within 30 min. Not only did he get her car out but he shoveled a lot of the snow around it in order to get the job done properly. I would recommend them anytime

Main Truck and Trailer Repair did an excellent job on my truck. The staff was very nice, knowledgeable, and quick. They went the extra mile by giving me a ride to and from my hotel and even offering food, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

First time here. Very easy access to the shop. The people who work here are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I spoke with the owner—an exceptionally nice man—who got me in and out in no time for my PM service and other minor repairs. I am an OTR driver, and I keep a list of mechanical shops across the country that I respect and give my preference to whenever I’m in the area for service or repairs. This one is definitely going on my list.

I had a tire blow out on my Rav4 today on I-70 and roadside service arrived within 30 min which alone was impressive to me. But what really stood out was the level of care and professionalism from Kiefer. He didn't just change the tire and rush off, he was thorough, calm, and clearly safety focused.He went above and beyond checking everything including the safety rating and air pressure in the donut tire to ensure I could safely continue my drive since I was far from home. Feeling stranded on the highway can be stressful, Kiefer's attn to detail, knowledge and genuine concern made all the difference..this is exactly what roadside service should be.- prompt, professional and caring..Note- my teenage son and I attempted to change the tire ourselves to start with but we were pinned up against the guard rail and had a hard time getting the car jacked up high enough on the slanted road and then the jack bent, not worth the effort on freezing dangerous highway..I recommend this service especially if your lucky enough to get Kiefer

My driver waited 5–6 hours at Loves for a trailer ABS issue they replaced sensors still couldn’t fix and even wanted to replace the trailer module. But didn’t have a parts. I called this shop instead, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. Quick and professional. Highly recommended.

I brought my truck here because it was vibrating. They told me there were a few issues with it and that they would fix it within a day. It sat there for two days. They claimed they were fixing problems that didn't exist and charged me $3,600. And my vibrating problem got worse. When I told them about it, they told me to take the truck to another mechanic.

Excellent service and towing. They are very quick to respond on emergency service and very knowledgeable staff to make fast repairs. I use these guys for DOT inspections, tires, oil changes, and emergency towing. They even brought my spare tractor to me 100 miles away so I could continue my run. Great service with great prices.

These guys are wonderful. We were driving a fully loaded 30-ft RV and towing a Jeep for the first time. An hour and a half into our trip. The ABS light for the brakes lit up. We looked up truck repairs in Hagerstown and these guys were able to see us right away. They spent quite a bit of time analyzing all sets of brakes and fuses. Their work solved the problem. Great RV service in an Emergency but expensive! We blew two tires on our 32 foot class C camper. They said they’d be there in 45 minutes on Memorial Day and they were there early. In less than 30 minutes later they had the my spare installed Very prepared and professional. I would highly recommend using MAIN truck towing and repairs.

I am very pleased with the quick response time and efficient repair work done. My hub oil on my tractor’s steer tire was taken off as a result of a minor accident and unlike most repair companies where I end up waiting hours, the gentleman who repaired me was there within the hour and had me on my way within 15 minutes. I know my company appreciated the quick turnaround and I personally appreciated it as well since miles are money.
