15/10. I would have given more stars if I could. My co-workers recommended Battery Warehouse to me for a car battery. When I called to get information, the gentleman on the phone was fantastic. Patient, knowledgeable, friendly and overall excellent customer service. When I went the next day, to purchase and have the battery installed, Logan was exactly the same. Extremely helpful, knew exactly what I needed and had everything completed for me faster than I could have imagined. Totally happy with the experience. Thank you Logan and Battery Warehouse.
They are good people and really want to help you out. Definitely not as common these days. Good prices, good service, good warranty. Definitely better than getting a battery at one of the big chains.

Saved $100 on two golf cart batteries as compared to interstate batteries. Guy behind the counter (Shawn?) was absolutely great. Can’t comment on quality of the batteries, just got them. Shawn seemed very knowledgeable
Horrible experience I ask for a aux battery for a car and i didn’t pay attention he gave me a battery for a four wheeler and a boat then said no refund or exchange sad
Came by to test my battery because it’s been struggling to start up from time to time. Sean came out to test and said it was fine but advised me to remove some wires hooked up to the battery as it could be pulling power from it. He came out with his tool and removed it himself. Thanks Sean! I’ll be back whenever I need a new battery!
Went in here to get a car battery and they had it in stock even showed me with a multimeter that it was fully charged. Asked them if I could swap my battery in the parking lot and the owner was very kind and told me that I could, they took my old battery for me. They have a new return customer anytime I need a battery
Called local Chrysler dealership they quoted $690 while another Chrysler dealership quoted $450+. Called Battery Warehouse and Sean quoted $260 for same item. Sean quickly installed both batteries (start stop and main battery) in less than 20 minutes. Fast service with great customer service and savings. Highly Recommend Sean and Cliff.
I will never return to this business. I had batteries to recycle and I heard this company pays for old car batteries. I called to confirm if it was true and they confirmed it. Get there and they of course weren’t on the same track. They both need customer service education
Wonderful! I had bought a battery from them in Dec. No fault of theirs it went bad. I keep the receipt. They had a new one installed in twenty min and I was back on the road. I love ❤️ those guys. Excellent, fast service with Battery Warehouse installing my new battery in it's trunk location. After handing them the keys. 20 minutes later I was on the road. My Dealership told me my battery checked out with no issues yet I still had to jump start my 2018 Chrysler 300C Hemi with only 30,000 miles. Battery Warehouse showed my old battery defective. I selected their best battery at a competitive price with the highest cranking power. Now Two months later. No issues plus i have a 36 month replacement warranty
I needed a car battery and an auxiliary battery for the start stop for the same car. I almost didn't call these guys after calling all the auto shops in the area. Not only did these folks have the batteries in stock unlike the auto shops but they also had them so much cheaper that I was able to get my kids a power wheel battery as well and still paid less than what the other two would've cost elsewhere. Great service great price.
I couldn't be more thankful for the gentleman at this location. I thought my battery was dead so I went out to get a new one and come to find out it was my alternator. It was a Saturday and I couldn't find anyone that could get the part and install it same day. So they called their buddy who owns a garage and had arrangements made for the garage to come pick my car up from the battery warehouse parking lot to have it fixed first thing Monday morning. The amount of effort they put in to making sure I was safe and not stranded was beyond any customer service I've ever had. They truly were my angels today. Thank you so very much to this place for being my saviors on a rainy cold weekend.

In addition to all my usual battery needs, I want to share a story. I work in IT and today a server room UPS battery died. I have very little knowledge since I am not used to dealing with the bigger UPS. But in addition to selling me the batteries I needed, the Battery Warehouse guys helped me install and gave me technical guidance. Really above the call of duty, and I respect that a lot. I could not be more thankful.

In a world where customer service is non existent- it is refreshing to go into this Battery Warehouse and how they take care of you in a timely manner. I had a battery replaced in my truck and there was still some warranty left on the old battery. The gave me a 50% discount off the new one along with a Military discount and I was in and out in 15minutes. This is why I buy my batteries from them - motorcycle - lawn tractor- and truck. Great guys to do business with for sure!
Was here this morning and had an amazing experience! My car battery died yesterday and the guy working was so patient and helpful! Not only did he change out my battery free of charge he also provided me a discount! I saved a total of $80 going here vs if i went to the dealership! I definitely recommend Battery warehouse!
Excellent experience, as usual. Well informed staff who give you options, not pushing to sell you the most expensive one.
They tested my battery and confirmed my suspicion that it was time for a replacement. I selected from the several options available, the battery was installed, free of charge, and I was out the door in under 10 minutes. The cost of their batteries is comparable, or less, than most other suppliers. Far less than car dealer prices.
If they happen to not have speciality in stock (they've always had anything I needed), I'm told they can get any type of battery anyone would need.
Always great doing business here. They really take care of their customers. Always there to charge their customers battery when its down and just as helpful when battery needs replaced. If I could leave these guys 10 stars I totally would. Lucas was the man I dealt with and he was fantastic. Answered questions fully, took his time listening to my problems and even had enough concern to advise me that he they repair route I was headed towards was pretty dangerous, potentially losing him a sale. On top of that, when I mentioned the need for a pretty unique battery in our conversation at the end of us discussing my problem at hand he took the time to find out which specific battery it was that I needed and rummaged around to find.
This is a unique and necessary business, one that not many would think of when stepping foot into the entrepreneurial realm. He could hang high prices over our heads because there is a strong demand for these products. But he stays fair and helpful in spite of this fact.
