My vehicle was stolen and ended up getting towed to ready road service. It was there for a week. I needed to get a new Fob programed and they were so helpful from opening the place for me on the weekend. Never charged me a few or anything helped me unlock my car door. Excellent service and always willing to help. Thank you ready road service. Highly recommend!!!
Horrible business owner stole my vehicle after an accident. I attempted to make payment and pick it up multiple times and they did everything they could to ensure that nobody was there that could release my vehicle or the contents inside it. This is the most crooked towing company in all of Augusta. After reaching out to a couple local mechanics from the area. What I hear is the situation that happened to me has happened many times to numerous other people. If you get into a car accident and these guys show up, leave your vehicle on the side of the road until somebody else comes otherwise you may never get it back.
Amazing fast friendly service. I unfortunately did not get the gentleman's name that came to my rescue and words can't even begin to express my gratitude for this man. This mama had a gut wrenching moment when her car locked with keys and 6 month old inside I called the police who called ready road service within 10 minutes he was there less than a minute he had my car open and baby in my arms and wouldn't let me pay him a thing. He was very calming and polite. I wish the world had 10 million of this amazing man. And all this on a Sunday when he was actually closed.
After a crash they towed my car. I went to get my stuff from it afterwards and they were friendly and kind and even though they weren't technically open according to Google let me get everything I needed. The cars were in a locked and gated yard which I appreciated as I was worried about break ins while it sat but that's not an issue here. I'm very appreciative.
For a job that makes everyone angry, this place has pleasant people who work to make an unpleasant situation (having your vehicle impounded) bearable. I was impressed.
Ready Road was full of super friendly people who went out of their way above and beyond expectation to help me out of a jam when they didn't have to. I appreciate them beyond belief and have now found my go-to towing company. They are amazing. Highly recommended
I gave this place a one star review, my daughter gave me the wrong information from which towing company she utilized. My apologies it was a different company in Augusta.
Very rude, unprofessional and uneducated. Disrespectful and dishonest, I wouldn't use this service it was the only in existence. Very disappointed in the way these people conduct business.
Refused to give me a price for storage fees after my car was towed there & then was told I couldn’t drive my own registered car off their property because the windshield was cracked and no inspection sticker and wants me to pay to have it towed to my residence that’s over 100 miles away and in the meanwhile they are charging me storage fees so a 150.00 mistake is now running me 1000’s of dollars because they want to make a buck off me and I could barely afford to get the registration straightened around and pay the tow fee.
I guess I’m in the wrong according to the gentleman that spoke to my family member on the phone for writing a review that he’s claiming is wrong and wanted to question my mom on my review then proceeded to tell her he would only take cash payment of 486.00 from the owner of the vehicle. To me he wants me to go to his establishment so he can question me on my review now…… I live almost a 100 miles away and have no vehicle because they have it and won’t take debit card payment over the phone so no in my eyes they’re refusing payment
They were friendly to deal with and did exactly what they said they would do! They delivered my property to my house on the day they said they would so I wasn't put out. Thank you!
Towed a 17 yr olds truck after being stuck in a snowbank, told him 140$ and to come back at 10am, went back gave him a hard time about getting the vehicle back, and ended up charging 419$ for a less than 24 hour stay. This is borderline robbery, racking up such a high bill that it would be nearly impossible to get the vehicle back by an average person, let alone a 17 yr old. Basically legally stealing vehicles. Absolutely absurd. If anyone tries to call them to tow you, say no! Gave no receipt of payment, the average 17 year old would not be able to deal with kind of charge. Beware!
Ridiculously over priced, charged a crazy fee for everything under the sun, took advantage of a minor and wasn't very cooperative, I would give a negative star if possible
Cody was amazing. He literally pushed my car out himself after I got it stuck while I had my Grandson with me. He was very kind to me in my time of need!!!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST PLACE TO GO FOR ALL TOWING NEEDS!!!! I’ve been through hell n back for the past 3 weeks with my insurance company trying to get my vehicle paid for: for my tow after my car caused me too go off the road due too my control arm breaking…ROB has made this experience an absolute breeze and when my insurance company denied my claim after 3 weeks of fighting with them and my fee’s adding up every single day of $80 HE DID NOT CHARGE ME A SINGLE DIME!!!!!!!! He even PAID FOR MY TOW TO GET TOO THE GARAGE FOR MY CAR TO BE FIXED!!! IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND JUST AMAZING THROUGH OUT!!!! I appreciate you ROB!!!!!

Overnight charge was charged for 2 days which makes no sense, still paid it cause they wouldn’t tell me the price until the next day. Horrible customer service throughout the process until the end and treating customers poorly over the phone with disrespect.
Wouldn't recommend. They towed even after we said no because they didn't work with aaa. They then said they wanted 270 when they dropped off. Wouldn't let us retrieve our stuff. They stole things from the vehicle and when we asked about it was told to get off their property. They towed our vehicle to the side of the road so we had to load it on the side of a busy road. Rude ,theives, cons,and unprofessional all the way around.
On Saturday, December 23, 2023 my car broke down on the way to Christmas with my family and AAA didn't respond to my call so a sheriff stopped to check on me and suggested Ready Road Service that showed up in 10 minutes, driven by Cody Drummond, a young polite man that made sure I was safe and secure, delivered me and my vehicle to VIP Garage...that's not all, due to how high the truck is off the ground, I couldn't make that first step, no problem, Cody just picked me up and deposited me in the front seat ! He is a remarkable young man, and I can't say enough good about him as an example of what youth can be as a human being....Thanks Cody !
Unfortunately, this man was very rude and wouldn’t give me a price for my vehicle, then because I asked too many times, charged me a ridiculous amount, and considering his hours, it was longer than I wanted to wait to get my vehicle anyway.
When my car was stolen from Portsmouth, NH, the police were thankfully able to recover it in Augusta, ME and they called Ready Road Service to tow it and store it safely until I could pick it up. The owner of Ready Road Service couldn’t have been kinder, more empathetic, and helpful. Not only did he not charge us for the towing and storage, he stayed open late so we could make the drive up to Augusta after my husband got off work. It was such a relief knowing my car was finally in good hands after the ordeal I’d been through. I highly recommend this company!
My wife’s car was towed the other day and was totaled. These guys were extremely helpful every steph of the way. We needs to get a few things for the car and even took our new tires off the care so we could keep them for the new car. Highly recommend them very professional and kind people.
