This is the ONLY redemption center I will go to. Before I even exit my vehicle, they are there ready to help me unload and carry the bags inside. The owner and employees are kind, quick, accurate, and have great taste in music ?? There is no bag limit which is great because I always show up with at least 8 large bags ? I appreciate you guys, thank you for what you do! Yall are the best ☺️
Unbelievable- Wow. My normal redemption center was closed and I had to get the bottles out, so I tried Ante Up! They are now my redemption center. They were courteous, organized, efficient and fast. I have done bottle drives, etc. and as I stood waiting as they “worked” I could only say WOW! Great job Ante Up you have gained a new customer.
Website says they close at 4 on Sunday. The sign on the door says 4 on Sunday. Showed up at 3:00 on Sunday, was informed they decided to close early and they refused to take our bottles, they were still there twiddling their thumbs. Won't be back, not gonna waste my time, energy and fuel playing that guessing game. I suggest you change your hours if you're not going to keep them.
Every single time I go to Ante Up, they always say how grateful they are that I bring in clean bottles. It doesn't matter who is working... it's like clockwork. From my experience, they have a positive attitude and they are professional. And quite frankly, it only takes 5 seconds to rinse out a bottle! Makes it super quick and easy for the staff too, so I'm happy to do it.
I'm usually in and out of the redemption center very quickly (I bring two large clear bottle bags).
The only downside is limited interior space and parking, but I can honestly say these folks are the place I always bring my bottles because they are the most efficient ones around and they're friendly people.
My first and only visit to Ante Up Redemption Center last summer left me extremely disappointed. I arrived with two truckloads of bottles, totaling between 25 and 30 bags. Despite calling ahead to confirm it was acceptable, the experience quickly soured.
Upon arrival, one of the staff members, a thin, muscular black man, greeted us with rudeness and a dismissive attitude. This turned into outright hostility when he discovered one bag had broken glass from beer bottles inadvertently knocking together in transit. Feeling uncomfortable with his behavior, I decided to stop unloading, cash out what they had already counted, and take the remaining bottles elsewhere.
What's more concerning is that the owner or manager also pressured me to leave a tip while cashing out before leaving. While I understand having a tip jar in plain sight, verbally pressuring customers seems very unprofessional.
This hostile atmosphere and unprofessional behavior from both staff and management have ensured that my family and I will never return to Ante Up Redemption Center.
Just got ripped off completely. Never go to ante up, they can't count apparently and when you call them out on it they say they know what they counted. Twice now I have gotten completely ripped off ATLEAST $30 in 2 trips and there's no manager or owner ever there to talk to and complain to. DONT GO YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.
2/24 The worst experience that I've had at a redemption center. Went in and the 2 employees were standing around doing nothing. I wanted to drop offbottles and they said they really didn't know how long it would take like maybe even tomorrow. I understand that there's prob other drop offs but these guys were super rude Not friendly or helpful whatsoever. Maybe custo.er service isn't important here but at least refrain from being actively rude because I left the door open a minute to bring in more bottles. Maybe think twice before coming here
So disappointed in this place, they make you feel like you have to tip them and they definitely steal your money! I counted half of the bags that were returned and I didn’t even receive that back and had 3 more larger bags that weren’t counted! Never going back here?
Poor customer service, I brought a large truck load of bottles, lots of 15 cent bottles and received 40$ I've gone to another place with half the amount of bottles and received more. Waste of my time waiting 2 hours. Will not return here again!
Seemed to be closed indefinitely. Went there at 11 AM last Sunday and there was none in the building and the window was cracked. Even the sign on the door said they should have been open at 10. Definitely look elsewhere in the area for your bottle return needs.
Just went with over 100 dollars worth of bottles and got just shy of 60 bucks. Bottle places are known for shying people but dam that was awful. Worst part is you can't get your bottled back to do anything about it. UPDATE...so I took another 10 bags out of the 15 I had left to place in waterville and I got 132 dollars. So yes there is more then 100 bottles in each massive black leaf bag my friend. Arguing just makes u look worse. No apologies needed. I guess he needs the money more then me...itleast i know where not to go. ?
Finally found a place to take back bottles!
They processed probably a years worth of bottles in no time. Easy parking, friendly people, and it actually smells incredibly clean - I will definitely be back.
Very nice people. Thankful for a local redemption center and one that allows you to bring a large amount of bottle returns without complaining to you about it. About two people at a time can fit in the building. Appreciate that we can go on a Saturday. Definitely recommend.
Amazing! Fast, clean and personable workers! Love that the owner, Derek is right there working with them and is a veteran! We will come here from now on!
I used to run a redemption center w my husband about 8 years ago and visited this gem about a week or 2 ago. I was extremely impressed by theirncustomer service and their set up and will be recommending to all my friends
Went to this place on a Sunday. The workers were very nice. Kind. And had great customer service. I will be coming here regularly. I recommend. This place.
