Autozone is one of the 4 auto parts stores in my town. They seem to be right around the same price as the others. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because they don't offer a rewards program or if they do, I've never been told or asked to join.

What is going on in this location?? I walked in and music was blasting so loud I thought I accidentally walked into a bar. Did they turn it down to talk to me? Nope! I had to raise my voice to have a conversation with the guy. Everyone has bad days but you have to leave that at home. This guy never looked at me, mumbled his questions so I had to keep asking him to repeat himself. Then held my part asking me to pay. I asked to see it to make sure it was correct and he tossed it on the counter because I guess my request was just unheard of. Good luck with this place, the shamrock place is just a mile down the road.

Had to wait forever with my son to be waited on the women gave my son a sucker an I appreciate that. But the guy with red hair needs to have better social skills a make sure dip spit doesn’t fall out his mouth while talking to me! GROSS! 🤮

Older guy with a long white beard was a jerk to me. Made me feel stupid for confusing a pipe and a hose. Will not be doing business here going forward.

I was just in there around 745pm 9/2 and witnessed the manager sexually harass a young female employee. Both were Hispanic. He told her something about her big rear end (in other words) and told her to go get herself a sandwich to shut herself up or something to that effect. I just thought that was highly unprofessional and that manager was a legal liability to Auto Zone. I am still in awe over the unprofessionalism and right in front of a customer? They seemed more concerned with their conversation than the customer right in front of them. There were 3 of them working in there and 1 person that needed help. What a joke.

Thomas went above and beyond minutes before closing on a Sunday. I deal with another Autozone for my commercial account but him not knowing who I am took care of me and helped me get the job done the same day. Autozone needs more Thomas's!

Top notch service and very kind! It’s Easter Sunday and I’m in the road for work. John not only took the time to diagnose my issue and provide all the parts, he managed to find a local mechanic to do the work. The world needs more people like John! Me and my wife went to this Autozone today for new wiper blades for both of our vehicles. We had an absolute amazing employee named Kat that went way above and beyond all expectations to help us. I broke down at the T/A truck stop off the RICHWOOD exit in Walton Kentucky. Starter was bad. Called AutoZone off highway 42. Spoke with Keith, the manager. He looked it up. Said it was warrantied no problem. Even took time to bring it to me at the truck stop . Can't say enough how convenient he made the whole ordeal . So thanks to Keith and his team over there at the autozone on highway 42 in Union, Kentucky. Highly recommend doing business there.

Got one small item under $2 and Michael P does not know how to smile, greet or respond even when I said thank you and appreciate his help. 60 seconds of his interrupted get off his rear help. Mute like a fool. And this is why I get most of my stuff on Amazon. Customer service from a guy old enough to know better. Tell us how we do. That is funny on the receipt.

I took my 2016 mini cooper up to ask about my sunroof and get some silicone spray,as I was tols it could help to get it to xlose.The boys working came out and started trying to figure it out and they kept pushing and pulling ont he sun roof,and now its a real mess,probably needs a new motor.I learned my lesson,mechanics do not work at Auto zone.My fault!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was on my way home and my check engine light came on, along with my battery light, and my air conditioner stopped working. I pulled into Autozone and Eddie ran a diagnostic check that indicated the alternator was defective. When we looked at the alternator, we noticed the serpentine belt was completely gone. Eddie and Fred installed it for me on the spot. They saved me from having to call AAA for a tow and a potentially large maintenance bill. Great job and excellent service!!!!

Friday I went to pick up a tail light bulb that I had ordered and found it was the wrong. However, the gentleman behind the counter offered to take off the light cap to make sure we get the right one. In doing this we found the right bulb and replaced to for me. Thank you so much. Your my HERO!!!!

I can't express in words how C.J came in clutch for me today. Went in to get a battery explained all options down to every detail was so helpful I just told him to give me what he recommends. Installed no problem as if he was working on his own car...highly recommend you go see him for all your car part needs.

I went in to get a rear tail light bulb turn signal and Julie was awesome. I kept forgetting the number to the part to go get the bulb and she was very nice to keep telling me and then she went and got it for me

Julie and Tristan are absolutely phenomenal. They literally helped me to keep my car from blowing up and being stranded on the side of the road right now! I cannot express my gratitude these two employees are the best employees auto zone has by far! If these two are not promoted and given massive raises corporate should be ashamed! Again thank thank thank you for going above and beyond!

I went in to store 4541 today to get stuff I needed to do an oil change on my vehicle. Was not greeted when I came in the building braiden was outside helping a customer and the other worker Mary stayed on her phone and I stood in line for 15 mins waiting to b helped. Not very friendly. Braiden helped me out and was very helpful. Glad he was there.

Was at this location today 9/17/22 and was handed a receipt stating that I had a $20 reward on my account. Went back later to buy something with my $20 reward and was told "it wasn't in the system". Despite physically bringing the receipt into the store and showing the person behind the counter, I was not granted the credit. I was told to try again in 24 hours. If it takes 24 hours for the credit to be valid, it should be stated on the receipt that they give you. Granting a $20 credit with paper proof to the customer, then refusing to honor it when it's presented is bad business.

We were on our way home to another state and it started raining when we realized we really needed new windshield wipers. I found this location as the closest site. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I would stop here again or if I was a local I would use this site for my auto needs.

The folks behind the desk are always knowledgeable and willing to help. You got a question they got the answer and the means the fix the issue! All within a reasonable price range. Like they say if its got goodies or tires it's gonna give ya problems. Well if it's only got the latter they got yer back!

Braiden, Micah, and Brandon were fantastic. Went in explained my issue. Determined I needed a new battery. They all had wonderful attitudes. Braiden didn't just throw a new battery in and call it a day he was very thorough and explained the entire process. Great customer service

There was a very rude older employee telling me to move my car when I pulled up because someone was getting out of my car that was disabled to go into the store and then I was going to park and follow him in. An employee happened to be coming out as I pulled up and told me to move the car very rudely like he was disgusted or very aggravated with everything that day. Other than that the store is organized and the other employees were friendly and helpful but I almost didn't even go in because of the Elder employees attitude especially because he knew why I had pulled up to the door because he had seen the disabled person getting out of my car

These guys know their stuff and always do their best no matter how busy they are. I've been in a few times over the last couple of weeks and they helped me figure out two different problems going on with my old car. Saved me a ton of money and even helped me with the testing and repair. With 10% off for being an Uber driver, I couldn't ask for more!

Not sure if you can give an establishment a first-class rating based on a first-class employee, but the person who helped me out today (I think his name was John) went the extra mile to help me out. He was courteous, helpful, kind, knowledgeable and extremely polite! I'm here from out of state and he did what family would do to help explain what I needed to do and to make sure I had the correct parts. He said "That's why I work here, I like to help people out!" Thank you for a great experience!
