I was visiting the area from out of town when my breaks started to go out. I took my car into Riders and they were able to get it fixed the same day for me and at a great price. The owners and employees were all very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area or who happens to be passing through and unexpectedly needs their car looked at! Thank you again for helping me out!

Today I had the opportunity to be served at this shop, and I want to express my deep gratitude for seeing me without an appointment. They were extraordinarily professional and very courteous in their treatment of me. They resolved my mechanical problem quickly and at a good price. I hope to return for future work. I had a great experience with Mark! We live in Virginia and were in town for an event when our airbag suspension gave out on a Saturday afternoon. Riders was the only place around that was open so we dropped it off and came home. Mark kept us updated and even worked late on a Friday night to make sure we could pick it up the next day!

We were on our way to Pensacola, FL for Bible conference from Allegan, Michigan. We stopped in Florence, KY for the night and my Jeep started having issues. We found this place by God's grace! JR and Brian stopped on what they were doing and helped us to fix our Jeep to get it going right away!! Very friendly and professional environment. We sat inside the office while our Jeep was getting worked on. Felt we could just sit inside and talk to them as family friends! It didn't take long for them to figure out and got it all fixed! My favorite automotive shop and mechanic(s) in NKY. I resided in KY for 3 years and didn’t know anyone. They have taken care of my Kia Rondo and it rides better than ever.

I received excellent services from them. I came in with issues on my brakes. I was in and out in about a hour and a half. They give you honest true work for your vehicle. The price was even cheaper than originally estimated.

Hello Mark, Amy, Thank you for the follow-up, you guys, Rider’s Automotive, are the best! We made it home to Canada safe and sound Monday evening. Even tho you found nothing wrong with our Honda Odyssey, it was reassuring to know that from an expert, and that we could safely drive it, especially since the I75 was still so dicey Monday. Your professionalism, honesty, integrity, and just being available on the day of the worst storm in 5 decades in Kentucky is so appreciated! We wanted to express how grateful we are for your care and expertise. Once again, thank you for getting us safely out of a bad jam and getting us on our way home!

Really disappointing service. We brought in our WORK cargo van Monday afternoon for shuddering. They said it was a spark plug and ignition coil issue, $698 repair and they assured us it would be finished Monday by closing. Cool. Monday evening rolls around no phone call. We finally called late morning Tuesday, it still wasn’t finished. A few hours later on Tuesday they called saying the shuddering wasn’t fixed and they needed to take the whole engine apart. We specifically asked if there would be an added cost, they said no. They called again recommending a $4500 repair. Then when it was clear we were getting a second opinion we had to call repeatedly to get ahold of them or for them to communicate. It took them a day and half to put our engine back together, threatened to mess with it when putting it back together and then last minute added in a gasket replacement charge claiming it had to be done (which is fine but they never communicated that BEFORE taking the engine apart when we asked). Incredibly rude, unprofessional, poor communication and definitely would not recommend.

Exceptional customer service. I was on a road trip from Michigan to Virgina and my engine was knocking. After reaching out online, Amy replied late at night to schedule my car first thing in the morning. JR and Brian ended up shifting customers around to help focus on my vehicle and get me back on the road the same day. Extremely greatlful for their help.

Absolutely love this place! The staff is funny and wonderful to be around, they know their stuff and get your car fixed correctly! They check up on you and really make you feel like they care about you in a way that’s not just about money! Highly recommend going to them for any car trouble

I've been taking my car here for the past year, and they have always succeeded in doing a great job on my vehicle. Everyone is so lovely, and their service is excellent. I don't trust anyone else around here with my car besides them!

Great job to the whole team. Riders company is special, the care and concern they showed was over the top. I'm a hotshot trucker who broke down over the weekend. Traveling with a special needs child complicates the situation, but the owner drove us to a near by hotel. He worked hours after closing to get us moving. I'm so grateful for chosing the right company. He's now apart of my maintenance team. Thank you for great service, May God continue to grow your company, your family, and staff. I don’t even know where to start! Our Upstate NY to Fort Worth, Texas 3800 mile roadtrip started w/my amazing and dependable Honda 2018 CRV getting tuned up and checked out beforehand by my awesome hometown mechanic. 650 miles of super easy driving then my dash lit up w/every message possible. Never seen before by me who has driven Hondas for over 30 years. After towing it with caution to a AAA garage(never knew they had one) , getting a quick fix & clean check -25 miles later my car, that I know well, lit up again with every imaginable bad message on my dash. Drove it to a close dealer. They have the computers, was my thought. Well, basically, they do have the equipment and ability to dissect my car but they do not have JR or Mark at Riders Automotive in Florence, Kentucky!! Their team is superb. They were understanding of my situation as we needed to rent a car - spur of the moment- to keep moving to Texas but leaving my car with strangers was a bit nerve-racking. They calmed me, communicated well on what they were going to do. After a very thorough and honest diagnosis they repaired my turbo and a radiator bracket for a reasonable price. They even kept my car for two weeks under lights in a safe spot. They are very good people. I highly recommend the Rider team . Thank you so much to your whole team as I know you also had a mechanic “put my car back together again”. My car drove like a dream all the way from Kentucky back home to NY and yes. It has 160,000 miles on it. Thank you!!

Amy, Mark, and her whole crew at Rider’s are amazing folks to work with and some of the most friendly folks you’ll ever meet. They provide very honest service at a great price and I can’t recommend them enough for your service and/or towing needs. They have always done top notch work on my vehicles. They are friendly and professional. I hsve always been satisfied with the bill because they don't fix things that don't need to be fixed. They have towed a few cars for me as well. Fast and the cheapest I've ever gotten anywhere. I recommend them highly.

I cannot say enough things about Rider’s Automotive and how they rescued me and my family on my way to Cincinnati from Louisville. It was definitely a nightmare trip. Unbeknownst to us, my daughter’s car that I was driving was leaking oil everywhere. I75 consumed 5 quarts TWICE after a hose busted. I called Rider’s because they were the first that popped up when I googled plus they had almost 5 stars. Not only did they come tow me quickly, he sent someone in his son’s truck to pick us up and take us to the bridal shower we were headed to. It was super classy and thoughtful. He also stayed past closing time to complete repairs so we could drive back home safely the same day. To my pleasant surprise, they also texted me the next business day to make sure we got home safely. I SO appreciate them and will never forget how they took such great care of us!! Thank you!!

Needed a tow and Riders came out within 1.5 hours on a Sunday afternoon! Excellent service from our tow driver Jesse. Polite and kind, he made the process as easy as possible. Will definitely use Riders again!

Had a tire blowout on I75 on one of the busiest sections in Florence. It was scary and I didn’t feel safe. AAA sent Rider’s to assist. What a pleasant surprise when I saw a familiar face, Jessie, coming to my rescue. You see Jessie worked for another company when I had a flat about a year ago and helped me out. What are the odds, truly fate😊. Thank you Jessie, thank you Rider’s, Jessie is a keeper and thank you AAA for contracting with Rider’s. Everyone reacted quickly to make sure I was safe. Once Jessie arrived I felt so much relief. He made me get in his tow truck to assure my safety, towed my car to a parking lot and changed my tire quickly. Thank You!!!

Riders automotive is hands down one of the best shops in the area to get work done, good and honest work and mark is absolutely one of the best mechanics I know, I recommend riders to anyone with an automotive or towing need.

Jessie was dispatched by AAA to change out my tire. Upon arrival he learned the spare rim was rusted and it would not be safe to put it in. He recommended they could take care of it at their shop and I'm sure they could but I have an account elsewhere. He was very polite. I appreciate his attention to my family's safety. He gets 5 stars in my book.

AAA sent a tow truck from here when I had a flat Tire. Jessie was super helpful and was able to fill up my tire so I could take it here to get plugged. He called ahead for me and let me know what it would cost. They were able to plug my tire even though they were pretty booked up.

Jessie came to tow my truck Friday, lil late posting this. But I think this young man needs credibility for his tremendous work and professionalism. Not only was he on time, but called when he was on the way, when he got here, he was quick to load my vehicle, I could immediately tell he had been doing this a while. If possible, please let me know of a supervisor I can get in touch with, so I can let you know personally how much it meant to me.

Jesse came out and helped tow my car from admittedly a very difficult spot! Super nice dude, got it done in like 10 minutes, and then he was on his way! Was contracted through AAA and from request to arrival it was also only like 25 minutes. Overall fantastic experience, would highly recommend

Jessie was amazing! He was very accommodating and worked very hard to meet all the needs I had and was able to answer any questions I had. He was very honest about everything and had great communication. He went out of his way numerous times to give me the best service possible. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to others.

My car engine blew up and my cousin came with his truck and trailer to tow me, then his truck went down. Needless to say, it was quite the Monday morning. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a picture of him loaded up, but this was our situation broke down in Cincinnati. Jessie was amazing! Saved the day by showing up within 20 minutes vs another company quoting me 3 hours. Was very friendly and loaded my car up and had it on its way fast. 10/10 would recommend :)
