Not the best experience with Florence body and frame. When we found out 3 weeks after dropping our car off for repairs that insurance was not going to cover it I immediately contacted them about picking up the vehicle. I was told it would be $1100 for storage fees that were never disclosed up front. They were willing to negotiate but in the end I still had to pay $350 to get the vehicle off their lot. We’ve been customers for 25 years and after our experience today I won’t be returning. While they did some things right (which is the only reason I gave them 2 stars) I do feel like there was plenty wrong here and they knew I had no choice but to hand over my money to get a vehicle back that they hadn’t done any work on and only had written a partial estimate up for it. I’ll give credit where credit is due and say that Allie was pleasant to work with and I appreciated the efforts to help. I asked to have the vehicle towed back to my house considering that I had just handed them cash and was told condescendingly by the owner that “it wasn’t a gift I earned that money”. The tow driver who brought the vehicle back to my home was helpful and kind, but after 25 years of doing business with them I would have thought loyalty would have gotten us somewhere. Because it did not we will not be returning for any future services. I’ll also add the vehicle was given to my son as a gift previously belonging to his deceased great grandfather so it holds sentimental value to our family. While this may be a pile of parts to them it holds value far greater to us. A little compassion goes a long way and today was certainly lacking in that.

After an accident on Dec 15, they took my auto to their shop in Florence, keeping me informed at all points. the insurance company "totaled the auto" and Florence went out of their way to explain possibilities and their time line if I were to elect keeping the vehicle as a "totaled vehicle". the entire project was handled with professionalism and "down home friendliness". They are my selection if ever needed in the future.

Awesome workmanship in repairing the drivers door of my 91 MR2. Excellent paint match to my 35yr old original paint. Customer service also excellent & always happy to answer my questions.

Has the need for a tow truck today for my son. He flipped his truck on a rural road that made the recovery not so easy. Clayton & Jake were both great to work with! They showed compassion for the situation & spoke kindly to my son. THANK YOU!!!

Just got my 2010 Accord back from Florence Body & Frame. I am very pleased with the quality of the work that was done and the courtesy of the staff. I recommend them to anyone who love loves their car like I love mine.

Hit a deer, they were the cheapest around for towing from rabbit hash area. They were pretty quick with my insurance company. Ally is a beast with getting them to cover all work done. Insurance was trying to cut some corners with their estimate. Jeep drives amazing after work completed.

I can't say enough about how smooth the process was with this company. The results were excellent. I sideswiped a guardrail. Drove in to Florence Auto Body without an appointment. Ally came right out and took her pictures and spoke with me. We then went into the office where she took more info including insurance info and I was on my way. My insurance adjuster and I had the estimate the next day and set up a time to drop my car off the following week. Ally even caught a couple things that other companies that I went to for an estimate didn't catch. Ally pretty much handled everything from contacting my insurance company to getting me a rental paid for by insurance. My rental was waiting on me when I dropped my car off. Ally called 10 days later to tell me my car was ready, a few days earlier than promised. I pulled back on the lot in the rental and was pulling off the lot in my car within 10 minutes. Ally handled everything from start to finish. My car looks brand new. This was my first accident ever and between KYFB and Florence Auto body it went so smooth. I can't thank them enough for making this as stress free as possible. Would definitely recommend this business. I mean their employee of the month is a pup, that says it all.

Ask for Mary or Rick. Family owned business since I've known them for over 35 years. They have great equipment and knowledgeable drivers that will take care of your car. They also have a secure lot and storage facility to keep your car safe if they are storing it. My family and I have trusted FBF to tow our cars when needed for 35 years.

This was hands down definitely the best experience I have ever had at an auto repair shop. The staff is amazing. Friendly, straightforward and very efficient. Would highly recommend 👌!!!

Fast friendly service, they did an excellent job on repairing my pickup truck. They handled all of insurance details with local agent, kept me informed along the way and provided extra support after the work was finished. Got the work done a lot faster than I expected. “6 Stars”

Was recommended by a friend to do some body work on a Ram 1500 pickup. Let me just say that the people who work here are awesome! They took great care of me from the time I came into the door to the time I picked up my vehicle. They even helped set up a rental for me for the time they were going to need the truck. One particular lady was super nice and very detailed in laying out the process (Ali Weinberg I believe). I guess it also helps that the work done was top notch! I’d like to say I’ll be back but let’s be honest…I’m not wishing to need more body work done but in the case I do…I will be back.

I had to have a vehicle moved at my home. Patrick came and did a awesome job. He was there with in 20 minutes of calling them. Very polite and genuinely a nice person. He hit my car against the floor when drove him down the truck. He broke the car key, and I couldn’t find the shell inside the car. His answer was “the key was broken” and he told “Go back to your country!”. Fortunately I told him work was horrible. When I call to make a complaint neither the lady on the phone apologized for the type of service they did.

The absolute best towing company to use. My fiance who is a mechanic was in a wreck leaving thousands of dollars worth of tools in his car....we jis knew they would be gone when we picked up his car bc if the car had been towed to any other place they absolutely would have been gone! They were all still there!!Most honest ppl ever and reasonably cheaper then the rest

Excellent experience from the first phone call to the end of the delivery. I have been a customer for over 16 years. Patrick and Blaine demonstrated very professional skills and did everything they could to move my 17ft embroidery machine. Would highly recommend this company for all your automotive towing needs and more.

Every one here is so kind and personable. I used another tow company through my insurance who did not care for my car very well at all. Stephanie sent Patrick who treated my car as his own and got it to a local shop in a timely manner. Such a pleasure doing business with them!

Draven did an awesome job, responded quickly, and was able to drop my car off in my tricky driveway space SAFELY. I appreciated him taking the time to use triangle reflectors and all the straps even though it was a short trip. Lived in Florence since 83 and never had a bad experience with Florence Auto body and frame. Would recommend every time. Make sure your roadside includes them or make a change!! Many other towing outfits around here are crooks.

Had an engine malfunction and needed a tow into Cincinnati. Called Florence Body Frame and Towing and the lady who arranged the tow was kind and helpful. Our tow guy Blaine showed up in a timely manner and gave top-tier service. He made room for me and my friend to ride with him and even took us to a gas station with a disco bathroom! Thanks Blaine for making a stressful situation fun somehow. Tow was affordable—about $65 for the hookup and $3.50/mile—and they were able to take us 20 miles to my preferred mechanic. Highly recommend!

These people were great to work with! While their focus was certainly on their business, they showed a sense of compassion and understanding as I worked with them to make things right. When my car was deemed totaled, they gave me a couple of days to work things out with job, family, and salvage yard. Their kindness and compassionate attitude can not be overstated! Thank you for being there when my wife and I needed you!

Stopped by for an estimate, Mary was amazing. As soon as I mentioned I needed an estimate, she was on the move. Although it was my first time there I felt very comfortable. I would definitely recommend them for repair work. Returned for the repairs needed on my truck. The work was impeccable. Paint matched perfectly, and blended with existing factory paint. On an older truck (2004) I think that would be quite a feat. If you're in the N.Ky area & in need of body repair, check them out. I think you'll be happy with the outcome.

I had my first experience with Florence Body, Frame, and Towing today and it was awesome!! The lady that greeted me was so nice and friendly and came out to give me an estimate. When she saw that the repair I needed was very minor (part of wheel cover had snapped off), she went and got one of the guys and they fixed it on the spot in less than 15 minutes! He was very good at what he did and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I wish I knew their names so that I could thank them personally! I will definitely return for future auto body needs and will highly recommend to friends.

Very professional team, Mary and Rick are some of the nicest people I have ever met! They do the best body work around. My car had to be towed to the shop and within 20 minutes they showed up and towed my car and had it back in about a week more than pleased with the job they did!! 5 stars all the way!!!
