They were so friendly and easy to work with.I had gone to other stores first with no help but from now on I will be going to this store first.I bought my wiper blades here and they were so good to replace the old ones and I was soon out and back on my road home THANK YOU!.

Ohh I been meaning to do this for a minute. I used to work at the 7brew across from them. I didn’t know but the traffic jams were so bad I started parking on the side of their building; never bothered anybody. Well. They had an issue with that. I didn’t know. One day after a week of not working I parked there, got to my car and it wouldn’t start. Well, thank GOODNESS I was at an oreilys right? WRONG. I had previously bought a battery from the one in Covington and it had been giving me problems all month so I grabbed the receipt, went inside and politely explained that I was within the 90 days of the warranty could I turn in the battery? The answer is yes but the lady says very rudely ‘I’d have to go out and test it first’. Ok, that’s fine. Then says she can’t do it because there’s no other employee in the building so I’d have to wait or pull my car up to the front of building. Ok, that’s fine too I totally get it. I go outside and wait in my car for AN HOUR because obviously it’s STILL NOT STARTING. After awhile I went back inside and asked for assistance again, mind you, all i wanted to know was if i COULD do it. If it was POSSIBLE. The question was never answered. She came out to test the car and insisted the battery was fine, I asked again if I could return the battery still, I’m so serious when I say she made me sound idiotic and repeated ‘it’s your alternator’. I asked if we could possibly jump start the car. She essentially says no, it’s not the battery and goes back inside. Ladies and gentlemen my brother shows up and he uses his jumpstarter and LOW AND BEHOLD, the car starts. We get excited and yell ‘it started! it started’ on the side of the building by the way, we shove each other a little bit with smiles on our faces and then let my car run a little bit.. sitting in his car for not even 10 minutes.. YOU THOUGHT IT WAS OVER?? I see a figure by my drivers side window and I hop out of my brothers car thinking it was a stranger trying to take my car. They called the cops on us. And only did after my POC brother showed up even though I had already been there, in the rain, ‘loitering’ for hours. He claimed someone called because of a physical altercation and made a comment about how I shouldn’t leave my car running very rudely. Not Oreilys fault but sir have you ever jump started a car before you have to leave it running for a little bit atleast?? Anyway. Yes my brother is fine we thought it was impossible for my car to start so we got a little excited with zero help from the auto shop I’m currently at? No one was arrested and they just told us to leave. Mind you, the oreilys girl never came out to tell us to leave or ANYTHING of that nature and my brother even WENT inside after starting my car to buy a quick nic nac or something for his car, so we’re customers? I was fuming. First, your battery doesn’t work, second, your empathy is lacking majorly. Thirdly, your rude and refuse me a free service despite me already had spent 200 with your company and YOU CALL THE COPS EVEN THOUGH YOU KNOW I CANT GO ANYWHERE?? I mean seriously this is a CAR SHOP, I’m having CAR TROUBLES with YOUR battery?! It’s giving racist and miserable. Don’t go here. Buy a ACDelco battery. BTW the oreily’s shop in covington put my car battery in SO wrong that it would disconnect from the battery everytime I shut the car off my regular mechanic was baffled lol. These people don’t know what they’re doing and don’t care about you.

Since AutoZone turned their back on me. All is fair. This store and others have fine people in them. Erlanger and Florence are putting good people in place so visit them and give them a chance.

I had a great experience at the O’Reilly Auto Parts on Highway 42 in Florence. I went there to pick up a part that another location didn’t have in stock, and while I was there we ran into an issue returning a broken part due to a computer system problem. Isaiah absolutely went above and beyond to help us out. Instead of brushing it off or saying it couldn’t be done, he took the time to dig into the system, figure out what was going wrong, and made sure everything was handled correctly. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to see it through made a frustrating situation turn into a positive experience. Customer service like that really stands out. Huge thanks to Isaiah for taking care of us — this location definitely earned my respect and future business.

Came is specifically for the service pictured in photo, and after purchasing my headlight I asked if I could have help with installation and I was told that isnt a service I could request. I was still denied after mentioning that the website does indeed say that they can help with installation. I had not yet told the cashier the car that I have, so he had no way of knowing if my car was some sort of exception.

I was in a bind yesterday work my warranty found out my battery was dead in my car so I called O'Reilly's near me the gentleman to answer the phone was not very helpful at all did not want I really answer my questions was on and off of the phone within less than a minute, something didn't set right with his answer so I called the O'Reilly's that Amanda works at told her the situation that was going on with the warranty on my battery and she told me to bring it to her store when I got to her store she pulled it up on the screen and showed me that the battery actually had an extended warranty that started last year had the guy that answered the phone had took the time to help me he would have seen that I'm very thankful that Amanda helped me for that she saved me a lot of money and a lot of time for the second time going to her store I will definitely keep my business with her thank you Miss Ball You're amazing

Needed a battery replacement badly and stopped into this store. The people there were over the top friendly and made me immediately comfortable. I left with a new battery and O'Reilly's gained a for sure repeat customer.

Us 42 in florence ky, I Would not go in this store if it were the last store on the face of the planet, went in to do a simple warranty swap on a set of brakes i bought a little over a year ago. When i bought the pads i bought front and back. I was only swapping out the front pads and i didnt have all the pads off when i went in so they told me i could buy another set, put the new ones on, bring the ones i took off of said vehicle in and they would refund me for 1 set. When I went in to get my refund today, the manager proceeds to tell me that i never bought any pads a year ago, she never pulled up my phone number and looked thru all of what i bought. Essentially calls me a liar and a theif, said i bought new pads put my old ones in the box and was trying to return them and get my money back. The manager Amanda was extremely rude and nasty, has no customer skills, she's extremely condescending. I aked for my receipt and told her i would go somewhere else, she threatened to call all other local stores and tell them not to do my return, I got upset we had an exchange of words and i left and called corporate, and went to dixie highway location who resolved my issue within minutes. The district manager called me back almost immediately to try and resolve the issue, he went thru the system and seen all the purchases i have made, he said 1 yr ago when i came in and got everything, he believes the cashier made a mistake and only charged me for 1 set (the back set) and thats why both sets were not in their system, that he has seen multiple times in his 11 yrs as district manager where a customer comes in thinks that they paid, the cashier thinks you've paid and you walk out with the merchandise. The store manager could have at least been civil and tried to understand the issue before Essentially calling me a theif and liar. She needs fired in my opinion, I have mixed emotions about this experience. I know for a fact i will not return to this location if i go back to any location, I know i bought both sets together they have the date and time of when this happened, so go back and watch the video and you'll see me in there buying both sets. There has to be a better way to deal with your customers, I'm in the process of looking for the receipt from that day and the box from the old pads.. Oh yeah. Over 1 year later and i still have both boxes from when i originally bought them

I just hope you don't have to deal with the woman that I dealt with this afternoon it was 12:30 Thursday afternoon I went in it to pick up three spark plugs that have been ordered for me and the gentleman that took my order on the phone was super nice polite and courteous but this woman was out right rude I was standing at the counter and she waited on somebody before me that clearly walked to the counter after I did then when I asked for my part had to put up with an attitude because if I asked for a freeze plug in 1 and 5/8 in and she acted like it was a big deal to convert it to a decimal See Clearly had an attitude I will never shop at this store again the tone in which she talked to me was just belittling she's lucky I'm not charged because she wouldn't have a job

Just wondering how much longer OReilly’s going to stay in business .. no one answers the phone same with the Erlanger store .. might be a manpower shortage.. to cheap to pay a halfway starting pay ..

It was a Sunday when I had to get a new battery for my Chrysler Pacifica. I went to a few other businesses and they couldn’t change my battery. I stopped here and Aidan was a young man who helped me get it switched out. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you Aidan! He needs a raise!

Will never by a product from this location again. First gave me wrong parts after someone didn't listen or didn't care. Said they would order in the right parts the next day, it took 3 days to get the right parts. Took 2 ubers, 1 wasted, then the last one to finally get the right parts. Worst experience I've ever had with orielly and I've been a customer for a long time. Do not go to US 42 location.

Went here to pick up a part that the original store I went to didn't have. Transaction went fine except they seemed like they didn't know what to write down for their own records, which only affected my time there a little and I wasn't in a rush. My only complaint was they didn't offer to help me carry the heavy parts out to my car, but whatever. It's fine.

Went there twice this week, they had what I needed and knew what's I was talking about. No questions asked. Knowledgeable and helpful staff, not a bunch of clueless high school kids like in many other places.

It's a typical auto parts store. Lack of inventory that you may actually need but alot of parts that never get sold. What they don't have they can order online for you. But I can do that myself at home. Most employees at typical parts stores have no idea how to help you or give correct advice. Many times I've been there and had to use my phone to find a answer that a parts store employee should know. These types of brick and mortar stores will become lost to the internet in the next few years.

Everybody was rude as can be, and we went to this store twice today. The only guy that stepped in to help us at checkout (so very thankful that he did because he saved us what would have been an unnecessary headache) was on his last day at this particular store, so I sincerely feel sorry for any & all customers who choose this O'Reilly store, rather than any of the other ones around town. This was the store my family & I came to for parts when working on our cars, but seems that will be changing.

Replaced my friend's alternator in the parking lot while on a trip from Michigan to North Carolina. Everyone was super helpful at finding us parts and lending tools. Some of the employees were even off-duty at the time!

The store at 8117 US 42. This store is awesome. I had to have my battery replaced twice. It was under warranty. And there's no questions asked. Brandon T stood out in the rain .for 20 minutes changing my battery, the part that holds the battery inwas stuck. Brandon was able to change the battery. I will be sure to tell all my friends about the good service at this location gives. I hope all other O'Reilly store are Customer service are as good as this one. Kudos to Brandon T. Oreilly should be giving him a customer service award. Thanks again

Staff is super friendly. They have almost anything u need car and mechanic tool wise. The only reason I'm not giving 5 Stars is there tool rental prices are way too high. They often want 100 or more where I feel 50 would suffice. Great place to be and funny friendly workers.
