They chase for money. It seems the service mechanics who comes for the roadside service was trained to report and make it seem that the damage is caused by the trucker so that truckers should pay while it is actually wear and tear and chassis (equipment) providers should handle it. Simple way to explain, if the mechanic at the site report back the their dispatcher and saying the driver didn't check the condition that's why the tire is broken, which happen always, then it's the trucker fault and they have to pay for it while it is just old tire that they have never replaced for the users. horrible scam.

One star is too much for this company. Zero would be ideal. They are scammers. We had one tire blowout and they sent email with customer cost and after few months send a bill for a double amount. They are rude, Lucy especially. Please stay away!

I am a purchase order clerk and yesterday on 8-12-24 Lloyd Weeks helped me tremendously with a vendor who was very upset. The call was a intermodal call and Lloyd had no issues jumping right in to help me get the vendor paid and happy.

I will never call this company again. They charged me $1,887 for road side assistance. The tech that was sent out didn’t even have a test light or a flashlight (yes it was at night). He thought it was my battery which I knew it wasn’t, but he replaced it anyway. I got charged for a computer diagnosis which he couldn’t do because the truck wouldn’t run. So all in all for $1,877 I got a new battery, a few fuses pulled out and looked at with a phone flashlight, and a diagnostic that couldn’t be done and I’m still on the side of the road. Oh yeah, let me give them all the credit, he also thought it was the battery in my key and replaced it. After all this, I found my own wrecker and getting it towed to a shop. You all choose wisely before using this company.

Told us someone had to be at the office to look at our truck so I stayed in the office until 6 and checked outside multiple times. No one came. Then I receive an invoice of 535 dollars but they have absolutely 0 proof someone came to look at the truck. Very interesting how they "looked at the truck" without even coming inside to ask for the keys. I highly doubt someone did as we told them all of the information that they provided us on the invoice over the phone. When I tried to contact their support team all they could say was it was past the 30-day-period and they could not help us and that we needed to pay the invoice. We did, but we will NOT be doing business with them in the future. Absolutely terrible service.

Only in America are companies allowed to set up an entire system around milking money from hard-working truck drivers. Also, shame on Garmin for pushing this horrible scam service to the top of the "breakdown" services options. There are very reputable breakdown coordination services that charge small flat rates for finding a mechanic for you. Once you are connected with the mechanic, it's up to you to work out the rate and payment details. That is NOT this company. While the 2 hour callout fee is standard, their fee was extremely inflated. They also wanted to charge me 90 miles round trip for a mobile mechanic service that I later learned was only 15 miles from where I was. In total, they wanted me to pay $600+ for service call that included zero service time. That would be extra. I recognized the scam in action and immediately declined to proceed. Their con artist rep continued calling and texting me. Although I never paid a dime, they didn't cancel the ticket until the next day. Long story short, it's already tough out here, and to have "vultures" like this company waiting waiting to gouge and abuse you in your moment of need is disgusting. There are much better options than this company.

RIP OFF !!This company doesn't perform any service..they merely contact a service company in the area in which your in and charge you 400 to 600 for doing so...then this local service comes out with no willingness to really perform any maintenance/labor that's not elementary. They conveniently forget to tell you most service has any additional charge even tho you have already paid for two hours labor. Service spent 20 minutes charging a fuel filter then tried to charge an additional 400 for additional labor and parts 135 for a 25 filter...This is nothing more than a scimming company. Call someone local with a good reputation and reviews...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...or whatever they are

Service is terrible. Expensive. I paid my invoice and they still kept my account on hold months later. I could not get road service in a timely matter due to a hold I paid back in June. This is not fair to a fleet or driver who is just trying to do their job. Better off finding direct road service it’s cheaper , faster and if you use trac they will still bill you anyway with extra fees including FYX fees. Don’t waste your time or money calling FYX!

Incredibly poor customer service. Quoted one rate and paid for the service then there were apparently additional charges but they failed to notify me and just randomly charged my credit card without authorization. No call no text no email nothing. Terrible business practice. I found out by looking at my credit card and when I called they just said it was additional charges ok but you should have called me to notify me ...you only had approval for the first charge. I will never use this company again and advise anyone to make sure your card doesn't get charged twice without authorization

We were backed up to a dock in Elberton, GA to load. Tried to start the reefer unit and the battery was dead. I called and spoke to Lloyd Weeks. He dispatched a service truck that arrived in less then 2 hours. They replaced the battery, tightened belts and got us going. We didn't lose the load only because FYX Fleer Roadside and Lloyd Weeks understood our situation and took prompt and fast care of us. Will happily use again when needed.

STAY AWAY!!! They charge you 5x the price for parts, seriously. A $35 part that they charged us $289 for. Told us we should have been "more aware of their parts pricing policy". They charge you for things they never did like replacing a tire. They charge you for hours that were never worked. We had 3 hours of labor and they charged us for 9 hours. Not to mention the first guy they sent out stole our old parts so we had to pay core charges since we didn't have cores to bring in and they cost us an entire day when they said the repair would be done Wednesday afternoon and didn't bother actually getting any one out until 3:30pm on Thursday afternoon, he was done by 6pm on Thursday. They call that 9 hours of labor

I agree with the scammer tag. This company is expensive. I called to have a tire changed with my spare. 4:30am couldn't get someone til 2 hrs . I said ok. He said $556 was the charge. Did it. Then they charged additional $157 4hrs later. The guy was there about 7am for 20 minutes. I can guarantee I will not use again.

Lloyd Weeks was very diligent and professional in helping me assess the trouble with my RV. He went the extra mile to research manuals and battery issues and was able to dispatch a mobile repairman to come out to my house to fix said problem. He continued to stay in contact with me until he knew for sure that help was on the way. Lloyd and Bennie were the most helpful in my situation. I called this place for roadside assistance set it up clearly let them know what i needed (a starter) my boss spoke with them over the phone as well they charged us upwards of 520 dollars for this service they sent a total different company to give me a jump which i knew wasn’t gunna work never told me about this so whenever guy showed up i thought i was being scammed I called and called no answer i had to email somebody to get a response and the person that set up my repair totally lied about having a mix up between the company and the technician claimed to think we wanted a jump start doesn’t make any since to think that when before we paid i asked if the part would be new he said yes the part will be new on a recorded line. Then wanted me to pay 95 bucks for a technician coming out to do something they asked him to do not me. So long story short total scam company i would not use this company they are very shady in their business practices.

People, stay away from this scamers!!! I call for road assistance to replace windshield motor. When talk to dispatch I clearly specify what part need to be replaced. Ask several times if mechanic will have the part and was assured that parts will be no problem. Then I had to pay 538$ deposit so mechanic would go to truck. I have no idea what mechanic was doing at the truck, but at some point he told my driver that it's not safe for him to work on the side of the road (It's funny, because I believe that what road assistance does) When I call back to dispatch, she stated that this is a big shop job which requires DISASSEMBLING OF DASHBOARD!!!!!! (to replace windshield motor?!), and its very specific part which could be getted only in WI volvo, and mechanic did the best he could. My truck was fixed in the morning by different shop mechanic. It took him about 10 min to replace the motor and he was working outside, not in the shop. So I really have no idea for what I pay over 500$ Job was not done and all bs about disassembling dashboard sounds like clear scam. I'm attaching picture of the part has to be replaced. Work sequence were simple: 1. Disconnect power plug 2. Disconnect legs from behind the motor 3. Unscrew 3 bolts Then put new motor and do all in reverse sequence So people unless you want to waist your time and throw away 500$ stay away from this scamers or you may have experience like mine.

Called this company after finding them on my Find Truck Service app. I have a confirmation email that I received at 6:25 pm. The dispatcher I spoke to was suppose to call me back in 10 minutes with an eta and estimate for the work. I never received that phone call till 5:40 am. After waiting an hour I called someone else. I have the cancellation email for that call. After reading the reviews and complaints on the BBB website. I'm glad they didn't. They sound like scammers to me. My work order number was 31677901 FYX.

My trucks air compressor broke down so I reached out to FYX today to have someone repair it, at the beginning they were very kind and they told me that they found a technician that said he will repair it today, all they had to do was take it to the shop, and that we needed to pay the towing service with them, which we did pay FYX to tow our truck & trailer to the shop, but they didn’t even tow my truck all they did was put air in his tanks and my driver drove on his own following the tow truck to the shop, now I’ve been trying to reach FYX now and nobody answers, I find it very unfair that we paid for a service that was not properly provided, yes my driver got to the shop but not towed which was what we paid for, I can’t believe we got charged a lot of money just for putting air in his tanks that’s very disappointing. On top of that my driver arrived at the shop and they told him they’re not going to have the truck ready until tomorrow, I feel scammed, first the service wasn’t fully provided and now Ive been lied to because I was guaranteed that as long as the air compressor was the issue they were going to have it done today. I don’t recommend FYX

We had a flat tire on our boat trailer today-called for assistance and were told they could help us. Charged us $250 deposit and said a technician would be with us in 60-90 minutes. After about an hour technician called and said they only worked on Uhauls. Couldn’t get anyone from the company to respond to us after that and would still be stuck on the side of the highway if we hadn’t contacted another service. Would not recommend using this company.

This company is a scam. They will ask you pay a deposit. If you pay a deposit you will loose it even if they don’t work on it. I made a road service call. I was asked to pay $450. After paying the $450, one of their team members called me and ask for the location. On giving the location, then the guy said did they tell you is going to cost you over $1000. I was like you did even see the problem. Then I canceled the it. They later called me and charged me with $450 I deposited. They told me the guy already came to the location. That was a lie. Even if the guy came $450 that a scam. I later call another person to fix my trailer air valve parts with labor $580. Guys this guys are thieves.

We had a break down and called them for assistance at 4:30 a.m. They stated they would need a $300 deposit for the towing service. I asked them repeatedly how much the towing was going to cost before wanting to pay the $300. A worker named Mike stated that he would send someone out to see what would be needed. I offered to send photos via email and gave all the information of the trailer over the phone and all the damage, but he stated they would still need to send someone out. Once someone arrived, the guy had no idea who FYX Fleet was. He did not work for them. He was subcontracted from another company that was just 8 miles away. They wanted to charge $3500 and I stated we would have to look somewhere else. I understand it was not an easy job, but I have every right to continue looking. I requested my 300 deposit to be returned as no services were given. It was difficult to keep reaching Mike. I was then told they would still charge an amount for sending someone out (not their worker) and that I would get the MAJORITY returned since no services were rendered. I received $149.00 back. So I was charged $150 for nothing! I could have sent them photos and I gave all the information. THIEVES! Yes, it's business, but how dare they take advantage of people who are obviously in need. I should have been reimbursed all or as he stated the "MAJORITY" of my deposit. Yet, I received less than half! Steer clear people!

I cannot recommend this company. The guy called and said his tech was 30 minutes out at 2:08 p.m.. it's 3:40 and I have been trying to contact them for an update on the tire guy, but no one is answering and I've been on hold for 30+ minutes. I'm in a dumptruck that has been sitting on the job with a flat for over 3½ hours now. The 1 star reviews are very accurate about them answering on the initial call, then never picking up after when you try to follow up. You also cannot reply to the email that is sent with the work order.

Called and was happy to get my truck serviced quickly. They only jumped it and cleaned off the battery terminals. Was there 45 minutes tops and then charged me for 4.5 hours. Still have not been able to get a gold of customer service after being bounced around to several different people on the phone then directed to a different number supposedly for customer service which nobody answers, it goes to voice-mail bit does not let you leave a message. What a scam of a company!

This company is a completely fraud. I’m being waiting for 5 days just for a valve and the mechanic said that is in Florida. After they charge me $565 just to star the job they charge me 4 hours labor = $642 just for bring the piece, after that they said that’s not the correct valve. So they charge me another 4 hours labor = $642 to bring the correct one. After 5 days they said that they miss the fittings so another lost they. We trying to contact the mechanic and this company and they didn’t answer. The mechanic said that the ETA was today at 10:00 am after that 12:00 pm and after that 2:00 pm. Please never use this company before they are super irresponsible. The name of the mechanic is Michael and the service repair coordinator is Connie Block.

Believe the 1 stars and stay far away. Had a driver have a clamp break off of a hose. Driver sent pictures and gave his vin for parts. Was told it’s an easy fix. Would you believe that their tech put the reflective adhesive and duct tape in for the repair? Top that off they charged 850 and then 113. Had to take it to a real shop the next day for a 100 repair. It seems like there’s more money in truck repair rip offs than trucking. Lucky for me I disabled the drivers card when the bill wouldn’t get fixed and disputed the purchase. They might get the money from me someday, but for now it’s a big middle finger up to them. Look at the pictures and tell me this is worth 963.00

I am the owner of Dead Horse Diesel and RV located in Cottonwood AZ, we were contacted to do a repair for and trucking company called Andy Group via Fyx Fleet. I refused to dispatch my technician until I received payment from a service call we completed from back in June. They happily paid for the past due call so I would send my technician to do the current call. I got numerous calls asking for an eta which was off because the driver was about 1.5 hrs south of where they originally told us he was located. Once on sight the owner of Andy Group called cussing me out saying it was taking to long, which I explained that the location given was wrong. I was told by Michael not to let the driver leave until we collected payment to avoid another issue like before. Then when the job was completed, we took both the keys and the log book from the driver and we billed them out. Then the driver got inside my technicians vehicle to retrieve those items at which time he claimed he was assaulted and called the police and pressed charges against my tech. I still have not received any payment, I continue to get sent to voicemail and not a single person will take responsibility for their failures thru this process. I’ve spoken with Michael (original dispatcher), Jennifer (who paid the previous bill) Rose (nighttime dispatcher), and been told to talk to Tamara (boss to approve current bill and pay) who refuses to get on the phone with me. I will continue to call and publicly blast this company and their associates until I receive my payment. My technician was on that call for 11.5 hrs and received nothing but an assault charge for his hard work. My next step is to take legal action against both Fyx Fleet and Andy Group for theft of services and put a repo order into place for the truck that we fixed. I highly DO NOT recommend this company.

As a local service provider, I was contacted by this company to run a call in the area. I arrived on site to complete the job as requested and the unit to be worked on was nowhere to be found. The poorly written service request that was sent to me had NO details so I had no contact info for the driver. I resorted to calling their office (which is a huge mistake) in an attempt to speak to someone about the jobsite location details. I, literally, waited on hold for just over 60 minutes (on Sunday evening...not 4pm on Friday) and when someone finally picked up, they hung up immediately...no greeting or anything, just hung up. I called back, waited for another 5 minutes for someone to answer and when they did, I was met with another hang up. Ultimately ended up wasting 2-3 hours of my time. From the management to the people answering the phones, this company is poorly ran. The folks handling their dispatching seem they would be better suited running a cash register at the corner store rather than handling time sensitive roadside emergencies. Although I did not call them for service, I can still still say this is Dollar Tree quality service at a Louis Vuitton price. Don't be in a hurry when calling these folks, or have any expectations that are higher than the ground you stand on...you'll be greatly disappointed.

If you are a repair shop and have been requested to do work for these guys make sure to add 3 hours for payment time and don't leave the truck until you get paid. Hopefully you will get paid. They tell you up front to not contact the trucking company for any reason. The reason is because they have horrible customer service and you will be lucky to even get them on the phone. I will not work on any more of their customers unless the trucking company would like to pay me their selves. I'm wondering if this is why they had to change their name. Lloyd looks like hes got several friends he's soliciting to give good reviews.
