Very professional, fast and honest. They helped me replaced the water pump on Saturday evening jan 24 on the hwy shoulder. And also they have most of the parts in stock even when the dealer is close. Highly recommend, call them and you won't regret.

Had a great experience with this shop had a mechanic named Daze came out and helped us super polite and experienced and the price was awesome did not expect someone to do it so cheap and fast.

After they perform the initial work on my truck, which was the windshield Wiper pressure pump replacement they mechanics perform regular Inspection walking all around your truck making sure you aren’t having any major or minor DOT Violations on your truck I would lie if I say they do that so they can charge you more money because they found my Fiftwheel Spring was Fallen apart they fixed it without any additional Chnaged the replaced a Bolt on my Deer Guarder

Well deserved 5 stars i called them they showed up with in 30 minutes figured out the issue with in 20 minutes they bought the parts fixed my truck with in an hour, if you are owner operator like me you want to save money and time I will recommend you to call this guys i promise you will not regret thank you guys and keep up the hard work peace.
Decent place and professional service experience. I had a hole at my trailer, after visiting other shops and they were not able to help me, finally I came here. Professional treatment from the arrival and really fast service to the end. Price was just about it. Besides, I had coffee and shower, also I've watched TV while waiting at their drivers lounge. 100% recommend this place.
Our company driver stoped on the road in Hebron, KY 41048 on 01/10/2025 due to trailer brake and electrical issues . Called to RTS team, thye came quickly and resolved the issue very fast and for affordable price . Nocole was vey professional in customer service as well !
I was towed in 1030 am on thursday morning with a bad transmission. By the end of the day they said they still hadnt found one. I got the model number and serial number from them and started making phone calls and leaving messages first thing in morning weller transmission and the peterbilt dealership called and said they had one in stock 120 miles away. Called rts and they said they still hadnt found one so I told them what I found apparently rts goes through fyda freightliner and weller is one of their suppliers so dont know what happened but it didnt get there till 9am the following wednesday. I wanted them to do front brakes, oil pan gasket, new oil cooler on transmission, and coolant flush as well. From Thursday to wednesday morning only the coolant flush was done. They couldnt source new lines for the transmission oil cooler so they reused the old ones which are leaking.I was out of there about 4pm on thursday. I driven about 100 miles the transmission and brakes work great. The oil pan leak is worse than before they touched it and some of the oil pan bolts were rounded off which is where it is leaking. Overall the people were friendly and facility was clean but leadership, communication, quality, and speed were not what I expected for almost 13,000 dollars.***UPDATE*** After contacting RTS and send them pictures they offered to reimburse me to have the leaking oil pan fixed.
This is the best shop every anywhere. I was towed in for a fuel problem they diagnosed it quick and fixed it quick. It was the fuel pump so it was expensive to fix but I left there still happy because of everything about that shop top to bottom. Aj in the office was amazing he keep me updated and explained everything. Matt and all the other mechanics who looked at my truck were top notch because they fixed the fuel pump but something was still off and they stayed on it until they figured it out. And last but not least Rob who apparently was the owner was even looking at it in and out of the office doing everything doing things he didn't have to I felt like family because of everyone there. I live by st. Louis but I really considered driving there to have anything done to my truck that is how great they are. Anyone from RTS my wife and kids thank you for getting the truck up and running quick and not letting me go until you were 100 percent sure it would get me home.
As a service writer for a trucking company, if I have a breakdown anywhere near RTS, they have been and will continue to be my first choice! They are very nice, quick to respond, and extremely reasonable on price! They always have room and the techs are top notch! Plus a drivers lounge for our drivers!? What else can you ask for! 10/5 stars!!!
They were super nice, have overnight parking giving me a safe place to sleep after my repair and also have showers and laundry area . They are really are good to their customers. My repair was done in a timely manner. Great place !
I have been coming here for the fourth year. The team who works here is excellent and professional. Very nice place, very clean and pleasant to be here. Great place for service. All work is done quickly and on time. Customer service is excellent. Nicole in the office works professionally. She is always welcoming and friendly. She does her job well and is ready to help at any time.
Nicole is the reason i decided to bring my truck here. Over the weekend, while on a load, my transmission started making noises. Called around to multiple places, and none had mechanics to just look at the problem. Called RTS, Nicole explained they closed at 5pm(Saturday) but to bring my truck in just so i would know whats wrong with it. I explained i didn't want to bring it in and have to pay hundreds of dollars just for them to say, "we can't fix it." After hanging up with her and driving 20 minutes, thinking it over, I called back to take her up on the offer. She was very professional, nice and inviting. Customer service sucks these days, but I felt coming here would be the best idea just by her nice Human being. Although they cant fix the problem, they have been honest and accommodating. If im ever in need, and in this area, i will definitely stop here first. Thanks to Nicole and all the mechanics for showing me that humanity still strives in business.
Best in the business! Quick turn around, quality repair, great rate! Honesty is their policy. Repaired only what I needed done. When working on the road all over the country, you can really get “got” when it coms to any repair, especially on heavy trucks. Not the case here. Fair and honest! Great team! Thanks RTS!
I take my roll off dumpster truck for service regularly and to keep it in DOT specs. They go over my truck with a fine tooth comb and find things I could never even imagine someone would look for. They have a state of the art shop and a great bunch of mechanics. The owner Rob is very involved and is very precessional but also makes you feel like family! I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for shop or mobile service and minor or major repairs and maintenance.
If I could give more than five stars I would’ve! For the past decade or so that I was dealing with truck repair shops including dealers, I never seen a better place than RTS Truck repair. You’ll feel home and friendly welcome by the great staff immediately after you arrive. The job, inspections and taking care of your rig just like their own is another level. This is the best shop probably in an entire us. We had a throwout bearing go out and one of the technicians Greg what's willing to stay drop the trans and replace clutch at the same time and this was around 3:30 p.m. by 7:30 I got a phone call that my truck is ready. These guys are amazing and the shop is so clean you could eat off the floors. They even have super clean showers for the drivers and a beautiful waiting area I could go on and on. Our base is in Chicago and and from now on we will take our trucks over there for repairs it's definitely worth the drive and on top of it the prices are extremely competitive the price I was given I was shocked I expected at least thousand more. Kudos to the entire team at RTS
I couldn’t be more impressed by the professionalism of this company. I’m convinced that they can do it all. Easy to work with, attention to detail, and timely execution. It’s not everyday you see a technician who cares and takes the measures to do the job right. I was in a jam with one of those stubborn deals, and RTS saved the day.

Shop is very clean. Came in for a steering issue, ended up having more wrong than I originally thought. Diagnostics mechanic (Gary) was very knowledgeable and professional in his explaining to me what was going on. Fixed my truck and it drives better than it did when I bought it. Oh I did I mention the shop is clean enough to eat off of the floor.
Great shop. I'm an Owner Operator and work out of Independence KY. I found them by accident when I was having problems last Labor Day and have been going there ever since. The owner is very knowledgeable and communicates with me as a customer in a genuine manner with concern about keeping my truck on the road. Everyone I have dealt with there is on point and professional. I usually deal with Matt about my truck and he always goes above and beyond. I would like to add that the shop is absolutely spotless and superbly maintained. I live 180 miles away and take my truck there over shops that are local to me if that gives you an idea about the faith o have in their services.
