Very rude. Overheard the worker cussing at a customer. She would not work in customer service. Continued to complain about the customer has he walked out. The regular person is always nice but the person working today’s is not at all.
There were eight people working that day and I had to wait over an hour and 15 minutes to be helped. The establishment doesn't have public restrooms for your patrons either.
I been here waiting for a hour literally a whole complete hour whole time u got people cussing and swearing when people are coming in they are very rude and not helpful at all I had to leave 2 times just to meet a guy out of town for him to fill out a duplicate title form and power attorney and no help at all the state needs to do something about it this is crazy
Lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and refused to let me speak with the lady that helped me last time I was in. I live in CO and need help with my TR42 form. I am willing to change my review but I need help first.
I had the most A-mazing Experience?? The Nice Lady at the front counter worked her magic ?✨️by finding 2 titles from 30 years ago! And transferred a Lien Release Flawlessly?? And she went on to ask the Nice Snack Lady if she had something for me to eat Immediately because my blood sugars were Very Low??

They made UP for ALL of the NightMares? on Grumble Alley at the Wyandotte County DMV. The 2 hour commute was REALLY worth it for me?
This place is a joke. Hours wait. No customer service. And they over charge compared to the state. But they are the only (private) company that the state contracted with so you have to use them as a dealer.
Great experience! The longest part was the wait to be served. Once I was helped it was minutes to have two new auto titles. Note: cash or cards only - no checks.
There was quite a way it was an hour and 10 minutes before I went up to the counter and then it was another 10 minutes to get the title. Seems like one person handles 12 to 15 people that come in and they don’t even have enough chairs, not very efficient.
All the woman working here are loudly gossiping and talking about the people that call in and laughing loudly about it while there’s a full house of people waiting to get helped. One of them also has their daughter with them and they’re distributing a whole order of Buffalo Wild Wings. Completely h professional and careless.
They don't seem to want listen or help the customers coming in. They are very short, grumpy, not friendly. They are there to help Kansas residents, businesses owners get titles no reason for the rudeness.
I had the same phone experience as everyone else. But everything was pretty straightforward. I was out in 15 minutes which is lucky because they don't have much seating or a public restroom. The lady at the desk was kind and honestly would use the service again.
Lady if you are so miserable let someone that wants to do her job take you place. Talking about rude and assuring that you have the wrong Vin number when you had it wrong. I hope I never have to Deal with this again.
Not friendly. My issue with this public service office is her rude behavior on the phone. She didn't even say goodbye....
It may seem petty, but simply using common decent manners would go a long way to making new and difficult things easier to navigate.
The reception lady on the public side think her name is Gene is awesome she deals with my writing that can't be read and is happy to serve you wish there was more like her in the world keep smiling
As dealers, we don't always get treated well wherever we go, but a couple of the ladies here have been very helpful, like Samantha, Stephanie, Leann, and Haley. However--and I know I speak for a few dealers here -- Jean there has always gone above-and-beyond, and she seems to be everyone's favorite! thank you, ladies!
Super fast, thorough service. We had the correct paperwork from USBank that showed we had paid off our Ford F-350 Super Duty Diesel truck, so after we paid the $15 fee, we walked out with our clear truck title. It probably took less than 10 minutes!!
When you first walk in your greeted by a lovely woman who is very helpful and polite! I always give her a hard time when i visit and she takes it and has a good time dishing it back! 5 stars don’t do her any justice y’all have a true gem behind that desk. I actually enjoy making the hour and a half drive because I know I will be seeing “repo lady”
After waiting about 3hrs and told that they were short handed and that computers were running slow and to my dismay I found out that one of my titles was not included.
But after waiting so long I should have checked to make sure that the were all there, now I have a problem, and with distance and time it makes me look bad.
I truly hope that you all had a Happy Thanksgiving.
I would NOT describe the people here as friendly or courteous. Several bad experiences because it wasn't clear what to do anf they were condescendingand rude because I didn't know. Waiting area is horrible with no room to distance from others and only a few seats. I was again chastised for standing slightly past the herding area.
At least it was relatively quick.
I am a regular here as I work for a dealership and I am here once week usually if not more, and every time I come I am greeted with the warmest smiles(: everyone always ask how my day is, and how I am doing(: they are the friendliest DMV I have ever been to! Butler Mo, and here are my favorites! I was in a small wreck the other day and when I came back here a few days after my wreck everyone was so kind, and happy to see me, and asked how I was after the wreck! I literally can’t stress enough how nice and wonderful these people are! Blessed to have worked for a company where I was able to meet such nice people!!
Fast and efficient. I had done my research beforehand and made sure that I had all the proper papers when I arrived. They took it from there and quickly got me the documentation I needed. God bless these employees who are running documentation back and forth to the cars outside. The woman who helped me was very pleasant and upbeat despite the less then desirable weather.
The lady at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. There was no wait so I was in and out within 5 minutes to get a replacement title. It would have been faster but I don't have all the information with me so the lady had to look it up for me. Great service!
