I called to be informed about their policy. However before knowing who I was the young man on the phone proceeded to tell me he had already talked to me today despite me telling him to look at the phone numbers, threatened me to charge me full price (for something I don’t know and was calling to inquire about), called me rude for telling him I wasn’t who he spoke to, told me to shut my mouth, and hung up on me without providing his name. I told him I had not talked to him today, yet he proceeded to be hostile and refused to allow me to speak with anyone else or give me information.
After hanging up on me he proceeded to message me, again not knowing who he is speaking to and was rude
This guy is great, he gave me some tips after my wreck like photos names etc that ii didn’t think of at the time. I will call him first if I need a tow again!
Great service from these guys, personally have been working with Eric and can say he is very professional and efficient at his job, definitely suggest these guys!
