Great services, staff able to find parts that other stores could not.

The service is professional, caring, and fast! Went to Napa and Jason diagnosed I had a weak battery and had me back on the road in no time saving me hundreds of dollars that the shop said I needed a new alternator when it was really just a weak battery. Jason was quick to want to assist and didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing or understanding how the parts work. I was able to get my car fixed at a fraction of the cost and more timely. I definitely will be back and highly recommend him and his excellent customer service and expertise! Thank you Jason and thank you NAPA!

Great staff. Manager took time to help me look for and found what I actually needed and not what I thought I needed. Saved me money and more problems.

Napa here claims they open at 9 am on Sunday. No one answers the phone. Can't make a wasted trip to the business I'm case they aren't open. Why say you are open if you're not. Don't make any sense.

Top notch guys here, always have what i need or they can get it faster than other stores in town.

The location off Westport rd in Topeka is great! I go there for all my minor car care needs. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help or assist (ie: like putting on my windshield wipers).

Had the part no one else had in stock and the price was half. Fast and friendly service.

Not the cheapest place by far... Told them I wanted them to price match a local competitor, they said no because they didn't believe the online price I was showing them was real... Lol want business pick up the damn phone an call them since looking at there website isn't good enough for you. Guess they overcharged the person before me so much they didn't need my business

Sometimes as a parent you get thrown curve balls. Like today when my 5 year old suddenly had to use the restroom. I ran her to #NapaAutoParts thinking it's a locally owned & family friendly business to ask the guy behind the counter if she could quickly use the bathroom. He looked at as both (with my daughter doing the gotta go dancing around dance) and says "No. We dont let the public use the restroom." What kind of local, friendly store is that? Idk an easier way to disconnect with your customers. You know where I went? Across the street to #midas

Reserved a car battery online and picked it up 10 minutes later. Saved 12 bucks reserving it online. I have dealt with NAPA in two different states and they are always great.

Everytime I have needed a part for my car or needed help figuring out what was wrong the guys here have been awesome! There customer service is great, if they dont have something in stock, they get it to the store within a day. Only place I go to get parts for my vehicles!!

I give this location 0 stars after my experience last weekend. We bought an alternator for my 1999 Cutless from here. After putting it on we discovered it was bad. I tried to return it with the receipt they said they didn't have any in stock until 12:30 next day. I told them I live in KC and my dad lives in Topeka and is helping me put this on and need my car to run today. They didn't care and the worst part was i asked for my money back so i could buy one at another part store they said no even with the receipt. The guy at register told me he couldn't do anything for me unless we had the original box the item came in. That's ridiculous you sell me a bad part I have receipt for and you still can't help me? The most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of.
