Fast unloading. My appointment was 8:30 am but they took me day before around 5 pm . Unloaded in 30 min . Thanks alot guys . Security was very friendly.
Extremely great, fast and friendly people, well organized and park for a bit after unloading no overnight parking and u can't be littering as many drivers do. No smoking, safety gear required overall super great place
Decent place to deliver, can be a little tight if there are alot of trucks out back delivering scrap rubber, they will get you unloaded quick and on your way
Truck driver; arrived late Saturday afternoon almost 5pm, took me right in and unloaded me. On leaving, guard at gate told me I could park along fenceline and even drop my trailer if needed to run to store.
I was unloaded quickly, within 20 minutes I was done, even though they only had 1 person working. All in all great experience.
I can say that the guy that unloaded me was honest about going on break and then unloading me afterwards. I was only there for 45 minutes. I will return if I have to. No qualms
Scheduling the delivery. Broker not available had to wait 3 hours. Faculty crowded with trucks same issues. Docks were as accessible having to drive onto snow piles and over rail tracks to back to docks. Overall 3. But honestly 1. Hassle Free we truckers Need????
First come first serve system provide truck/trailer details to the security shack at entrance then you are provided details thats you need to follow then check in they ask you for dunages/lumber/blocks for my pick up they required 12 i had only 8 but the loading staff was nice they told me to get lumber from the wood place near by and also they called them and arranged 4x4x8 dunages for me loading was quick so if u wannna get in and out quick don’t forget to bring your own dunages overall good place to pick up
Can't really speak much on the facility. But I can speak for their security. They are very nice and polite. Help out when necessary. And just very good, genuine people at the time of posting.
We do drop n hook at this facility on a regular basis. Easy access to the docks. They have a flatbed loading area that looks easy to get to as well. Friendly staff. Never a wait time for us .it's in and out. No on facility parking but there is a Loves truck stop less than a mile away.
Excellent place to pick up at. Load was ready way earlier than scheduled. Security on down to employees were very friendly and helpful. One of the best pickups I have ever made. Wish more companies were like this. Thanks you!
Plenty of parking in the staging areas, however you must walk to security to check in. Bring some snacks and drinks. Just in case you need to wait a bit. However unloading was fast. Unfortunately freight coming out this area isn’t always available. Love truck and Walmart are closed by.
Everyone I encountered was nice. The guards, fellas in the warehouse and the office staff. Quick in and out on a drop/hook. And they're allowing me to park out front. That's a win/win/win in my book.
