I took my 98 S-10 in for service. $3,000 and 4 trips back to the shop The truck did start, but it still ran rough. This was a last March. They wanted me to bring it back again. No way!

They were very informative regarding the issues with my car. Then followed through with the repairs as expected and charged the same as was given on the estimate. I have also used this business for my new tire purchase. That was also a good experience. I would recommend this business based off my experience with them both times.

My car was having electrical issues. I was told that you guys are the best in town with electrical issues. Got my car up in running in just a few days. Very happy with the work. the price was pretty steep.they fixed the problem though so I can't complain.besides the price the employees where nice and very helpful.

Took my car in with almost zero prior notice and they took it in. Didn't get it done right away but I did stop in without an appointment or anything and came in out of the blue. Diagnosed my car, showed me all the issues it has, and potential options to fix it up, I was able to confirm or deny any fixes I deemed necessary or unnecessary, and it was done rather quickly and timely. It runs great and the manager was great! Super awesome dude, the one other staff i spoke with was also nice! They know what they're doing and I feel like you had to have been there to see what I mean. It's nice inside and out, staff was incredibly welcoming, with no prior appointment I was seen and taken care of in a timely manner. Frankly, terrific customer service. If you've got an issue try em out and see what you think. Better than my car dealerships mechanics and their insane quotes.

Yingling's did a wonderful job getting my vehicle checked out, fixed, and returned within my short time frame. I appreciate the time they took with driving it around to confirm the issue. They were incredibly courteous with explaining the issue at hand and contacted me quickly for pickup.

Yingling's had their hands full with my '08 Impala, but they were able to diagnose and fix the myriad issues with the brakes. They kept me informed of the status and cost of repairs every step of the way. Very thorough and professional experience.

I bought a very worn and used vehicle that needed lots of TLC. It broke down, the left axel went, the power steering needed to be changed, engine light came on and I had an oil leak. They were extremely professional, showed pictures, and explained all that needed to be done and if it was a must or good to have option. They were priced great and they were able to pick me up when my car was ready!!!! I appreciate the shuttle service! And getting my vehicle moving again!

This was my first experience with Yingling's. I had recently had a very poor experience with another local shop so I was weary to try another place and walked in assuming I would have a bad time. This was not the case with Yingling's. I've never had such quick and friendly service at shop and was surprised by the great price as well. I don't have loyalty with any local shop but I think I do now after the great experience I had today. Thanks!

What can I say? These guys are top notch! Exceptional customer service, Pete and Henry were always available, always keeping me in the loop on what was happening throughout the entire repair process. Did they go above and beyond? Ya they did. My situation with my truck took extra effort and some out of the box thinking, didn't even phase these folks. I have found my new shop and will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks to Yingling for turning a bummer of an issue into a great experience.

I took my truck in for some maintenance and an odd vibrating. Yingling’s provided good service and was able to stop the shake, honestly it was strange the first few days driving without it. The shuttle they provide was also a great help!

I just had my car checked and repaired from a 2,800+ road trip. It was a satisfying visit- brought in for alignment check and front end underneath sheathing repair. The vehicle was checked, realigned and repaired. Total quality work, excellent service, great pricing and all the staff were (as always!)kind, professional and thorough! You couldn’t ask for better vehicle care.

The staff provides excellent customer service. The cost of the work was shared and I approved it before any work was started. The work on my vehicle was completed in the timeframe they stated.

Honestly, it took a bit longer than we first talked about but everyone was friendly and helpful the entire time they were working on my car. They were great and I'll be recommending them to anyone that needs to go to a shop

I have brought both of my vehicles here for service, and have appreciated the quick and professional service I've received each time. They perform a thorough diagnostic (with pictures) and let you approve or deny any repairs, which made it easy to stay within my budget. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for!

I take my vehicle to Yingling for most services; oil changes, replacement parts, etc. I just recently took my outback in for brakes. Their price was almost half the cost of having it done at the dealer in KC where I bought the car. Thanks Denton, for your very professional support.

Just got my oil changed for my Toyota Tundra at yingling and had such a great experience!The team was super nice, and they kept me updated on everything. They were also very reasonable with their prices.On top of that they, programmed two of my key fobs with no hesitation.Seriously impressed with their service! They will definitely be the place I will come for all my truck needs.i am a very happy customer.

Always a pleasant experience with Yingling's Auto Service! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable when I ask questions. And they are up front and honest with me. I've never felt like they are taking advantage of me because I'm a woman who knows nothing about cars. I haven't always had that nice experience at some other places I've gone to for work on my car.

Went for the 1st time today for an oil change. The service advisor, Pete was fantastic. Very professional and good banter. The price was fair and they even topped off my washer fluid and got my truck done in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend this business!!

Took my vehicle in for my 100k tune up, called and spoke with JD over the phone. He was able to schedule me in last min, very professional, patience, & knowledgeable. Went over everything start to finish, provided pics , and never felt your typical " Sales Man, Mentality" when it comes to getting services on your vehicle especially when your a female. Got a chance to connect with Pete gave me the history on this family business, and how they strive on quality work and customer care. Definitely worth supporting and giving them your business, knowing your safety, & vehicle safety is in good hands. ??

Very disappointed. They listened to a place I bought my car from and pieced my truck together. It was very unsafe to drive. Did not even fix the issue with it. I will never do buisness with JD or yinglings again. I highly dont recommend. They should know not to do the things they did to my truck an then let me drive off like that. On top of that they put the absolute cheapest parts they used on it. It cost well over $1500. It is in a different shop now getting fixed AGAIN after they had it for a week an supposedly fixed it. They actually made the problem worse.

I didn't post a review when this happened because it was embarrassing, but now I've had a 3rd person tell me she had the same type of experience so I'm making it public. I took my car in with what they told me was a $150 electrical problem. No problem. They didn't call me when they said they would, so I called a couple times within an hour before they closed asking if it was ready. J.D. (I believe was his name) told me that they fixed the electrical, but when they drove it around the block there was a new issue. Because I'm not very bright, I believed him when he said I needed a new water pump. $700 and 2 days off work (I worked 50 miles from town) without a vehicle later, I get my car back. There's dirty butt and hand prints on my seats, as well as scratches all across my back bumper. All of my friends told me I was stupid to believe I actually needed the water pump when I had never had an issue until they had the car for 24 hours, and that pump in my car definitely didn't look new. How embarrassing and unfuriating. -I realize the pictures are low quality, but you can definitely see a crotch outline on the seat. I'm sorry to the other women I talked to who had this happen..I really thought all the good reviews and the recommendation from another mechanic were enough.

I had my 08 Honda Civic towed here with the complimentary tow service they offer for new customers. I had a very odd thing happen with my car when the pulley bolt snapped off inside the block. They replaced it along with the power steering pump and gave me a free inspection! JD and Pete have been awesome and understanding throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend these professionals!
