In the summer of 2022, I had hail repair work done at this Crash Champions location in Topeka. The vehicle in question was purchased brand new and I had owned the vehicle for less than 1 year when a hail storm passed through. My rental car allowance with insurance was a maximum of 30 days. I was supposed to get periodic updates on the vehicle status; that never happened. When Enterprise let me know that I was nearly almost out of rental coverage, I called the shop to check in. I was told my vehicle was in the final stages and would be ready later that afternoon. I was called later that day, about 20 minutes before they closed, telling me that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I made it back to the shop in time to pick up my car and that's when I learned why my car was in the shop for so long. They had a brand new technician working on the roof when he fell off his ladder and caused additional damages to the vehicle. The fact that nobody called me after that incident occurred to inform me what happened or why the car was taking so long was an extreme oversight. Everything seemed normal at first, but when I got home, I found fingerprints as well as creases all over the inside of the headliner running from the front to the car to the back on both sides. The interior console in the headliner at the front was loose and there was a screw cover missing from one of the handles. Needless to say, on a brand new car, I was very upset. I didn't even want to take the vehicle back because I didn't want something else to happen. I cleaned up the headliner and lived with the other issues for two years. Fast forward to the next hail storm in the summer of 2025. I'd moved to the KC area by then and went to a different shop entirely. I didn't tell anyone at the new shop about the prior work because if they found something wrong, I wanted them to tell me. Let's just say this new shop asked me about the creases in the headliner the very same day I dropped off the car. The new shop told me what I already knew: I should have taken the vehicle back to Crash Champions to have the mistakes fixed. They gave me the direction to call the insurance company to discuss the situation for them to be authorized to fix Crash Champions mistakes since they were also in network. I called insurance to discuss the situation, but was ultimately told by insurance to give Crash Champions one chance to fix their mistakes. Knowing what I know now, I could have escalated to an even higher manager until I got them to approve the new shop to fix the issues, but lesson learned. After some conversations with the manager at Crash Champions, a new headliner and screw cover were on order and we arranged a time for me to bring the vehicle back. I drove back to Topeka and left the vehicle with Crash Champions for most of a day. When I came back, the headliner and interior console was good as new. The vehicle was not dirtier than I brought it in this time, a very welcome improvement. I should have slowed down to look over everything before I left. When I got home, I discovered that my sun visor was rubbing up against the headliner and that the screw cover of the handle was not replaced and was forgotten. A week later, today, I went back to Topeka for the third time for them to fix whatever was causing the issue behind the headliner and to install the missing handle cover. Both of these were done very quickly. For the second time, the vehicle was not dirtier than when I brought it in. However, in the process of resolving the issue with the headliner, the headliner was creased again. I am not going to be pursuing a resolution of the new crease in the headliner, because it will be more trouble than its worth. I very rarely leave reviews, good or bad. Since this all started in 2022, I have been actively telling people that I know to avoid this Crash Champions location and go literally anywhere else. That is something I will be continuing to do for my friends and family that remain in the Topeka area.

This shop recently worked on a vehicle of mine following a collision, took the money from both myself (deductible) and my insurance company, did NOT fix my vehicle, and lost parts that were not broken/still intact and attached at drop off. Now, when I try to get in contact with the advisor, Matt, who had been helping me through it all, he suddenly is "not available" or "will call you back" but never does. I was also told by a technician that if I am not going to give them a 5 (or whatever the highest value is) on their review to not take the review at all. I have filed a complaint with my insurance and BBB. Completely unacceptable. Please avoid this shop unless you enjoy getting the run around!!

I had a not at fault accident and my Travelers agent was too lazy to handle it so I had to call Corporate they sent me to this shop that low balled the claim and since I need to file a diminished value claim on my 40k vehicle I was very disappointed. Tired of all the games shops and insurance companies play.

When I tell you that crash champion did there job on my Kia K5 they did an AMAZING JOB. Staff where friendly very personable and kept me updated on when they started and how it was going and when my car was finished. If you are looking for amazing work this is the place to be. Absolutely amazing. Matt and the whole team went above and beyond. Communicated every step of the way with the repair, the repair is great, delivered the car to me (so I didn’t have to bother husband to leave work and take me). Even grabbed a forgotten item out of my car for me when needed and kept it safe at front desk. Polite. Efficient. 100% customer service. Will go back if needed, insurance or self pay - wouldn’t matter. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Matt. Our daughter's car got hit by a deer and we called to inquire about repairs. Matt was kind, helpful, and said he would get us right in. Because our daughter was in the process of moving and we needed to get her car back to where we live - 4 hours away - we ended up finding a local repair shop. However, if you are in need of help and in the Topeka area, I highly recommend Matt and Crash Champions.

Was really in a pinch when I hit a deer in the middle of a cross country drive. Both Matts were able to get me in for an estimate and safely on the road in no time! Determined my car was safe to continue driving and replaced one of my blinker light and wouldn't even charge me. This is an honest shop!

I am beyond impressed by the quickness, professionalism, ease, and friendliness of Crash Champions! I brought my car in maybe 2 hours after my accident and even though they were busy, they took my car right away and were already helping me set up a rental. The originally told me it would be about a month but I got my car back after a little over 2 weeks!! Hopefully I won't get into an accident again, but if I do I will be sure to return to Crash Champions. I never thought that process would have been as easy as it was, I didn't have to worry about anything and was continuously updated on the progress of my car. My car looks incredible, it looks as clean as it did when I drove it off the lot!! Thank you!

My mom recently took her car in to Crash Champions because she got hit from behind. They did a fantastic job and gave her plenty of updates and information on where they were with the repairs. Matt and Richard were very kind and she even got a thank you card for bringing her car in. The car looked incredible when we picked it up!! Highly recommend Crash Champions.

Was not happy at first but later found out it was actually my insurance companies fault. Derek went above and beyond to make it right and in the end everything worked out. Derek was great to work with and remained calm when we were upset. Give that man a raise!!

Insultingly disappointing. 1) What should have been a 4-5 week job (other professional's options) turned out to be 7 weeks. 2) I was challenged by management once they learned of my past career in autobody and the knowledge that [visual evidence] the poor quality of the interior detailing upon delivery was unacceptable and they failed in quality control for starters. 3) The day after pickup, I was able to scrutinize the body & paint work and was not surprised to fined about a half dozen hail dents that were not fixed. Along with paint nubs/dirt in the clearcoat and overpray on a door weatherstripping. 4) The hood was loose and was shaking/vibrating at high speeds. 5) The rear window defrost doesn't seem to be working. 6) Customers service at the front desk was great. However, management feels the need to tell me (the Customer) all the shop issues like being overbooked and/or short staffed. Moreover, thier personal problems that has zero relationship to my vehicle being fixed period. 7) Customer service 101, needs improvement or at a minimum training from a professional third party person. 8) I was pushed to the right on pickup about 4 times over the 7 week and 3 day timeline that it took to get my truck back with an overall letter grade of a D+ in my personal experiences and opinion. 9) Now, I will have further inconvenience by bring my truck back to have them clean "detail" it right (for real maybe) a second time around. How insultingly disappointing?! 10) in closing, I will never recommend this shop to anyone; however, I will make it my mission to info and share my disappointing experience with the likes of Better Business Bureau, Chamber of Commerce, and the common social media platforms.

Crash Champions repaired my back corner panel and I was very pleased with their work and communication. They did make an error in the wiring that caused an issue with my keys and car communicating. They paid for the fix when they we not able to provide a remedy at their shop. I was so pleased that they stood behind their work and made it right!! Matt who manages the store was very helpful!

I took my vehicle to them after my car had been in an accident. This place was wonderful the work they did on my vehicle and the excellent service they provide. Very nice and kind people. They keep you informed about your vehicle every step of the way. They work well with Enterprise rental cars and I had no problem getting back and forth between the two. It made my experience so much more satisfying.

I went to this location for the repair of my car after an accident. They communication tools are top notch. They kept me informed of the progress of my cars repairs to include pictures! Their integration with Enterprise Rental made that transaction seemless. They took you to the rental location and you were able to leave the car there when you picked up your car. The quality of the work seems to be really good. I had my rear door, tires, rims, and bumper replaced. You can't tell the difference. I have specks in my paint and worried they wouldn't be able to match that but they did. Great work, good customer service, and happy customer.

Jay was simply amazing to work with, from his communication to his willingness to be flexible. He was consistent from beginning to end and cared for my vehicle as if it were his own. He even made sure the new part was suitable before putting it on my vehicle, rather than just throwing anything on there to finish the job. I would absolutely return to this location if I can work with Jay! It's not often that you experience communication and customer service, with great energy, like Jay provided.

Awesome communications and service. My car was rear-ended and the insurance company recommended this place. They provided a rental car and kept in constant communication during the two weeks it took to repair the damage. They were professional and friendly, and got the work done on time. Highly recommend.

Customer service was great! Marcus J was the representative I worked with, and he did a great job of calling to keep me in the know of the status of my car! Hopefully I will not have to use their services again any time soon for car repairs, but if I do, I will not hesitate to come back, as well as recommend them to others!

All Angles Collision took care of my cat after my unfortunate encounter with a deer. They completely fixed my front end in less than a week. My car needed around $5K in repairs and they were very quick and thorough. They were great at communicating with me every step of the way!!

I was impressed by the professional staff at All Angles. They followed posted Covid safety procedures, which included wearing masks, hand sanitizing, social distancing, and regular cleaning. They worked quickly and efficiently with insurance, and completed quality work on time, as promised. My car looks great! I would definitely recommend All Angles!

Very disappointed and upset and I will never come back or recommend this company!!! I came in (Topeka Location) to get my car checked if they can help me and was told to drop off the car so they look at it. When I did, the l guy (James) contacted Car rental for me which was nice so I had no choice but to leave my car. I had high hopes in the beginning. Staff seems very knowledgeable and very reassuring and appears to be very efficient. I was reassured that they will take care of calling the insurance the next morning. Turned out that everything I was told up front was completely opposite of what was done. For one full week, my car sat there waiting to be worked on. After 7 days I called back on Tuesday if my car was ready. I was told they are still waiting for car insurance (State Farm) responsible for the charges to give them a go signal and they haven’t heard from them. Of course, I was fuming mad and called the insurance myslef and spoke to two different people who told me that nobody from this All angle collision called. I was upset and told them how much inconvenience it was to me and the Insurance people was gracious enough to contact the estimator that prioritizing my case. I didn’t call All Angle collision to tell them I spoke to the state Farm agent because the agent said they’ll talk to them directly. Thursday, James told me that he finally got hold of the insurance and the estimator finally came and he will do his best to get the car ready by Friday. Of course it wasn’t ready since it was memorial weekend. so another weekend passed, and I finally got it on Tuesday. For a simple dent, took 2 weeks and several phone calls on my part to get things running, plus $305 at my own expense for the car rental protection!!!! And I shouldn’t have had to pay this much for the small damage in my car that I didn’t even do but because I was lied about the whole process, cost me more that what I was prepared to pay!!

Very pleased with my experience at All Angles Collision Repair. James was polite and professional. My car had PDR and a new windshield installed for a fraction of the price other competitors were going to charge. The quality of work and customer experience was A+ rating.

Here are before and after pics of my 2019 Kia Sportage LX that had a dead branch fall on it. After taking it to All Angles Collision Repairs you can't tell there was ever any damage at all. Only took 24 hours to get my vehicle repaired and back to me, as opposed to 72 hours from the competition.

All Angels was great to work with. They fixed my front grill, bumper and lower shield after hitting a bobcat. They were very honest about some other issues. Communication was excellent as they called regularly with updates. Initially ordered a bumper even though we weren't sure it was needed, but it was. Car looks great. James was wonderful to work with and went the extra mile. Thanks to all of their staff!!
