Save yourself time & aggravation, DONT take your car here! I bought a used Toyota Avalon & was told the upper control arm needed to be replaced. When my husband dropped it off they said give them 2 days they'd call w/quote. They never called, we had to keep calling. Almost a wk later we were told they thought it might be a bolt. So they were ordering the bolt 1st so it'd save us money. Almost another wk later. Us calling them again, they told us it was the upper control arm. And it'd be a $3500 job but unfortunately a job they were unable to do there. Then charged me $230 for the bolt and labor and diagnosing the problem (when we already told them the problem when we dropped it off. If they knew they didn't do front end work when we dropped it off, why did they accept it...I ended up towing it to another mechanic who fixed it for $275. They got some kind of scam going on here ...

Biggest rip off in Douglasville spent 4500 and 2 days late the engine blew 🤮 the problem is with the whole company would not let me have a number to anyone else actually call police on my because we were asking too many questions smh

This place is trash, I took my vehicle there and they did absolutely nothing but they charged me. I took it to another shop and was advised that there’s no way anything was taken apart. Will never go back.

The guy who runs this place is very rude and will charge you for things you don’t need,when asked to see proof of what he actually did to your vehicle he will tell you no and to never come back…apparently he doesn’t like having customers and DOES’NT DESERVE ANY CUSTOMERS NOR THEIR MONEY!!!! DO NOT GO HERE GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Brought my car in for a power steering leak but instead needed new belt & hub on driver side. Paid over $700 for it to be fixed & it still sounds like the hub needs to be replaced on the same side!! RIDICULOUS!!! This place sucks I don't care what anyone says! A few years ago brought my Uncle's truck in & couldn't afford to fix it well when they brought the truck back to our house, they didn't bother putting the parts they took off back together!! That should of been my 1st sign. You can say you been in business for 10, 20, 50yrs...but that don't mean you got all the proper knowledge, skills, hands on practice or even up to date certifications to be a good damn mechanic! * No I definitely have the right place & I do not provide my information online and/or through reviews. Also, there’s no way I would bring my vehicle back to the same shop that failed to fix the problem the 1st time. You would more then likely charge me again for another diagnostic so you can find your own mistake. No thank you. The 1 star review is here for a reason. I will not be returning.

Was ok, but said I needed timing chain, which was covered under warranty, took it to Kia wasn't the problem Clark's said it was...didn't need one.

I am a regular here with my Escape. Jeremy, Clark and Crystal are always awesome.

I have taken my truck and car to this repair shop for years. I went out of town Friday and I thought I just needed a tune up but had other issues. Everything was done fast and affordable. Great Experience

Great new Manager in charge now. They can now do complete vehicle maintenance and repairs. Come see them!!

Beyond excellent service and super nice and helpful....my mom's car kept having check engine light problems and instead of just being like "oh yeah its a turbocharger", not even guaranteeing it would fix it, Jeremy instead actually took the time to find the real problem versus just the expensive and quick way out. They've got a customer for life that's for sure!

Had power steering pump put in 2001 mercury sable and they didn't tighten bolts up and is leaking everywhere and is whining worst than it did before.$600.00 and had car for a couple days but never really fixed the car.

Beware! ⚠️ Take both shoes off and run! Kept vehicle for almost a month for something that should have taken a couple of hours to fix. Took my money and did not fix the problem. Check engine light came on one day after picking up the vehicle. Told me to bring it back , I couldn’t be without my truck for another month. Also, they are never there, will not return calls. Terrible service. I’d rather lose my money than take my truck back there. Beware! Enter at your own risk ⚠️

I've used Clark's for years great work and people , I have recently moved to temple and still take my truck to Clark's for any maintenance or repair , the only people I trust .

Called about getting a clutch replaced and was told they don’t work on standard transmissions. Interesting that they call themselves a transmission and auto repair shop.

Just stopped by to chat about my truck and transmission with THE Mr. Clark. I enjoyed my chat with him. Seems to be a straight up honest kinda young man. Wish him the best on his up coming eye surgery. Lee Penny Douglasville, Ga.

Dropped my girlfriend's f150 for check engine light for a simple intake manifold clean out and they wanted to charge almost $600! I went to pick up the truck today and they charged us a $90 fee! Bring your wallet if you go here!

They did a good job on my AC. And good customer service. Mr. Clark and young lady at front desk were very friendly and helpful

The people who run this business took excellent care of my auto transmission issue. Although they had plenty of work already on their schedule when I arrived, they made time for me and solved my issue while I waited. They were courteous and respectful. I really appreciate the great service and will bring them more. Thanks again to Clarks Transmission !

These guys are the real deal. Clark, the owner is helpful, patient and full of down home goodness. Mr Wayne is customer service at it's best. I haven't got the main mechanics name but there is nothing he can't handle. They're honest and don't try to gouge you. You walk in and it's a throwback to Mayberry, Petticoat Junction and Green Acres. Good people that listen and care about their customers.

They were very knowledgable and courteous during my visit. Price was great and the repairs look good. I would recommend them over anyone else I've used in Douglasville.

Cannot beat the service! Very honest and helpful. I have taken multiple vehicles to Clark and he only does what needs to be done. I've always gotten a better price than any other service provider.
