Daughter ran over a tire casing in the road. Wound up on the shoulder behind one of Fairplay's tow trucks. Driver, Preston helped calm her and assess and patch her car, so she could continue home. Very good guy! These are the type of folks comprising this company.
I visited this place recently and met a couple of the drivers, Mark and Joe. They were really kind and professional. The lady working at the front desk was also very nice. Everyone seemed to be happy here. This business has been here a long time and appears to have established itself through hard work, dedicated employees, and the way they treat the customers.
I was pulled over at a gas station when Brandon pulled up in the tow truck. He asked if I needed help and proceeded to put air in all four of my tires. He was an angel sent from above thank you Brandon. 10/ 10 would recommend this company!
Fair Play towing towed my brand new car. Nissan Atl. Less than 20 miles and damaged my tire rod. When I contact the company a man yelled through the phone at me being very disrespectful because he did not want to admit they damaged my car!!! This company is not interested in fixing their wrong HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINDING A BETTER SERVICE PROVIDER!!!!!!!!
I got my vehicle impounded for personal reasons I will not disclose. To get the vehicle out, is very easy, straightforward and frugal. My only concern is my key was left in the vehicle and unlocked. Just a recommendation, if there is a lockbox to keep the keys in, I'd feel more secure about the service.
I have used this company on and off over the course of years and my parents did as well. They've always been great and I believe reasonably priced for distance driven.
They towed my truck yesterday, honestly I’ve had some bad experiences of late with the mechanic I was using, and another local towing company. Very friendly from the first call, worked me in wayyy earlier than I expected, dealt professionally with my situation and the driver, straight pro. Definitely got my business going forward. Nice to deal with people that care about what they do.
I called this business attempting to help a mutual customer. I called to get clarification about the circumstances for the tow of vehicle and clarification of the requirements to pick up the vehicle. I spoke with Michael and his tone and answers were rude and completely unprofessional.
Great service, Jeff showed up quickly with a F550 to winch my big truck out of the mud, took 10 minutes, other companies wouldn't help me because I was in the backyard, will definitely use them again.
They don't tell you details when getting your car everybody don't carry cash and plus Covid 19 out here don't know body want germs on their hands with handling cash
My Truck broke down on me on a Thursday night, Fairplay was the only Towing service that was willing to tow my truck and Goose neck trailer without charging me Heavy Duty prices.
