If I could leave NO STARS I WOULD LEAVE NO STARS. i WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE ONLY 125$ TO TOW!!!!!!
They charged 125$ RECOVERY + 150$ TOWING CHARGE + $75 ADMIN FEE, THEN ON TOP OF IT $38.50 PER DAY STORAGE.
The vehicle was towed less than 10 miles. After the lady showed me the invoice and I expressed my concerns for all the additional charges she said that she would be happy to charge me $50 PER DAY for questioning her. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
I’ve dealt with a vast amount of towing companies. This is the first towing company that seemed to give any care to what we needed at the time of our incident. We all know wrecks can be bad in various amount of ways but wheelers allowed us to retrieve our belongings needed for work as well as school from the vehicle once it was in the lot bear in mind after hours. You find me another towing company that allow you that opportunity you let me know. They went out of their way to help us when we needed them the most and we are ever grateful for them. Thank yall so much!
My car was at this place, the damages were not too bad, so I left my amps in there because I didn’t think it would be a total loss. I agreed with my adjuster to go get my devices, but someone from this place stole my expensive amp. My car was transferred to the auction and they showed me videos no one took anything out, so it had to be the towing place that stole my amp. The manager was rude and unprofessional. She should not be a manager because she has no class and no qualities to be. She sounds Hispanic and tried to raise her voice , I am going to contact corporate to report this issue. This is the worst place ever, I will never do business with them again.
They towed my car the man was so nice not to let us set in the rain til our ride came to pick us up and the lady at the office was so helpful thank you guys
I was involved in a car accident, my car was towed here. They had closed and my valuables was left in my car. I’m guessing whomever I spoke to otp was the owner. Anyways, they met my friend after hours to their lot to retrieve my things. I just want to say thank you again for being so understanding and empathetic! I’ll refer this wrecker/towing company to my family & friends!
Had to have my truck towed a little over 50 miles today. They were fast and curious. They showed up on time. They gave me a great rate, too. Overall, it was a great experience! I will definitely use them again. If I need another tow.
Wheeler Towing was called to tow my vehicle. Upon picking up my vehicle the front bumper was torn totally off. She stated the power steering seem gone. Thinking it needed fluid. We brought some nearby. The line was torn loose. Attempted to get it to a safe residence, and ended up with a wrecker tow. The radiator had a large hole. The tow bill was $720 per Wheeler at the start then they reduce it to $455.I have no idea yet what else is damaged. Mercedes have a special way to tow them and it wasn’t used.
Rates are reasonable and the secretary was very helpful resolving an issue in regards to a title..excellent customer service and the tow truck guy was very patient and friendly to me.
The gentleman who came was polite and sociable. My disappointment came when I was charged $100 to travel 11 miles, AND had been quoted $85 at the end of the trip. While I am not an attorney; that does seem like unethical business practicing.

I've had many horrible experiences with towing services in the past, from long waits to even having items stolen out of my car, but I have to say that Wheeler's Towing is the best towing service I've ever had to deal with. They were prompt and polite and I knew my car was in good hands. I would recomend this company to anyone I know.
Bruce was easy to work with and he was very prompt. He was friendly and I felt I could trust him to handle my vehicle with care. His prices are reasonable and I would highly recommend him to anyone and will certainly use him if I need to have anything towed in the future.
Sadly I have had to use a few/many towing services over the years, some have been average,.. some have been good. This by far has to be the worst, most in-experienced driver I have ever come across in 20 years. He couldn't even back the truck up enough to get it to a certain spot on the road (just out of the way of the mail box,. Just 5 more feet ) He drove my vehicle with two flat tires (while saying under his breath,. "the vehicle still runs") off the ramp and then argued that he could drive it further up if needed. Thanks man,. I could drive it on the rims all the way back next time, if that makes it easier on you.
I will never call Wheeler's again. Do yourself a favor, there are far better towing services in Douglasville.
I ran off the road Thursday morning about 6 a.m. It was my very first accident and i was terrified. GSP was threatning to have my car towed and my husband got in touch with wheeler towing and this man was there within 10 minutes. He understood my situation and gave me an excellent deal. He even went so far as to apologize for that happening to me. I would gladly recommend wheeler towing to anyone. If anything else were to ever happen, I definitly know who i am calling.

I had a great experience with this company. I was given an estimate that was literally half that of the next nearest towing company. I scheduled the pick up and met the driver Devon at the location. The entire process was quick and easy with the dispatch team and Devon working seamlessly to complete the job. Definitely recommended as Devon and his team were extremely professional.
They are liars. My friends truck was towed and eventually up for sale there so I stopped to inquire and the man flat out lied! Said he knew the guy who's truck it was and that he had just put a brand new transmission in it and all these other brand new parts before he got it towed when he was pulled over and went to jail. BIG LIARS! NEVER USE THEM OR LET THEM FIX YOUR VEHICLE.......LIARS!

After calling them, they were there to tow my car within 10 minutes. They were quick, efficient, and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Awesome and speedy service. I'm not a big fan of having to call a tow and even though my husband said they were great I was still skeptical, but this company put my trust back in towing.
